技术领域
本公开涉及窗户调节器系统。
背景技术
车门具有可以打开和关闭的窗户。在门内,存在窗户调节器组件,该窗户调节器组件包括承载板、马达、导轨和窗户调节升降器或承载板组件,该窗户调节升降器或承载板组件通过马达和相关联的线缆沿着相应的导轨被驱动。然而,这些窗户调节器组件存在几个问题。例如,在窗户调节升降器组件由线缆驱动的情况下,可以使用滑轮来改变调节器组件内的线缆的方向。然而,由于所涉及的操作和/或安装窗户调节器组件的力,滑轮与承载件之间的接合可能会受过早失效的影响。

发明内容

具体实施方式
图1是车辆10的立体图,车辆10包括车身12和至少一个车门14(也称为闭合面板14)。车门14包括定位在车门14的框架15上的闩锁20,闩锁20可以与车身12上的撞针28以可释放的方式接合,从而使车门14以可释放的方式保持在关闭位置中。框架15还经由安装至框架15的窗户调节器组件(未示出)支承窗13,如下面进一步描述的。外部门把手17设置成用于打开闩锁20(即,用于使闩锁20从撞针28释放),从而打开车门14以及可选地操作窗户调节器系统。此外,车门14具有用于操作闩锁20和窗户调节器组件的内部控制装置16(例如门把手、窗户控制装置等)。门板18被示出为在定位于框架15与门板18之间的窗户调节器组件上提供精饰覆盖件(例如内部面板)。

通常,窗户可以联接至窗户调节器组件(未示出),用于使车窗13上下移动,即进入和离开设置在框架15与门板18之间的封围部31(见图3)。窗户调节器组件可以包括:连接至一组驱动线缆(未示出)的驱动马达和传动机构(例如,未示出的齿轮装置)、用于安装在框架15上(或者参见图2根据需要安装在中间承载板19上)的一个或更多个导轨36、连接至窗户13并且安装在导轨36上的用于沿着导轨跨坐式移动的调节器支架(未示出)以及用于实现驱动线缆的方向的变化的一个或更多个滑轮42(例如上滑轮和下滑轮)。在窗户调节器组件的操作中,驱动马达根据驱动马达的旋转方向(例如由门控制件16、17控制)致使驱动线缆移动,驱动线缆又将调节器支架朝向导轨36的一端或另一端推动。应当认识到的是,导轨36可以安装在承载板19上,而承载板19本身安装至框架15,如图2所示。替代性地,导轨36可以直接地安装至框架15(未示出)而不需要中间承载板19。
