本发明公开了一种低粘度胶浆及其制备方法,其所包含的各组分和各组分所占的重量份为:丙烯酸树脂52份,钛白粉32份,滑石粉5份,乳化剂2.5份,硅油8份,消光粉5份,分散剂2.5份,乙二醇2份,抗粘剂5.5份。其制备方法为:将丙烯酸树脂、滑石粉加入反应器内,搅拌均匀;然后加入钛白粉和分散剂,高速搅拌分散均匀;再向反应器内加入乳化剂、硅油、乙二醇和抗粘剂,搅拌均匀;最后加入消光粉搅拌均匀,制得低粘度胶浆。本发明的有益效果为:本发明低粘度胶浆,其粘度低、弹性高、稳定性能良好,且价格低廉、无毒、无腐蚀性、应用广泛,其生产工艺简单、操作方便、安全环保。

一种低粘度胶浆及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及化工胶浆技术领域,尤其涉及一种服装、印刷胶浆领域的稳定性能良好、价格低廉、无毒、无腐蚀性、具有高弹性的低粘度胶浆及其制备方法。
背景技术
作为印花用的胶浆,多数用于服装印花。就是用这种胶浆把活性染料调成不同的颜色,用手工或者机器印在服装上。也可以用于箱包、鞋帽。现有的胶浆存在着一个最大的问题,弹性好的粘度大,粘度低的没有拉力,适应不了高档品质产品的要求,有些碰到水就会脱落,操作使用不方便,稳定性差。
专利名称为“低粘度胶浆1601”的专利文献,公开了该合成型胶浆由丙烯酸树脂50%、钛白粉28%、滑石粉5%、乳化剂2%、硅油10%、消光粉3%、分散剂2%组成。
专利名称为“低粘度胶浆1602”的专利文献,公开了该合成型胶浆由丙烯酸树脂50%、滑石粉15%、硅油15.5%、乳化剂4%、消光粉3%、乙二醇2.5%、抗粘剂10%组成。
以上是低粘度胶浆的现有技术,其均存在以下缺点:
1、抗硝素洗、石磨洗性能差,牢度低,耐摩擦性能差,弹性和粘度无法满足生产需求。
2、抗氧化能力差、耐腐蚀性能差、稳定性差。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种低粘度胶浆及其制备方法,其粘度低、弹性高、稳定性能良好,且价格低廉、无毒、无腐蚀性、应用广泛,其生产工艺简单、操作方便、安全环保。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种低粘度胶浆,其所包含的各组分和各组分所占的重量份为:丙烯酸树脂52份,钛白粉32份,滑石粉5份,乳化剂2.5份,硅油8份,消光粉5份,分散剂2.5份,乙二醇2份,抗粘剂5.5份。
本发明还提供了一种低粘度胶浆的制备方法,其制备方法为 :将丙烯酸树脂、滑石粉加入反应器内,搅拌均匀;然后加入钛白粉和分散剂,高速搅拌分散均匀;再向反应器内加入乳化剂、硅油、乙二醇和抗粘剂,搅拌均匀;最后加入消光粉搅拌均匀,制得低粘度胶浆。其制备过程中所需的各组分所占的重量份为:丙烯酸树脂52份,钛白粉32份,滑石粉5份,乳化剂2.5份,硅油8份,消光粉5份,分散剂2.5份,乙二醇2份,抗粘剂5.5份。
通过采用以上技术方案,本发明一种低粘度胶浆及其制备方法与现有技术相比,其有益效果为:
1、本发明的胶浆不仅粘度低,弹性高,稳定性能良好,而且应用的范围广。且生产工艺简单,操作方便,安全,环保。
2、本发明的胶浆,价格低廉,无毒,无腐蚀性,对人体没有伤害,在常规操作下也能起到最佳的效果。

本发明一种低粘度胶浆可通过以下实施例获取:
实施例一
将52kg的丙烯酸树脂、5kg的滑石粉加入反应器内,搅拌均匀;然后加入32kg的钛白粉和2.5kg的分散剂,高速搅拌分散均匀;再向反应器内加入2.5kg的乳化剂、8kg的硅油、2kg的乙二醇和5.5kg的抗粘剂,搅拌均匀;最后加入5kg的消光粉搅拌均匀,制得低粘度胶浆。
本发明是将丙烯酸树脂、滑石粉为第一组,钛白粉、分散剂为第二组,乳化剂、硅油、乙二醇、抗粘剂为第三组,消光粉为第四组。第一组和第四组分开分别降低粘度。第二组,第三组复配再改善粘度,提高低粘度的稳定性能。
发明人针对以上实施例,进行了低粘度胶浆的各项性能试验,所得的试验数据如下表所示:粘度700-900cps;遮盖度4级,牢度4级,耐摩擦4级。
试验证明,本发明低粘度胶浆不仅其粘度低、弹性高,且遮盖度好、牢度高、耐摩擦性能优异。
另外,本发明提供的是一种具有优良的稳定性能的胶浆,其配方合理,可在常规机械操作下,生产工艺简单、操作方便、安全环保,制造的组合物价格低廉、无毒、无腐蚀性、应用广泛。

1.一种低粘度胶浆,其特征在于,其所包含的各组分和各组分所占的重量份为:丙烯酸树脂52份,钛白粉32份,滑石粉5份,乳化剂2.5份,硅油8份,消光粉5份,分散剂2.5份,乙二醇2份,抗粘剂5.5份。
2.一种低粘度胶浆的制备方法,其特征在于,其制备方法为 :将丙烯酸树脂、滑石粉加入反应器内,搅拌均匀;然后加入钛白粉和分散剂,高速搅拌分散均匀;再向反应器内加入乳化剂、硅油、乙二醇和抗粘剂,搅拌均匀;最后加入消光粉搅拌均匀,制得低粘度胶浆。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种低粘度胶浆的制备方法,其特征在于,其制备过程中所需的各组分所占的重量份为:丙烯酸树脂52份,钛白粉32份,滑石粉5份,乳化剂2.5份,硅油8份,消光粉5份,分散剂2.5份,乙二醇2份,抗粘剂5.5份。
