Abstract
本发明涉及一种利用进一步发泡的绝热材料填充方法及填充有绝热材料的建筑框架,其特征在于,所述方法包括:绝热材料制备步骤,制备小于框架的中空部的由发泡成型物构成的绝热材料;添加水分步骤,用于向所述绝热材料的表面添加水分;绝热材料插入步骤,用于将增湿的所述绝热材料插入于框架的中空部;以及进一步发泡与膨胀步骤,通过加热插入所述绝热材料的框架,使得通过在框架内部进一步发泡由所述发泡成型物构成的绝热材料的方式膨胀绝热材料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种绝热材料填充方法及使用该方法制造的填充有绝热材料的建筑框架,更详细而言,涉及利用进一步发泡在框架的内部容易地填充由发泡成型物构成的绝热材料以防在框架与绝热材料之间产生缝隙的方法与填充有绝热材料的建筑框架。
背景技术
窗户是指安装在建筑物的墙壁结构上的窗户或安装在出口等的开口处的各种窗户或门,以从外部挡住建筑物的内部,具有由玻璃等形成的阻挡板装配在配件框架中的结构。
此外,安装在门窗上并具有开闭结构的窗户包括窗框与窗口,窗框包括沿长度方向的多个轨道,窗口安装在轨道上以被打开或关闭。
同时,通常使用的所述窗户框架的材料由合成树脂材料或金属材料构成,合成树脂材料具有出色的隔热性并且易于大量生产,但这些材料本身具有高弹性、低强度、耐火性差,并且发生火灾时释放有毒气体。
由金属材料制成的窗户具有高强度、高耐久性、高耐火性等优点,但由于具有高导热性,使得通过窗户框架的热损失较大,并且由于室内与室外温度之差导致窗户框架处发生结露现象。
目前已经开发出通过用填充材料填充建筑框架的内部来改善包括金属窗户框架的建筑框架的隔热性、吸音性等。
作为填充填料的最基本的方法,将具有高绝热性的发泡成型物,例如发泡聚苯乙烯(EPS)等插入于窗户框架的空间中,但不容易模制或切割发泡成型物适合空间的大小。此外,当操作者错误地测量框架的体积或者不正确地切割发泡成型物而发泡成型物的尺寸过大时,难以将发泡成型物插入框架内,或者是插入处理过程中因表面摩擦等引起的发泡成型物的表面受损等问题。此外,即使发泡成型物的尺寸太小或适当,在插入期间在发泡成型物与框架之间形成间隙,导致降低绝热性与隔音性,并产生结露等问题。
作为用填料填充建筑物框架的内部的另一种方法,在建筑物框架的内部可以填充可发泡材料,例如聚氨酯、可发泡聚苯乙烯珠等,随后发泡。在这种情况下,由于操作者的误差过量使用发泡材料时,在框架上形成有凸部,此时必须去除重构框架,导致成本的浪费。当以不足的量使用发泡材料时,不能充分地填充框架,因此形成间隙,导致在加工之后发生裂纹,结露等,因此,发生门框内部腐蚀等问题。
作为填充填料的另一种方法,可以使用流体颗粒绝热材料的方法。例如,韩国公开专利第10-2013-0097029公开了一种在窗户框架的中空形成发泡绝热材料注入口与气泡出口,通过使用喷嘴连接到入口与出口的插入构件填充发泡绝热材料,然后关闭入口与出口,通过此过程将预发泡颗粒状态的发泡绝热材料填充在窗户框架的中空部。然而,即使使用这种方法,填充预发泡颗粒或液体材料的过程是复杂的,此外,当使用预发泡颗粒时,在颗粒之间形成间隙,因此不能获得足够的隔热效果。
因此,在具有长度长且在内部形成中空部的窗户框架的内部填充绝热材料等填料的方法到目前是非常有难度的作业。

本发明是鉴于所述诸多问题而提出的,其目的在于,提供一种即便在框架与绝热材料之间不会产生孔隙的同时将绝热材料容易地填充在框架的中空部的方法及利用该方法制造的填充有绝热材料的建筑框架。
技术方案
为了实现所述目的,本发明的用绝热材料填充框架内部的方法,包括:绝热材料制备步骤,制备小于框架的中空部的由发泡成型物构成的绝热材料;添加水分步骤,用于向绝热材料的表面添加水分;绝热材料插入步骤,用于将增湿的绝热材料插入于框架的中空部;以及进一步发泡与膨胀步骤,通过加热插入绝热材料的框架,使得通过在框架内部进一步发泡由所述发泡成型物构成的绝热材料的方式膨胀绝热材料。
优选地,在所述添加水分步骤中涂布含水的水性粘合剂。
有益效果
根据所述的本发明的方法,使用小于外部框架的中空部的体积的发泡成型物构成的绝热材料,并且涂布在绝热材料的表面的含有水分的水性粘合剂作为润滑剂,因此,当绝热材料插入于框架时减少摩擦力,从而容易地进行插入在框架内的过程及容易地进行步骤工序。
并且,在插入处理之后,通过进一步的发泡来使绝热材料膨胀,以完全填充框架的中空部,使得在框架与绝热材料之间不会形成间隙,从而,获得出色的隔热及隔音效果。

具体实施方式
图1是根据本发明的优选实施例的填充绝热材料的建筑框架,分别示出填充在内部的绝热材料的发泡前后的状态的立体图,图2是放大图1的A、B部分的主要部分放大图,图3是根据本发明的优选实施例的利用进一步发泡的绝热材料填充方法的整体过程的顺序图。以下,参照附图详细说明本发明。
如图1所示,本发明涉及在框架F的内部填充绝热材料10、10a的方法及利用该方法制造的填充绝热材料的建筑框架。
在本发明,框架F并不被限定,如图所示,在具有长度长且狭窄中空部的窗户铝轮廊的金属材料的框架内部填充绝热材料10、10a时具有有效性。
如图3所示,根据本发明的方法包括:绝热材料制备步骤,制备小于框架的中空部的由发泡成型物构成的绝热材料;添加水分步骤,用于向绝热材料的表面添加水分;绝热材料插入步骤,用于将增湿的绝热材料插入于框架的中空部;以及进一步发泡与膨胀步骤,通过加热插入绝热材料的框架,使得通过在框架内部进一步发泡由所述发泡成型物构成的绝热材料的方式膨胀绝热材料。
具体地,首先,在绝热材料制备步骤中,使用发泡树脂制备符合框架F形状以容易插入于中空部的绝热材料。
此时,所述发泡成型物10为,可以将发泡树脂放入模制框后发泡来制造对应框架的形状,但,优选地,将发泡树脂放入模制框中,通过用蒸汽加热进行发泡,得到块状发泡成型物(发泡成型物形成工序),将所述块状发泡成型物切割成尺寸略小于框架的中空部的尺寸以装配到框架的中空部中,以获得由发泡成型物构成的绝热材料(切割步骤)。
放入待发泡的成型框中的可发泡树脂包括颗粒发泡树脂,例如发泡聚苯乙烯基树脂、发泡聚丙烯或膨胀聚乙烯,使用发泡性树脂颗粒形成发泡成型物的方法可以通过公知的方法进行。
例如,珠粒型可发泡树脂颗粒可以直接放入模制框中发泡,然而,优选发泡发泡性树脂颗粒来获得具备发泡性的预发泡颗粒(预发泡步骤),将所述预发泡颗粒进行发酵及干燥后,注入模制框中并发泡成型以获得具有与框架的中空部相对应的形状的模制产品或块状发泡成型物(发泡成型步骤)。
在发泡成型步骤中,将高温高压蒸汽注入模制框中以加热预发泡颗粒,从而获得发泡颗粒表面熔融的附聚形态的发泡成型物。
当获得块状发泡成型物时,将块状发泡成型物切成与框架的中空部对应的尺寸,从而得到由发泡成型物构成的绝热材料10,以填充框架内部。
如图1a及图2a所示,由发泡成型物构成的绝热材料10的体积小于中空部的体积,从而在框架F的内壁与绝热材料10之间充分形成间隙,当进行将绝热材料10插入于框架F中的后续处理时,由于绝热材料10与框架F之间的表面摩擦力低,从而容易地插入。
制备具有与框架F的中空部分的形状相对应的形状的绝热材料10时,在绝热材料10的表面上添加水分(添加水分步骤)。
在随后的进一步的发泡及膨胀步骤中,通过加热蒸发水分,从而当进一步发泡发泡成型物时不仅供给水蒸气还能向发泡形成物均匀地传递热,并防止由发泡成型物构成的绝热材料10由于由金属材料制成的框架F的过热而被收缩或变形。
优选地,将所述水分不以净化水等形态来提供而是以包含水分的粘合剂的形态,即水性粘合剂或使用水的乳液形态的粘合剂来通过涂覆或喷涂的方法施加于绝热材料上。
所述水性粘合剂12包括丙烯酸烷基酯、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、丙烯酸羟烷基酯等的丙烯酸类粘合剂,乙烯醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)粘合剂、聚乙酸乙烯酯类粘合剂、聚乙烯醇类粘合剂、硅酸盐类无机粘合剂等,但并不限定于此。
因此,当使用水性粘合剂12时,粘合剂用作润滑剂,因此,绝热材料10可以容易地插入到框架F中,并且可以防止绝热材料10的表面由于摩擦而损坏的现象,还可以防止插入的绝热材料10由于水性粘合剂12的粘度而从框架F逸出到外部的现象。
如上所述,添加有所述水分(水性粘合剂)的绝热材料10插入框架F的中空部(绝热材料插入步骤)。
如图2a所示,由于由发泡成型物构成的绝热材料10小于框架F的中空部,因此在绝热材料10与框架F的内壁之间形成间隙,添加的水性粘合剂12在间隙中。
将插入有绝热材料10的框架F放入如热室的加热构件的内部后进行加热。框架F的温度通过加热而升高,施加到绝热材料10的表面的水性粘合剂12的水分被蒸发发生蒸气。当施加蒸汽与热时,发泡成型物借助由发泡成型物构成的绝热材料10的内部的发泡剂进一步进行发泡,从而绝热材料10膨胀。
此时,由于所述绝热材料10被插入到框架F中的装填,因此绝热材料10被发泡及膨胀的程度被框架F限制,因此,如图1b及2b所示,进一步发泡的绝热材料10a被膨胀,从而填充框架F的内壁与绝热材料10a之间的间隙,从而与框架F的内壁紧密接触(进一步发泡与膨胀步骤)。
此外,当水分通过进一步发泡蒸发时,如图2b所示,施加到绝热材料10的表面的粘合剂12被固化,从而形成粘合层12',以将进一步发泡的绝热材料10a固定地粘附在框架F的内壁。
因此,当进一步发泡的绝热材料10a紧密地固定在框架F的内壁上时,能防止发泡绝热材料10a与框架F之间的气密性变差,使得在框架F的外侧产生结露、裂纹等的问题,从而获得出色的隔热与隔音效果。
根据本发明的填充有绝热材料的建筑框架通过由发泡成型物构成的绝热材料填充后完成的进一步发泡制造。
即,如图1b及2b所示,本发明包括内部形成有中空部的金属材料的建筑框架F与填充在所述建筑框架的中空部的绝热材料10a构成。
所述绝热材料10在所述建筑框架F内部发泡成型物状态下进一步被发泡,使得以适合建筑框架F的中空部来膨胀,从而与建筑框架的内壁紧密接触以获得出色的绝热性及吸音性。
此外,粘合层12'通过水性粘合剂的固化形成在所述建筑框架F的内壁与作为发泡成型物的绝热材料10a之间,从而提高紧贴性。
架构框架F可用于各种用途。作为代表性的例子,用绝热材料填充由挤压成形的金属材料轮廊的内部中空部,从而作为窗户框架来使用。
同时,在框架F的内周面可以涂覆有高耐冲击性的聚丙烯树脂组合物。这种聚丙烯树脂组合物可以包括由75重量%至95重量%的乙烯-丙烯-α-烯烃无规共聚物与其中乙烯为20重量%~50重量%的5重量%至25重量%的乙烯-丙烯嵌段共聚物组成的聚丙烯无规嵌段共聚物。
如上所述,聚丙烯无规嵌段共聚物可以包含75重量%~95重量%的乙烯-丙烯-α-烯烃无规共聚物与5重量%~25重量%的乙烯-丙烯嵌段共聚物。当乙烯-丙烯-α-烯烃无规共聚物的量小于75重量%时,刚性降低,当乙烯-丙烯-α-烯烃无规共聚物的量大于95重量%时,耐冲击性降低。当乙烯-丙烯嵌段共聚物的量小于5重量%时,耐冲击性降低,并且当乙烯-丙烯嵌段共聚物的量大于25重量%时,刚性降低。乙烯-丙烯-α-烯烃无规共聚物包括0.5重量%~7重量%的乙烯与1重量%~15重量%的碳原子数为4~5的α-烯烃,保持聚丙烯树脂组合物的机械刚性及耐热性,并且有效地保持聚丙烯树脂组合物的抗白化性。乙烯的量优选在0.5重量%~5重量%的范围内,更优选在1重量%~3重量%的范围内。当乙烯的量小于0.5重量%时,防潮性降低,并且当乙烯的量大于7重量%时,树脂的结晶度与刚性降低。此外,本发明所用的术语“α-烯烃”是指除了乙烯和丙烯以外的α-烯烃,并且α-烯烃优选为丁烯。此外,当所述α-烯烃的碳原子数小于4或大于5时,在制备无规共聚物时,α-烯烃与单体的反应性低,因此难以制备共聚物。
此外,乙烯-丙烯-α-烯烃无规共聚物可以包括1重量%至15重量%,优选1重量%至10重量%,更优选3重量%至9重量%的α烯烃。当α-烯烃的量小于1重量%时,结晶度大于所需量,因此透明度变差,当α-烯烃的用量大于15重量%时,结晶性与刚性降低,因此,耐热性显着降低。此外,乙烯-丙烯嵌段共聚物包含20重量%至50重量%的乙烯,向聚丙烯树脂组合物赋予耐冲击性,并且可以微分散,从而具有防潮性及透明性。乙烯的量优选在20重量%至40重量%的范围内。当乙烯的量小于20重量%时,耐冲击性降低,并且当乙烯的量大于50重量%时,耐冲击性及防潮性下降。
由于在框架F的内周面涂覆有抗外部冲击或高耐冲击性的聚丙烯树脂组合物,因此,可以提高框架F的耐冲击性及防潮性。
此外,在框架F的外表面上可以涂覆有用于防止污染的涂料组合物的涂层,以有效地防止污染物粘附到框架F的外表面并有效地除去污染物。用于防止污染的涂料组合物包括摩尔比为1:0.01至1:2的硼酸及碳酸钠,并且相对于水溶液的总量硼酸及碳酸钠的总量为1重量%至10重量%。此外,可以使用碳酸钠或碳酸钙作为改善涂层的涂层性的材料,但优选使用碳酸钠。硼酸及碳酸钠的摩尔比可以为1:0.01至1:2。当硼酸与碳酸钠的摩尔比超出所述范围时,涂层性下降,或涂层后增加表面的水分吸收,导致涂层被除去。
相对于水溶液的总量所述硼酸及碳酸钠的量可以为1重量%至10重量%。当硼酸及碳酸钠的量小于1重量%时,涂层性下降,并且当硼及碳酸钠的量大于10重量%时,由于厚度的增加发生晶体沉积。
同时,用于防止污染的涂料组合物可以通过喷涂的方式涂布在基材上。此外,基材上的最终涂层的厚度可以在500A至2000A的范围内,优选在1000至2000A之间。当涂层的厚度小于500A时,当进行高温热处理时,涂层会劣化。当涂层的厚度大于2000A时,容易发生涂层表面的晶体沉积。
此外,用于防止污染的涂料组合物可以通过向1000ml蒸馏水中加入0.1摩尔硼酸及0.05摩尔碳酸钠并搅拌后获得。
因此,在框架F的外表面涂覆有防污染涂层,以有效地防止污染物粘附到其上并有效地去除污染物,从而可以提高防止框架F被污染的效果。
Claims (1)
1.一种利用进一步发泡的绝热材料填充在框架的内部的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
绝热材料制备步骤,制备小于框架的中空部并由具有与框架的中空部相对应形状的发泡成型物构成的绝热材料;
添加水分步骤,用于向由所述发泡成型物构成的所述绝热材料的表面涂布含有水的水性粘合剂来添加水分;
绝热材料插入步骤,用于将增湿的由发泡成型物构成的所述绝热材料插入于框架的中空部;以及
进一步发泡与膨胀步骤,通过加热插入由所述发泡成型物构成的所述绝热材料的框架,使得借助在所述添加水分步骤中由水分的蒸发引起的水蒸气,在框架内部进一步发泡由所述发泡成型物构成的绝热材料的方式膨胀绝热材料,
所述绝热材料制备步骤通过用蒸汽加热使发泡性树脂发泡获得块状的发泡成型物,将所述发泡成型物切割成小于框架的中空部的尺寸,以装配在框架的中空部中,从而获得由发泡成型物构成的绝热材料。
