本发明提供一种梦幻装饰薄膜,包括贴合成一体的面层、中层及底层;所述面层按以下重量比的组分组成:消光粉:17‑20,PVC树脂粉:95‑105,增塑剂:24‑28,稳定剂:3‑4,滑剂:0.2‑0.3,加工助剂:2.2‑2.6;所述中层按以下重量比的组分组成:PVC树脂粉:95‑105,增塑剂:24‑26,安定剂:1.3‑1.7,外滑剂:0.2‑0.4,内滑剂:0.2‑0.4,爽滑剂:0.15‑0.25,加工助剂:1.5‑2.5,色料:根据颜色配方适当添加;所述底层按以下重量比的组分组成:PVC树脂粉:95‑105,安定剂:2.5‑3.5,外滑剂:0.3‑0.5,内滑剂:5‑7,助剂:0.25‑0.35,ACR:1.2‑1.4,MBS:5.5‑6.5。将本发明生产出来的梦幻装饰薄膜吸塑到门窗或者要应用的产品上以后,再用合适的溶剂,在需要花纹的位置轻轻擦出需要的花纹,达到颜色多样、花纹多样的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及薄膜技术领域,尤其涉及到一种梦幻装饰薄膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前大部分PVC膜都是生产出来以后直接应用到产品上,颜色和花纹单一,尤其是珠光产品,生产出来的成品只能是整个表面全部是珠光,而不容易达到部分珠光部分其他花纹或者颜色的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有装饰产品颜色和花纹单一的不足,提供一种梦幻装饰薄膜,能够达到多种颜色与多种花纹的梦幻效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明所提供的技术方案为:一种梦幻装饰薄膜,其特征在于:包括贴合成一体的面层、中层及底层;
所述面层按以下重量比的组分组成:消光粉:17-20,PVC树脂粉:95-105,增塑剂:24-28,稳定剂:3-4,滑剂:0.2-0.3,加工助剂:2.2-2.6;
所述中层按以下重量比的组分组成:PVC树脂粉:95-105,增塑剂:24-26,安定剂:1.3-1.7,外滑剂:0.2-0.4,内滑剂:0.2-0.4,爽滑剂:0.15-0.25,加工助剂:1.5-2.5,色料:根据颜色配方适当添加;
所述底层按以下重量比的组分组成:PVC树脂粉:95-105,安定剂:2.5-3.5,外滑剂:0.3-0.5,内滑剂:5-7,助剂:0.25-0.35,ACR:1.2-1.4,MBS:5.5-6.5。
优选地,所述的梦幻装饰薄膜:包括贴合成一体的面层、中层及底层;
所述面层按以下重量比的组分组成:消光粉18.75,PVC树脂粉:100,增塑剂:26,稳定剂:3.6,滑剂:0.25,加工助剂:2.4;
所述中层按以下重量比的组分组成:PVC树脂粉:100,增塑剂:25,安定剂:1.5,外滑剂:0.3,内滑剂:0.3,爽滑剂:0.2,加工助剂:2,色料:根据颜色配方适当添加;
所述底层按以下重量比的组分组成:PVC树脂粉:100,安定剂:3,外滑剂:0.4,内滑剂:6,助剂:0.3,ACR:1.3,MBS:6。
本发明还提供一种梦幻装饰薄膜的制备方法,先分别对面层、中层及底层进行压延成形,再将形成好的面层、中层及底层进行贴合;
所述的压延成形包括以下步骤:
a.计量对应比重的原材料;
b.将计量好的原材料经过密炼机高速混合、塑化;
c.初步混合后的原材料再经过密炼机进行混合塑化;
d.再经过轧轮机进行再次塑化;
e.塑化后的原材料经过过滤机过滤杂质;
f.过滤后的原材料输送至压延胶布机进行压延塑化;
g.压延塑化后的薄膜再经过压花轮进行压花;
i.压花后的薄膜通过冷却轮冷却;
j.最后通过卷取机将压延薄膜成品收卷,送至贴合机进行下一步工序;
所述的贴合,将面层、中层、底层叠在一起,并通过以下设备进行热压贴合:预热轮-主热轮-输送轮-压花轮-冷却轮-牵引轮-卷取机;
4、根据权利要求3所述的梦幻装饰薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述面层的轧轮温度为154-157℃,压花轮压力为5kg,压花轮用水温度为43℃;所述中层的轧轮温度为174-179℃,压花轮压力为20kg,压花轮用水温度为42℃,所述低层的轧轮温度为139-144℃,压花轮压力为5kg,压花轮用水温度为76℃。
其中:
PVC树脂粉:是生产PVC薄膜的主要原材料;
增塑剂:改善聚氯乙烯塑性和柔韧性、降低聚氯乙烯加工温度;
安定剂:保证PVC不容易降解,比较稳定;
滑剂:提高树脂的加工流动性,便于树脂流动和脱模;
助剂:有利于提高树脂的塑化能力;
MBS:甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丁二烯、苯乙烯的共聚物,可提高产品的冲击强度和韧性;
ACR:既能改善加工性,又有外润滑作用。
与现有技术相比,本发明采用先进的生产方式,确定了性能最优的原材料型号和配比以及生产工艺参数,将梦幻装饰薄膜吸塑到门窗或者要应用的产品上以后,再用合适的溶剂,在需要花纹的位置轻轻擦出需要的花纹,达到颜色多样、花纹多样的效果。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1:本实施例提供一种梦幻装饰薄膜,包括贴合成一体的面层、中层及底层;
所述面层按以下重量比的组分组成:消光粉:17,PVC树脂粉:95,增塑剂:24,稳定剂:3,滑剂:0.2,加工助剂:2.2;
所述中层按以下重量比的组分组成:PVC树脂粉:95,增塑剂:24,安定剂:1.3,外滑剂:0.2,内滑剂:0.2,爽滑剂:0.15,加工助剂:1.5,色料:根据颜色配方适当添加;
所述底层按以下重量比的组分组成:PVC树脂粉:95,安定剂:2.5,外滑剂:0.3,内滑剂:5,助剂:0.25,ACR:1.2,MBS:5.5。
实施例2:一种梦幻装饰薄膜,其特征在于:包括贴合成一体的面层、中层及底层;所述面层按以下重量比的组分组成:消光粉:20,PVC树脂粉:105,增塑剂:28,稳定剂:4,滑剂:0.3,加工助剂:2.6;
所述中层按以下重量比的组分组成:PVC树脂粉:105,增塑剂:26,安定剂:1.7,外滑剂:0.4,内滑剂:0.4,爽滑剂:0.25,加工助剂:2.5,色料:根据颜色配方适当添加;
所述底层按以下重量比的组分组成:PVC树脂粉:105,安定剂:3.5,外滑剂:0.5,内滑剂:7,助剂:0.35,ACR:1.4,MBS:6.5。
实施例3:一种梦幻装饰薄膜:包括贴合成一体的面层、中层及底层;
所述面层按以下重量比的组分组成:消光粉18.75,PVC树脂粉:100,增塑剂:26,稳定剂:3.6,滑剂:0.25,加工助剂:2.4;
所述中层按以下重量比的组分组成:PVC树脂粉:100,增塑剂:25,安定剂:1.5,外滑剂:0.3,内滑剂:0.3,爽滑剂:0.2,加工助剂:2,色料:根据颜色配方适当添加;
所述底层按以下重量比的组分组成:PVC树脂粉:100,安定剂:3,外滑剂:0.4,内滑剂:6,助剂:0.3,ACR:1.3,MBS:6。
本发明还提供一种如上述三个实施例中所述的梦幻装饰薄膜的制备方法,先分别对面层、中层及底层进行压延成形,再将形成好的面层、中层及底层进行贴合;
所述的压延成形包括以下步骤:

所述的贴合,将面层、中层、底层叠在一起,并通过以下设备进行热压贴合:预热轮-主热轮-输送轮-压花轮-冷却轮-牵引轮-卷取机;
具体的,所述面层的轧轮温度为154-157℃,压花轮压力为5kg,压花轮用水温度为43℃;所述中层的轧轮温度为174-179℃,压花轮压力为20kg,压花轮用水温度为42℃,所述低层的轧轮温度为139-144℃,压花轮压力为5kg,压花轮用水温度为76℃。
生产好的产品吸塑到门窗或者要应用的产品上以后,再用合适的溶剂,在需要花纹的位置轻轻擦出需要的花纹,达到颜色多样、花纹多样的效果。所需的溶剂为公知常识,此处不累述,另外,为了清楚明白地说明本发明的实施例,以下是本发明中所述的面层、中层、底层及贴合的设备生产参数,以下数据仅为其中的一组数据,在其数据左右波动的范围值,理应作为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种梦幻装饰薄膜,其特征在于:包括贴合成一体的面层、中层及底层;
所述面层按以下重量比的组分组成:消光粉:17-20,PVC树脂粉:95-105,增塑剂:24-28,稳定剂:3-4,滑剂:0.2-0.3,加工助剂:2.2-2.6;
所述中层按以下重量比的组分组成:PVC树脂粉:95-105,增塑剂:24-26,安定剂:1.3-1.7,外滑剂:0.2-0.4,内滑剂:0.2-0.4,爽滑剂:0.15-0.25,加工助剂:1.5-2.5,色料:根据颜色配方适当添加;
所述底层按以下重量比的组分组成:PVC树脂粉:95-105,安定剂:2.5-3.5,外滑剂:0.3-0.5,内滑剂:5-7,助剂:0.25-0.35,ACR:1.2-1.4,MBS:5.5-6.5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的梦幻装饰薄膜,其特征在于:包括贴合成一体的面层、中层及底层;所述面层按以下重量比的组分组成:消光粉18.75,PVC树脂粉:100,增塑剂:26,稳定剂:3.6,滑剂:0.25,加工助剂:2.4;
所述中层按以下重量比的组分组成:PVC树脂粉:100,增塑剂:25,安定剂:1.5,外滑剂:0.3,内滑剂:0.3,爽滑剂:0.2,加工助剂:2,色料:根据颜色配方适当添加;
所述底层按以下重量比的组分组成:PVC树脂粉:100,安定剂:3,外滑剂:0.4,内滑剂:6,助剂:0.3,ACR:1.3,MBS:6。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的梦幻装饰薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于:先分别对面层、中层及底层进行压延成形,再将形成好的面层、中层及底层进行贴合;
所述的压延成形包括以下步骤:
a.计量对应比重的原材料;
b.将计量好的原材料经过密炼机高速混合、塑化;
c.初步混合后的原材料再经过密炼机进行混合塑化;
d.再经过轧轮机进行再次塑化;
e.塑化后的原材料经过过滤机过滤杂质;
f.过滤后的原材料输送至压延胶布机进行压延塑化;
g.压延塑化后的薄膜再经过压花轮进行压花;
i.压花后的薄膜通过冷却轮冷却;
j.最后通过卷取机将压延薄膜成品收卷,送至贴合机进行下一步工序;
所述的贴合,将面层、中层、底层叠在一起,并通过以下设备进行热压贴合:预热轮-主热轮-输送轮-压花轮-冷却轮-牵引轮-卷取机。
