Abstract

本发明涉及电梯的扶手支撑装置,包括固定板组件(20)及与固定板组件相结合的托架(50),托架包括T型螺母引导件(60)、与T型螺母引导件相结合的T型螺母(70)、与螺栓头相接触的挡止件(80)、螺栓支架(90)及卡定部(96),在使托架(50)插入在与扶手(10)相结合的固定板组件(20)并使卡定部(96)的台阶(94)以啮合的方式与卡止孔(24)相结合之后,若通过紧固孔(22)插入螺栓并拧在T型螺母(70)的螺纹孔(76),则固定板组件(20)因弹性向下弯曲并朝向上侧向扶手(10)施力。

Description

电梯扶手支撑装置
技术领域
本发明涉及电梯的扶手支撑装置,具体地涉及如下的装置:仅在扶手的侧面支撑,而不是在扶手的下方支撑。
背景技术
图1为示出用于使乘客在电梯轿厢内部手扶的扶手的以往的支撑例和问题的图。
乘坐电梯的乘客,尤其,成人在诸多情况下通常会扶握扶手。此时,因乘客的体重而不得不用手向下按压扶手,因此,若采用不从下方支撑电梯扶手的结构,则扶手相比原位置向下倾斜。如图1所示,为了防止上述现象,以往大部分的电梯扶手采纳从下方支撑扶手10的结构。在此结构中,扶手可抵受乘客向下按压的力量来维持原位置。但是,如图所示,当个子小的幼儿和儿童乘坐电梯时,经常出现被扶手下端的支撑部边角磕碰的情况。上述扶手下端的支撑部边角在其结构的特性上具有直角角度的尖锐的情况诸多,因此,可产生被此处磕碰的儿童的头部严重受伤的问题。
发明内容
技术问题
本发明考虑到以往的上述问题而提出,其主要目的在于,仅从扶手的侧面支撑扶手,从而防止扶手与个子小的儿童头部相接触,来防患于未然。
并且,本发明的目的在于,即使儿童的个子处于被扶手磕碰的程度,也使头部与圆形曲面相接触,而不是与尖锐的边角相接触,从而使受伤最小化。
并且,本发明的目的在于,即使仅从侧面支撑扶手,也防止扶手被下方压力向下下垂。
解决问题的方案
本发明的如上所述的目的通过如下的电梯扶手支撑装置实现,即,上述电梯扶手支撑装置包括:固定板组件20,利用螺栓8固定于在电梯轿厢的内部设置的圆筒形扶手10的圆周面,具有L形截面,在底面中央和边缘分别以贯通的方式形成有紧固孔22和卡止孔24,具有弹性;以及托架50,与上述固定板组件20相结合,具有倒U形截面,在结合状态下,一端部具有与扶手10的圆周面相一致的曲线,另一端部与电梯轿厢的壁面相结合,上述托架包括:T型螺母引导件60,以与上述托架内部的上端部之间留有空间的方式水平配置,在中央沿着长度方向形成有导槽62,以板形状配置于上述导槽的两侧;T型螺母70,沿着上述T型螺母引导件60的导槽62移动,包括插入于上述导槽的本体74、在上述本体上端的两侧沿着水平方向突出的翼72以及垂直地形成于上述本体74的螺纹孔76,截面呈T形;挡止件80,在上述T型螺母引导件60的一端部向下突出,在组装状态下,与将上述固定板组件20固定于上述扶手10的上述螺栓8的螺栓头相接触;螺栓支架90,在上述扶手的相反侧的上述托架50的端部附近垂直地形成于上述托架的内部,形成有具有使紧固用螺栓的本体经过且使螺栓头被卡止的尺寸的孔92;以及卡定部96,垂直地突出于上述螺栓支架90的下端部,在与上述螺栓支架的下端部的连接部形成台阶94,在组装状态下,以上述台阶94卡止于上述固定板组件20的上述卡止孔24的状态朝向上述卡止孔24的下部突出,在使上述托架50插入于在与上述扶手10相结合的上述固定板组件20并使上述卡定部96的台阶94以啮合的方式与上述卡止孔24相结合之后,若通过上述紧固孔22插入螺栓并拧在上述T型螺母70的螺纹孔76,则上述固定板组件20因弹性向下弯曲并朝向上侧向上述扶手10施力。
根据本发明,可在挡止件80的下端形成有与螺栓8的螺栓头相对应的形状的槽。
发明的效果
根据以如上所述的方式构成的本发明的扶手支撑装置,由于扶手下部没有任何突出部,因此,可大大减少个子小的儿童被扶手或其零件磕碰头部的危险,还可防止扶手下垂,并可在电梯轿厢内部进行扶手的分解组装过程,因而可简单地进行作业且可确保工作人员的安全。

具体实施方式
图2为本发明的电梯扶手10支撑装置的分解立体图,由于作为上部组装体的托架50为对称结构,因而仅示出一半。
如图所示,在设置于电梯轿厢内部的圆筒形扶手10的圆周面利用螺栓8固定固定板组件20。若从侧面观察,固定板组件20具有L形截面,在底面中央和边缘分别以贯通的方式形成有紧固孔22和卡止孔24。优选地,卡止孔24呈矩形形状。并且,为了向上支撑扶手10,优选地,固定板组件20具有弹性,对于这种弹性的作用,将予以后述。
固定板组件20的上侧与托架50相结合。若从扶手方向观察,托架整体上具有倒U形截面,扶手侧的托架的一端部具有与扶手10的圆周面相一致的曲线,其相反侧的另一端部与电梯轿厢的壁面相结合。
T型螺母引导件60以与托架内部的上端部之间留有空间的方式水平形成于托架的内部。T型螺母引导件60在中央沿着长度方向形成有导槽62,以板形状配置于导槽的两侧(参照图5)。如上所述,图2仅示出T型螺母引导件60的一半。
截面呈T形状的T型螺母70以能够移动的方式沿着T型螺母引导件60的导槽62配置。T型螺母70包括插入于导槽的本体74、在本体上端的两侧沿着水平方向突出的翼72及垂直地形成于本体74的螺纹孔76。在附图中,T型螺母70沿着箭头A的方向插入于T型螺母引导件60,具体地,插入于T型螺母引导件60的导槽62即可。
挡止件80在扶手侧的T型螺母引导件60的一端部向下突出而成。在组装状态下,上述挡止件80与使固定板组件20固定于扶手10的螺栓8的螺栓头相接触(参照图4~5)。如图4~5所示,在组装过程中,由于挡止件80与螺栓8的螺栓头相接触,因而可使托架50以维持规定间隔的方式与固定板组件20相结合。为此,更优选地,与螺栓头相对应的形状的槽形成于挡止件80。
螺栓支架90在扶手相反侧的托架50的端部附近垂直地形成于托架的内部。螺栓支架90呈隔板形状,在中央形成有具有使紧固用螺栓的本体经过且使螺栓头被卡止的尺寸的孔92。
在螺栓支架90的下端部垂直地突出有卡定部96,在螺栓支架的下端部和卡定部96的连接部形成有台阶94。
如图4所示,在组装状态下,台阶94以卡止于固定板组件20的卡止孔24的状态向卡止孔24下部突出。
图3为示出组装状态的下方立体图,为了便于说明,仅示出托架的一半,图4为组装状态的剖视图和(以双点划线圆表示的)主要部分放大图。
如图所示,在利用螺栓将托架50固定于电梯壁面之后,在与扶手10相结合的固定板组件20插入托架50,使卡定部96的台阶94以啮合的方式与卡止孔24相结合之后,若通过紧固孔22插入螺栓8,并沿着箭头B方向拧在T型螺母70的螺纹孔76,则在托架50利用挡止件80维持自身姿势的状态下,螺栓8的螺栓头沿着箭头C方向向上挤出固定板组件20,且使固定板组件的剩余部分被弹性向下弯曲。如上所述,在固定板组件被弯曲的状态下,固定板组件借助弹性向上推动扶手10,因此,即使乘客用手朝向下侧向扶手施力,也可防止扶手下垂的现象。
图5为图4的V-V线的剖视图,可清楚地观察在组装过程中挡止件80与螺栓8的螺栓头相接触的状态。
图6为示出利用本发明的装置在电梯壁面组装扶手且儿童乘坐的状况的图。
如图所示,由于扶手的下侧没有任何突出部,因而可避免个子小的儿童被扶手或其零件磕碰的危险。
并且,本发明的扶手支撑装置可在电梯轿厢内部进行所有分解组装过程,因此,可确保工作人员的安全且可简单地进行分解组装作业。

Claims (2)

1.一种电梯扶手支撑装置,其特征在于,
包括:
固定板组件(20),利用螺栓(8)固定于在电梯轿厢的内部设置的圆筒形扶手(10)的圆周面,具有L形截面,在底面中央和边缘分别以贯通的方式形成有紧固孔(22)和卡止孔(24),具有弹性;以及
托架(50),与上述固定板组件(20)相结合,具有倒U形截面,在结合状态下,一端部具有与扶手(10)的圆周面相一致的曲线,另一端部与电梯轿厢的壁面相结合,
上述托架包括:
T型螺母引导件(60),以与上述托架内部的上端部之间留有空间的方式水平配置,在中央沿着长度方向形成有导槽(62),以板形状配置于上述导槽的两侧;
T型螺母(70),沿着上述T型螺母引导件(60)的导槽(62)移动,包括插入于上述导槽的本体(74)、在上述本体上端的两侧沿着水平方向突出的翼(72)以及垂直地形成于上述本体(74)的螺纹孔(76),截面呈T形;
挡止件(80),在上述T型螺母引导件(60)的一端部向下突出,在组装状态下,与将上述固定板组件(20)固定于上述扶手(10)的上述螺栓(8)的螺栓头相接触;
螺栓支架(90),在上述扶手的相反侧的上述托架(50)的端部附近垂直地形成于上述托架的内部,形成有具有使紧固用螺栓的本体经过且使螺栓头卡止的尺寸的孔(92);以及
卡定部(96),垂直地突出于上述螺栓支架(90)的下端部,在与上述螺栓支架的下端部的连接部形成台阶(94),在组装状态下,以上述台阶(94)卡止于上述固定板组件(20)的上述卡止孔(24)的状态朝向上述卡止孔(24)的下部突出,
在使上述托架(50)插入在与上述扶手(10)相结合的上述固定板组件(20)并使上述卡定部(96)的台阶(94)以啮合的方式与上述卡止孔(24)相结合之后,若通过上述紧固孔(22)插入螺栓并拧在上述T型螺母(70)的螺纹孔(76),则上述固定板组件(20)因弹性向下弯曲并朝向上侧向上述扶手(10)施力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电梯扶手支撑装置,其特征在于,在上述挡止件(80)的下端形成有与螺栓(8)的螺栓头相对应的形状的槽。
