本发明公开了一种铁路信号电缆护套料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:三元乙丙橡胶K5508100-106、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体10-15、明矾粉2-3、N660炭黑20-25、硬脂酸4-5、环氧大豆油5-7、纳米铝矾土7-9、凡士林1-2、氧化镁2-3、氟化钙4-5、十二烷基硫酸钠1-2、烷基化二苯胺1-2、1,2-双(三乙氧基硅基)乙烷1-2、硫化剂DCBP0.8-1、促进剂DM1-2、六硫化双五甲撑秋兰姆1-2、改性助剂25-30;本发明生产的电缆料具有很好的物理性能,抗拉伸、抗撕裂性能强,可以承受高压、磨损等不良环境,通过加入改性助剂增强了各物料间的相容性,进一步提高了成品的抗撕裂强度、回弹力性能等,本发明的电缆料具有环保、耐热、机械物料性能佳等优点。

Description

一种铁路信号电缆护套料
技术领域
    本发明主要涉及一种电缆料,尤其涉及一种铁路信号电缆护套料。
背景技术
    乙丙橡胶有优异的耐天候、耐臭氧、耐热、耐酸碱、耐水蒸汽、颜色性、电性能、充油性及常温流动性。乙丙橡胶制品在120℃下可长期使用,在150-200℃下可短暂或间歇使用。加入适宜防老剂可提高其使用温度。以过氧化物交联的三元乙丙橡胶可在更苛刻的条件下使用。三元乙丙橡胶在臭氧浓度50pphm、拉伸30%的条件下,可达150h以上不龟裂。由于乙丙橡胶缺乏极性,不饱和度低,因而对各种极性化学品如醇、酸、碱、氧化剂、制冷剂、洗涤剂、动植物油、酮和脂等均有较好的抗耐性;但在脂属和芳属溶剂(如汽油、苯等)及矿物油中性较差。因此通过加入新型助剂来改善传统乙丙橡胶的综合性能,来进一步提高电缆料的品质很有意义。
发明内容
本发明目的就是提供一种铁路信号电缆护套料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种铁路信号电缆护套料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
三元乙丙橡胶K5508 100-106、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体10-15、明矾粉2-3、N660炭黑20-25、硬脂酸4-5、环氧大豆油5-7、纳米铝矾土7-9、凡士林1-2、氧化镁 2-3、氟化钙4-5、十二烷基硫酸钠1-2、烷基化二苯胺1-2、1,2-双(三乙氧基硅基)乙烷1-2、硫化剂DCBP0.8-1、促进剂DM1-2、六硫化双五甲撑秋兰姆1-2、改性助剂25-30;
所述的改性助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
氯化聚乙烯90-100、氮化铝4-5、玫瑰精油2-3、聚丙烯酸钠1-3、硅烷偶联剂KH5502-3、交联剂 TAC3-5、纳米硅藻土粉1-2;
将上述硅烷偶联剂KH550与交联剂 TAC混合,搅拌溶解,加入氯化聚乙烯,在70-90℃下加热反应20-30分钟,冷却至常温,加入聚丙烯酸钠、氮化铝、玫瑰精油,充分搅拌,将纳米硅藻土粉加热到90-100℃,加入,80-100转/分搅拌分散3-5分钟,烘干,即得所述改性助剂。
一种铁路信号电缆护套料制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将上N660炭黑与明矾粉混合,搅拌均匀,将1,2-双(三乙氧基硅基)乙烷加热到50-60℃后加入,充分搅拌,再加入十二烷基硫酸钠,400-500转/分搅拌分散3-5分钟,常温下加入硬脂酸,搅拌充分;将上述三元乙丙橡胶K5508放入开炼机内,75-80℃下混炼4-6分钟;将上述处理后的原料混合,加入除了硫化剂DCBP、六硫化双五甲撑秋兰姆以外的各原料混合,混炼4-6分钟,再加入剩余各原料,薄通6-7 次后,挤塑机塑化造粒,挤塑机的挤出温度为160-170℃,即得所述铁路信号电缆护套料。
本发明的优点是:
    本发明生产的电缆料具有很好的物理性能,抗拉伸、抗撕裂性能强,可以承受高压、磨损等不良环境,通过加入改性助剂增强了各物料间的相容性,进一步提高了成品的抗撕裂强度、回弹力性能等,本发明的电缆料具有环保、耐热、机械物料性能佳等优点。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种铁路信号电缆护套料,它是由下述重量份(公斤)的原料组成的:
三元乙丙橡胶K5508 106、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体15、明矾粉3、N660炭黑25、硬脂酸5、环氧大豆油7、纳米铝矾土9、凡士林1、氧化镁 2、氟化钙5、十二烷基硫酸钠1、烷基化二苯胺1、1,2-双(三乙氧基硅基)乙烷1、硫化剂DCBP0.8、促进剂DM1、六硫化双五甲撑秋兰姆2、改性助剂30;
所述的改性助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
氯化聚乙烯100、氮化铝5、玫瑰精油3、聚丙烯酸钠1、硅烷偶联剂KH5502、交联剂 TAC5、纳米硅藻土粉2;
将上述硅烷偶联剂KH550与交联剂 TAC混合,搅拌溶解,加入氯化聚乙烯,在90℃下加热反应30分钟,冷却至常温,加入聚丙烯酸钠、氮化铝、玫瑰精油,充分搅拌,将纳米硅藻土粉加热到100℃,加入, 100转/分搅拌分散5分钟,烘干,即得所述改性助剂。
一种铁路信号电缆护套料制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将上N660炭黑与明矾粉混合,搅拌均匀,将1,2-双(三乙氧基硅基)乙烷加热到60℃后加入,充分搅拌,再加入十二烷基硫酸钠,500转/分搅拌分散3分钟,常温下加入硬脂酸,搅拌充分;将上述三元乙丙橡胶K5508放入开炼机内, 80℃下混炼4分钟;将上述处理后的原料混合,加入除了硫化剂DCBP、六硫化双五甲撑秋兰姆以外的各原料混合,混炼6分钟,再加入剩余各原料,薄通6 次后,挤塑机塑化造粒,挤塑机的挤出温度为170℃,即得所述铁路信号电缆护套料。
性能测试:
硬度(邵氏A):642;
拉伸强度(MPa):19.5;
断裂伸长率(%):436;
耐油性:20#机油100℃×50h,断裂伸长率保持率82.2%、抗拉强度保持率82.4%;
耐臭氧:26℃、24h、臭氧浓度0.026%,无开裂;
耐老化:120℃、100h,抗拉强度保持率91.3%,断裂伸长率保持率92.4%。

Claims (2)

1.一种铁路信号电缆护套料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
三元乙丙橡胶K5508 100-106、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体10-15、明矾粉2-3、N660炭黑20-25、硬脂酸4-5、环氧大豆油5-7、纳米铝矾土7-9、凡士林1-2、氧化镁 2-3、氟化钙4-5、十二烷基硫酸钠1-2、烷基化二苯胺1-2、1,2-双(三乙氧基硅基)乙烷1-2、硫化剂DCBP0.8-1、促进剂DM1-2、六硫化双五甲撑秋兰姆1-2、改性助剂25-30;
所述的改性助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
氯化聚乙烯90-100、氮化铝4-5、玫瑰精油2-3、聚丙烯酸钠1-3、硅烷偶联剂KH5502-3、交联剂 TAC3-5、纳米硅藻土粉1-2;

2.一种如权利要求1所述的铁路信号电缆护套料制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将上N660炭黑与明矾粉混合,搅拌均匀,将1,2-双(三乙氧基硅基)乙烷加热到50-60℃后加入,充分搅拌,再加入十二烷基硫酸钠,400-500转/分搅拌分散3-5分钟,常温下加入硬脂酸,搅拌充分;将上述三元乙丙橡胶K5508放入开炼机内,75-80℃下混炼4-6分钟;将上述处理后的原料混合,加入除了硫化剂DCBP、六硫化双五甲撑秋兰姆以外的各原料混合,混炼4-6分钟,再加入剩余各原料,薄通6-7 次后,挤塑机塑化造粒,挤塑机的挤出温度为160-170℃,即得所述铁路信号电缆护套料。
