一种有色金属防锈切削液,其特征在于:主要包括以下组分制备而成:硫化脂肪酸钠4-6份,高碳酸钾皂8-14份,茶叶30-40份,动物肝脏50-60份,玉米淀粉40-60份,防锈油剂60-70份,酒精90-110份,环已烷4-6份,0.5%碳酸钠水溶液4-6份,钝化液9-11份,环烷酸锌19-21份,改性添加剂5-15份,低级醚6-10份,清洁剂90-120份。

一种有色金属防锈切削液制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤制备而成:
取硫化脂肪酸钠加入到500份水内,进行蒸馏,收集蒸馏液;
将动物肝脏放入蒸馏液中,同时添加酒精,点燃,直至酒精燃烧殆尽;
取高碳酸钾皂加入其中,再铺上茶叶,静置3天;
取环已烷浸入防锈油剂中,加热至80~90℃,约30~40min;
将茶叶取出,放入上述加热的混合物中浸泡,然后浸入0.5%碳酸钠水溶液中约5min;
将上述混合物,固液分离,400目过滤,所得滤液倒入由钝化液中,加热至80~90℃,约5~1Omin,得到A组分,备用;
取环烷酸锌、改性添加剂、低级醚加入到玉米淀粉中,用泵将磨好的浆液打入大缸内,加入酸浆,充分搅拌,至pH值为5.2左右,静止30分钟的时;
等待充分沉淀后,再把粉面上的清水倒掉,将大缸内淀粉层撬起并搅匀,然后,把这些浓浆泵入到150-180目的细筛上进行第二次过滤,方法与粗滤相同,把经过第二次过滤的浆水泵入缸内,加入等量的清洁剂,充分搅拌,300℃加热,混合3小时;
然后静置,使淀粉充分沉淀,到450-580目的细筛上进行过滤,得到B组分;
将A组分和B组分混合,加入盐20-30份,搅拌,蒸馏,所得蒸馏液即为产品。

实施例1:一种有色金属防锈切削液,主要包括以下组分制备而成:硫化脂肪酸钠4份,高碳酸钾皂8份,茶叶30份,动物肝脏50份,玉米淀粉40份,防锈油剂60份,酒精90份,环已烷4份,0.5%碳酸钠水溶液4份,钝化液9份,环烷酸锌19份,改性添加剂5份,低级醚6份,清洁剂90份。

实施例2:一种有色金属防锈切削液,
主要包括以下组分制备而成:硫化脂肪酸钠6份,高碳酸钾皂14份,茶叶40份,动物肝脏60份,玉米淀粉60份,防锈油剂70份,酒精110份,环已烷6份,0.5%碳酸钠水溶液6份,钝化液11份,环烷酸锌21份,改性添加剂15份,低级醚10份,清洁剂120份。
一种有色金属防锈切削液制备方法,包括以下步骤制备而成:
取硫化脂肪酸钠加入到500份水内,进行蒸馏,收集蒸馏液;
将动物肝脏放入蒸馏液中,同时添加酒精,点燃,直至酒精燃烧殆尽;
取高碳酸钾皂加入其中,再铺上茶叶,静置3天;
取环已烷浸入防锈油剂中,加热至80~90℃,约30~40min;
将茶叶取出,放入上述加热的混合物中浸泡,然后浸入0.5%碳酸钠水溶液中约5min;
将上述混合物,固液分离,400目过滤,所得滤液倒入由钝化液中,加热至80~90℃,约5~1Omin,得到A组分,备用;
取环烷酸锌、改性添加剂、低级醚加入到玉米淀粉中,用泵将磨好的浆液打入大缸内,加入酸浆,充分搅拌,至pH值为5.2左右,静止30分钟的时;
等待充分沉淀后,再把粉面上的清水倒掉,将大缸内淀粉层撬起并搅匀,然后,把这些浓浆泵入到150-180目的细筛上进行第二次过滤,方法与粗滤相同,把经过第二次过滤的浆水泵入缸内,加入等量的清洁剂,充分搅拌,300℃加热,混合3小时;
然后静置,使淀粉充分沉淀,到450-580目的细筛上进行过滤,得到B组分;
将A组分和B组分混合,加入盐20-30份,搅拌,蒸馏,所得蒸馏液即为产品。
钝化液为50%的10%亚硝酸酸钠水溶液和50%的0.5%碳酸钠水溶液组成。
清洁剂为苯甲酸钠10%,二异丙基萘磺酸钠20%,助剂5%份,硼酸5%,尼泊金甲酯10%,柚子汁50%与90℃加热混合制备所得。
防锈油剂由羟基乙叉二磷酸HEDP、聚丙烯酸PAA、片碱NaOH、苯并三氮唑、亚硫酸钠、水和其他助剂组成,
具体配比为:羟基乙叉二磷酸HEDP占所述除锈剂制备方法总质量百分比25%、聚丙烯酸PAA占所述除锈剂制备方法总质量百分比20%、水占所述除锈剂制备方法总质量百分比47%、片碱NaOH占所述除锈剂制备方法总质量百分比5%、苯并三氮唑占所述除锈剂制备方法总质量百分比0.5%、亚硫酸钠占所述除锈剂制备方法总质量百分比2.5%,其他助剂占所述除锈剂制备方法总质量百分比2-15%。

1.一种有色金属防锈切削液,其特征在于:主要包括以下组分制备而成:硫化脂肪酸钠4-6份,高碳酸钾皂8-14份,茶叶30-40份,动物肝脏50-60份,玉米淀粉40-60份,防锈油剂60-70份,酒精90-110份,环已烷4-6份,0.5%碳酸钠水溶液4-6份,钝化液9-11份,环烷酸锌19-21份,改性添加剂5-15份,低级醚6-10份,清洁剂90-120份。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种有色金属防锈切削液,其特征在于:主要包括以下组分制备而成:硫化脂肪酸钠4份,高碳酸钾皂8份,茶叶30份,动物肝脏50份,玉米淀粉40份,防锈油剂60份,酒精90份,环已烷4份,0.5%碳酸钠水溶液4份,钝化液9份,环烷酸锌19份,改性添加剂5份,低级醚6份,清洁剂90份。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的一种有色金属防锈切削液,其特征在于:主要包括以下组分制备而成:硫化脂肪酸钠6份,高碳酸钾皂14份,茶叶40份,动物肝脏60份,玉米淀粉60份,防锈油剂70份,酒精110份,环已烷6份,0.5%碳酸钠水溶液6份,钝化液11份,环烷酸锌21份,改性添加剂15份,低级醚10份,清洁剂120份。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的一种有色金属防锈切削液,其特征在于:所述的钝化液为50%的10%亚硝酸酸钠水溶液和50%的0.5%碳酸钠水溶液组成。
5.根据权利要求1中所述的一种有色金属防锈切削液,其特征在于:所述的清洁剂为苯甲酸钠10%,二异丙基萘磺酸钠20%,助剂5%份,硼酸5%,尼泊金甲酯10%,柚子汁50%与90℃加热混合制备所得。
6.根据权利要求1中所述的一种有色金属防锈切削液,其特征在于:所述的防锈油剂由羟基乙叉二磷酸HEDP、聚丙烯酸PAA、片碱NaOH、苯并三氮唑、亚硫酸钠、水和其他助剂组成,
具体配比为:羟基乙叉二磷酸HEDP占所述除锈剂制备方法总质量百分比20-25%、聚丙烯酸PAA占所述除锈剂制备方法总质量百分比15-20%、水占所述除锈剂制备方法总质量百分比40-60%、片碱NaOH占所述除锈剂制备方法总质量百分比2-5%、苯并三氮唑占所述除锈剂制备方法总质量百分比0.1-0.5%、亚硫酸钠占所述除锈剂制备方法总质量百分比1.5-2.5%,其他助剂占所述除锈剂制备方法总质量百分比2-15%。
7.一种有色金属防锈切削液制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤制备而成:
取硫化脂肪酸钠加入到500份水内,进行蒸馏,收集蒸馏液;
将动物肝脏放入蒸馏液中,同时添加酒精,点燃,直至酒精燃烧殆尽;
取高碳酸钾皂加入其中,再铺上茶叶,静置3天;
取环已烷浸入防锈油剂中,加热至80~90℃,约30~40min;
将茶叶取出,放入上述加热的混合物中浸泡,然后浸入0.5%碳酸钠水溶液中约5min;
将上述混合物,固液分离,400目过滤,所得滤液倒入由钝化液中,加热至80~90℃,约5~1Omin,得到A组分,备用;
取环烷酸锌、改性添加剂、低级醚加入到玉米淀粉中,用泵将磨好的浆液打入大缸内,加入酸浆,充分搅拌,至pH值为5.2左右,静止30分钟的时;
等待充分沉淀后,再把粉面上的清水倒掉,将大缸内淀粉层撬起并搅匀,然后,把这些浓浆泵入到150-180目的细筛上进行第二次过滤,方法与粗滤相同,把经过第二次过滤的浆水泵入缸内,加入等量的清洁剂,充分搅拌,300℃加热,混合3小时;
然后静置,使淀粉充分沉淀,到450-580目的细筛上进行过滤,得到B组分;
将A组分和B组分混合,加入盐20-30份,搅拌,蒸馏,所得蒸馏液即为产品。
