Abstract
环形的壳体包围弹性的密封套管,环形壳体在纵

动。因此螺栓体并不受弯曲应力或仅仅受到很低程
度的弯曲应力。
Description
本发明与一种管接头有关,该管接头包括弹性的密封套管,在装配前套管比要接管子的外直径要大,并被环形的壳体包围,壳体在纵轴方向上是裂开的,壳体将密封套管套在管子上,通过夹持机构在外周方向可将壳体拉在一起,夹持机构至少有一个夹持螺栓,螺栓基本上通过壳体的正数方向,穿过两个作用在壳体的夹持部件延伸,两个夹持部件分别在壳体间隙的两侧,螺栓的头部支承在一个夹持部件的弓形外表面上,夹持螺栓的螺栓体带有间隙穿过横截面设计成U形的支持部件,螺栓所带的螺母支承在另一个夹持部件的相似的弓形外表面上。
专利DE-A-2,428,101号(或相应的美国专利US-A-3,877,733号)和EP-A-0,447,955(或相应的美国专利US-A-5,137,305号)公开了这类管接头,其中壳体的夹持机构有两个带螺纹的螺杆,它们互相平行并穿过两个圆柱形的夹持螺杆。夹持螺杆进入到夹持架内,夹持架分别附在壳体间隙的两侧,壳体间隙由衬垫相连,夹持架上有穿孔,孔的内螺纹拧上带螺纹的螺杆。带螺纹螺杆的圆柱形头部装设六角形的座,以支承到夹持螺杆上。
为了把壳体拉在一起,在把密封套管压在管端上时需要很大的夹持力。此外,为装配管接头、夹持螺杆和夹持架必须相对移动相当长的一段距离。结果很大一部分弯曲应力通过夹持螺杆传给拧到夹持螺杆内的带螺纹的螺杆,这弯曲应力可以导致带螺纹螺杆的弯曲。在夹持过程中,夹持力不仅作用在壳体的外圆周方向上,而且还产生作用在径向的力,从而对壳体拉在一起和密封套管均匀地压在管接头上的效果产生不好的影响。
专利DE-U-8,512,007描述了管子裂口的夹持装置,该夹持装置将包围管线裂口的密封物以密封方式放在管线上。在这种已知管子裂口的夹持装置中,夹持架附在壳体间隙的两侧,壳体在纵向裂开,夹持架的圆柱形夹持螺杆穿过壳体。夹持螺栓带有间隙穿过夹持螺杆,螺栓带有螺母,螺母支持在另一个夹持螺杆上。用衬垫覆盖相对较大的壳体间隙。
本发明的目标就是要创造一种管接头,如开头所述的那样在该接头中夹持螺栓尽可能地没有引起麻烦的、所不希望的弯曲应力的影响,同时作用在壳体上的夹持力基本上不仅作用在壳体的外周方向,并将夹持力引入到尽可能接近壳体的地方。
根据本发明可以达到这个目标。按照本发明的管接头,包括弹性的密封套管,在装配前套管比要接管子的外直径要大,并被环形的壳体包围,壳体在纵轴方向上是裂开的,壳体将密封套管套在管子上,通过夹持机构在外周方向可将壳体拉在一起,夹持机构至少有一个夹持螺栓,螺栓基本上通过壳体的正切方向,穿过两个作用在壳体的夹持部件延伸,两个夹持部件分别在壳体间隙的两侧,螺栓的头部支承在一个夹持部件的弓形外表面上,夹持螺栓的螺栓体带有间隙穿过横截面设计成U形的夹持部件,螺栓所带的螺母支承在另一个夹持部件的相似的弓形外表面上。
在夹持螺栓体和夹持部件之间的间隙允许在夹持部件和螺栓体之间对夹持方向成横向的相对运动,即对螺栓的纵轴成横向。当螺栓拧紧和夹持部件拉在一起时会产生这样的横向运动,螺栓头和螺母两者都能在U形截面的夹持部件配合的弓形承载面上滚动。因此横向运动不会被支承在夹持部件上的夹持螺栓的各部分(头和螺母)所阻碍。所以夹持螺栓的应力基本上只有夹持应力。这就使夹持螺栓,相应的夹持部件的尺寸缩小,从而可以节省材料,减轻重量。
在拧紧夹持螺栓时基本上在它纵轴方向所加的夹紧力,通过U形截面的夹持部件以下述方式被传送到壳体,它们大体上作用在外周方向,并被引入到接近壳体的外周。这样就以特别有利的方式获得夹紧效果,如下述特征所描述的那样。根据本发明,其中夹持架附在壳体上,壳体间隙的两侧,夹持部件用它们腿的末端作用在夹持架上,夹持架有穿孔以让夹持螺栓的螺栓体通过。夹持架设计成圈形,有面向壳体间隙的壁部分,壁基本上是平的,最好近似于径向伸展,以作为各自配置的夹持部件的支承表面。
下面将参考附图详细说明本发明主体的示例性实施方案,附图纯系示意性:

图1-3中显示的管接头有环形的壳体1,壳体在它的纵轴1a方向上是裂开的。壳体1有圆筒形的壳2和向内弯的侧壁3,4。壳体的间隙1b(图3)按已知的方法用插入板5跨接。
壳体1包围弹性的密封套管6,该套管的横截面大致呈C形,是一种已知的结构。密封套筒6有肋板7,肋板支承在壳体1的壳2上,从肋板向内突出密封边8,9(图2),密封边相对伸展。密封套管6的每个侧面支承在一个叠层的固定环10上,固定环由壳体1的侧壁3、4支持。
壳体1可由夹持机构11拉在一起,从而缩小壳体的直径。夹持机构11有两个夹持架12、13,夹持架布置在壳体间隙5的侧边,设计成铲形。这些夹持架12,13,由壳2的一部分向后弯曲而形成,与壳2成一整体,夹持架的末端焊接在壳2上14的地方。每个夹持架12,13由一个近似径向伸展,基本上是平壁的部分12a或13a。这两个平壁部分12a、13a互相面对。每个平持架12、13都有穿孔15,该孔在本示例性实施方案中设计成拉长的孔(见图2)。每个夹持架12、13包围一个夹持部件16或17,夹持部件的横截面成U形,夹持部件的腿18,19通过弓形部分20互相连接。这些腿在图4中用C标记的终端区基本上是平的。从图1和3清楚可见,夹持部件16,17用腿的末端18a、19a支承在各自夹持架12,13的平壁部分12a和13a上。在每个夹持部件16,17上形成穿孔21(图4),以让夹持螺栓22的螺栓体23通过。这个穿孔21,至少在相应夹持部件16、17的外周方向上,要大于夹持螺栓体23的外直径D(图3)。这就意味着螺栓体23通过这些穿孔21时径向还有空隙,从而可以允许螺栓体23和夹持部件16,17之间的相对运动。在本示例性实施方案中圆柱形的螺栓头24支承在夹持部件17的弓形外表面20a上,而拧到螺栓体23上的螺母25支承在相对的夹持部件16的弓形外表面20a上。如图2所示,穿孔15的宽度a这里最好与螺母25横截面的宽度b相等,从而使螺母25被锁在孔15中不能转动。用工具拧紧夹持螺栓22,该工具可以插入到螺栓头24的六角座(图中未显示)内。
已知密封套管6的直径比要连接管子的外直径要大。在预先装配状态将管接头推到管子上,等两个管子放好后再推到管接点上。然后转动夹持螺栓22,在外周方向将壳体1拉在一起,缩小直径。结果密封套管6,在已知的这种管接头情况中,以密封的方式压在要连接的管子的外面。
在图1中显示的管接头是在开启的状态,而图3显示的管接头壳体1是完成装配后的情况。当壳体1拉在一起时夹持部件16,17互相向前靠拢。在这运动中夹持部件16,17改变它们相对于夹持螺栓22的位置,这很容易从图1和图3显示的两个状态的比较中看出来。如上所述,在过程中所发生的夹持部件16,17和螺栓体23之间的相对运动是不受阻碍的,因为螺栓体23通过夹持部件16,17的穿孔21处是有空隙的。由于螺栓头24和螺母25在过程中可以沿着夹持部件16,17的曲线形外表面20a滚动,所以这种螺栓体23和支持部件16、17之间适应性的移动是没有障碍的。螺栓体23基本上只受拉应力,不需要吸收任何弯曲力或仅需吸收很小的弯曲力。相应地螺栓体23也不用设计得很结实。
由螺栓头24和螺母25加到配置的夹持部件16,17的力被夹持部件转移到夹持架12,13的平壁部分12a,13a,如上所述,平壁部分基本上呈径向。这就保证夹持力基本上作用在壳体1的外周方向。夹持力同时也可引入以接近壳体1外周的地方。
已经装配好的管接头壳体间隙的宽度16可保持在小于这类已知管接头的宽度。这意味着跨接壳体间隙16的插入板5,也可相应地设计得比较弱。
夹持部件也可设计成部分圆筒形,有圆筒形表面作为螺栓头24或螺母25的支持表面,并有平的表面支承在夹持架12,13的平表面12a,13a上。不用说,这些部分圆筒也应有穿孔以让螺栓体23通过,穿孔应大于螺栓体23的外直径D。但是这样的实施方案,与显示的夹持部件16,17设计成U形曲线元件比较起来,是有缺点的,它使加到壳体1的力不太有利。此外如果设计夹持部件成部分圆筒形,最好是半个圆筒,在螺栓体23的外直径D一定的情况下,此穿孔应比横截面为U形的夹持部件16、17的穿孔大很多,以便允许螺栓体23和夹持部件16、17之间相同程度的相对运动。增加腿部区C的宽度可以显著增加U形夹持部件16、17的弯曲阻力。
Claims (6)
1、一种管接头,其特征包括弹性的密封套管(6),在装配前套管比要接管子的外直径要大,并被环形的壳体(1)包围,壳体在纵轴(1a)方向上是裂开的。壳体将密封套管(6)套在管子上,通过夹持机构(11)在外周方向可将壳体拉在一起,夹持机构至少有一个夹持螺栓(22),螺栓基本上通过壳体(1)的正切方向,穿过两个作用在壳体(1)的夹持部件(16,17)延伸,两个夹持部件分别在壳体间隙(16)的两侧,螺栓的头部(24)支承在一个夹持部件(17)的弓形外表面(20a)上,夹持螺栓(22)的螺栓体(23)带有间隙穿过横截面设计成U形的夹持部件(16,17),螺栓所带的螺母(25)支承在另一个夹持部件(16)的相似的弓形外表面(20a)上。
2、如权利要求1所述的管接头,其特征是夹持架(12,13)附在壳体(1)上壳体间隙(5)的两侧,夹持部件(16,17)用它们腿的末端(18a,19a)作用在夹持架(12,13)上,夹持架有穿孔(15)以让夹持螺栓(22)的螺栓体(23)通过。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的管接头,其特征是夹持部件(16,17)至少有一个穿孔(21),该孔在夹持部件(16,17)的外周方向上的内径大于支持螺栓体(23)的外径(D)。

6、如权利要求1所述的管接头,其特征是设计的密封套管(6)的横截面基本上成C形,并有相对延伸的密封边(8,9),在各种情况下两个密封边可以密封的方式压在管端的一端上。
