Abstract
本发明涉及一种EVA浴室安全门专用胶片的生产工艺。包括以下步骤,(1)制备母粒的步骤,母粒基材采用190℃时熔融指数在0.5‑5g/10min的EVA树脂,与1200目的精细钙粉相混合,采用高分子蜡作分散剂;(2)将母粒与EVA树脂和偶联剂混合均匀的步骤,EVA树脂在190℃时熔融指数在5‑40g/10min;(3)采用流延成膜工艺生成EVA玻璃胶片的步骤。本发明提供了一种EVA浴室安全门专用胶片的生产工艺,通过采用EVA材料代替传统的PVB材料、在生产过程中采用了低温成型工艺,制成的浴室安全门专用胶片能够在较低的温度下与玻璃夹胶,形成的浴室安全门玻璃结构强度高,安全性高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种EVA浴室安全门专用胶片的生产工艺。
背景技术
在建筑装饰等领域,夹胶玻璃以其美观、坚固等优良特性得到了越来越广泛的应用,夹胶玻璃包括位于中心的玻璃胶片层和位于两侧的玻璃。防砸/防爆玻璃是一款将玻璃胶片复合进两层玻璃中间,经高温高压胶合后,一体成型的夹层结构的新型特种玻璃产品。现有的浴室安全门胶片普遍结构强度不够,无法真正达到安全的目的,导致发生人身伤害。
发明内容
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种EVA浴室安全门专用胶片的生产工艺,解决背景技术中存在的问题。
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种EVA浴室安全门专用胶片的生产工艺包括以下步骤,(1)制备母粒的步骤,母粒基材采用190℃时熔融指数在0.5-5g/10min的EVA树脂,与1200目的精细钙粉相混合,采用高分子蜡作分散剂;(2)将母粒与EVA树脂和偶联剂混合均匀的步骤,EVA树脂在190℃时熔融指数在5-40g/10min;(3)采用流延成膜工艺生成EVA玻璃胶片的步骤。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:本发明提供了一种EVA浴室安全门专用胶片的生产工艺,通过采用EVA材料代替传统的PVB材料、在生产过程中采用了低温成型工艺,制成的浴室安全门专用胶片能够在较低的温度下与玻璃夹胶,形成的浴室安全门玻璃结构强度高,安全性高。
优选地:步骤(1)中所述的高分子蜡选取为聚乙烯蜡、EVA蜡、共聚酯蜡中的一种或多种。
优选地:步骤(2)中所述的偶联剂选取为氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、氨乙基氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、氨乙基氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、氨乙基氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、甲基丙烯酰氧基三甲氧基硅烷中的一种或多种。
优选地:步骤(3)中流延成膜工艺采用单螺杆挤出机,挤出温度为90-150℃。

实施例1
(1)制备母粒的步骤,母粒基材采用190℃时熔融指数在0.8g/10min的EVA树脂,与1200目的精细钙粉相混合,采用高分子蜡作分散剂;(2)将母粒与EVA树脂和偶联剂混合均匀的步骤,EVA树脂在190℃时熔融指数在12g/10min;(3)采用流延成膜工艺生成EVA玻璃胶片的步骤。
其中,步骤(1)中所述的高分子蜡选取为聚乙烯蜡;步骤(2)中所述的偶联剂选取为氨乙基氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷;步骤(3)中流延成膜工艺采用单螺杆挤出机,挤出温度为100℃。
实施例2
(1)制备母粒的步骤,母粒基材采用190℃时熔融指数在3.4g/10min的EVA树脂,与1200目的精细钙粉相混合,采用高分子蜡作分散剂;(2)将母粒与EVA树脂和偶联剂混合均匀的步骤,EVA树脂在190℃时熔融指数在33g/10min;(3)采用流延成膜工艺生成EVA玻璃胶片的步骤。
其中,步骤(1)中所述的高分子蜡选取为聚乙烯蜡;步骤(2)中所述的偶联剂选取为氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷;步骤(3)中流延成膜工艺采用单螺杆挤出机,挤出温度为120℃。
实施例3
(1)制备母粒的步骤,母粒基材采用190℃时熔融指数在5g/10min的EVA树脂,与1200目的精细钙粉相混合,采用高分子蜡作分散剂;(2)将母粒与EVA树脂和偶联剂混合均匀的步骤,EVA树脂在190℃时熔融指数在38g/10min;(3)采用流延成膜工艺生成EVA玻璃胶片的步骤。
其中,步骤(1)中所述的高分子蜡选取为EVA蜡;步骤(2)中所述的偶联剂选取为乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷;步骤(3)中流延成膜工艺采用单螺杆挤出机,挤出温度为140℃。
Claims (4)
1.一种EVA浴室安全门专用胶片的生产工艺,其特征是:包括以下步骤,
(1)制备母粒的步骤,母粒基材采用190℃时熔融指数在0.5-5g/10min的EVA树脂,与1200目的精细钙粉相混合,采用高分子蜡作分散剂;
(2)将母粒与EVA树脂和偶联剂混合均匀的步骤,EVA树脂在190℃时熔融指数在5-40g/10min;
(3)采用流延成膜工艺生成EVA玻璃胶片的步骤。
2.如权利要求1所述的EVA浴室安全门专用胶片的生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述的高分子蜡选取为聚乙烯蜡、EVA蜡、共聚酯蜡中的一种或多种。
3.如权利要求1所述的EVA浴室安全门专用胶片的生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤(2)中所述的偶联剂选取为氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、氨乙基氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、氨乙基氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、氨乙基氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、甲基丙烯酰氧基三甲氧基硅烷中的一种或多种。
4.如权利要求1所述的EVA浴室安全门专用胶片的生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤(3)中流延成膜工艺采用单螺杆挤出机,挤出温度为90-150℃。
