本发明涉及一种润滑油。
背景技术
润滑油一般由基础油和添加剂两部分组成。基础油是润滑油的主要成分,决定着润滑油的基本性质,添加剂则可弥补和改善基础油性能方面的不足,赋予某些新的性能,是润滑油的重要组成部分。润滑油是用在各种类型汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦,保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑、冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种润滑油。
本发明提供一种润滑油,所述润滑油由以下质量份数的各组分组成:机油71-74份、甘露醇2-3份、聚氨酯2-3份、烷基磷酸酯5-7份、乙醚0.2-0.3份、苯并三氮唑0.2-0.3份、二异辛基二苯胺0.5-0.7份。
优选地,所述润滑油由以下质量份数的各组分组成:机油72份、甘露醇2.5份、聚氨酯2.5份、烷基磷酸酯6份、乙醚0.25份、苯并三氮唑0.25份、二异辛基二苯胺0.6份。
本发明还提供润滑油的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)将配方量的机油、甘露醇、聚氨酯、烷基磷酸酯、乙醚混合,加热至40-45℃,搅拌30-40min;
(2)加入配方量的其余组分,搅拌10-15min,冷却至室温,过滤即得。
本发明的润滑油对机器设备具有良好的冷却、密封、防腐、防锈、绝缘作用,使用时摩擦力小,润滑效果好。
具体实施方式
以下的实施例便于更好地理解本发明,但并不限定本发明。下述实施例中的实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。
实施例1
本发明的润滑油的配方如下:
机油72kg、甘露醇2.5kg、聚氨酯2.5kg、烷基磷酸酯6kg、乙醚0.25kg、苯并三氮唑0.25kg、二异辛基二苯胺0.6kg。
本发明的润滑油的制备方法如下:
(1)将机油72kg、甘露醇2.5kg、聚氨酯2.5kg、烷基磷酸酯6kg、乙醚0.25kg混合,加热至42℃,搅拌35min;
(2)加入苯并三氮唑0.25kg和二异辛基二苯胺0.6kg,搅拌12min,冷却至室温,过滤即得。
实施例2
本发明的润滑油的配方如下:
机油71kg、甘露醇2kg、聚氨酯2kg、烷基磷酸酯7kg、乙醚0.2kg、苯并三氮唑0.2kg、二异辛基二苯胺0.7kg。
本发明的润滑油的制备方法如下:
(1)将机油71kg、甘露醇2kg、聚氨酯2kg、烷基磷酸酯7kg、乙醚0.2kg混合,加热至40℃,搅拌40min;
(2)加入苯并三氮唑0.2kg和二异辛基二苯胺0.7kg,搅拌15min,冷却至室温,过滤即得。
实施例3
本发明的润滑油的配方如下:
机油74kg、甘露醇3kg、聚氨酯3kg、烷基磷酸酯5kg、乙醚0.3kg、苯并三氮唑0.3kg、二异辛基二苯胺0.5kg。
本发明的润滑油的制备方法如下:
(1)将机油74kg、甘露醇3kg、聚氨酯3kg、烷基磷酸酯5kg、乙醚0.3kg混合,加热至45℃,搅拌30min;
(2)加入苯并三氮唑0.3kg和二异辛基二苯胺0.5kg,搅拌10min,冷却至室温,过滤即得。
实施例4
本发明的润滑油的配方如下:
机油73kg、甘露醇2kg、聚氨酯2kg、烷基磷酸酯7kg、乙醚0.2kg、苯并三氮唑0.3kg、二异辛基二苯胺0.7kg。
本发明的润滑油的制备方法如下:
(1)将机油73kg、甘露醇2kg、聚氨酯2kg、烷基磷酸酯7kg、乙醚0.2kg混合,加热至43℃,搅拌33min;
(2)加入苯并三氮唑0.3kg和二异辛基二苯胺0.7kg,搅拌13min,冷却至室温,过滤即得。

1.一种润滑油,其特征在于:所述润滑油由以下质量份数的各组分组成:机油71-74份、甘露醇2-3份、聚氨酯2-3份、烷基磷酸酯5-7份、乙醚0.2-0.3份、苯并三氮唑0.2-0.3份、二异辛基二苯胺0.5-0.7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的润滑油,其特征在于:所述润滑油由以下质量份数的各组分组成:机油72份、甘露醇2.5份、聚氨酯2.5份、烷基磷酸酯6份、乙醚0.25份、苯并三氮唑0.25份、二异辛基二苯胺0.6份。
3.权利要求1或2所述的润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:
(1)将配方量的机油、甘露醇、聚氨酯、烷基磷酸酯、乙醚混合,加热至40-45℃,搅拌30-40min;
(2)加入配方量的其余组分,搅拌10-15min,冷却至室温,过滤即得。
