现有的汽车顶棚隔音垫主要由丙纶毡及同类混纺毡或聚氨酯软发泡橡胶制成,丙纶毡及同类混纺毡材料加工过程中需要大量使用化学胶粘剂,且容易受水和天气影响而发生霉变;而对于聚氨酯软发泡橡胶,其材料本身具有毒性,加工工艺需要通过化学反应,能耗较高,且该材料不可回收利用,容易造成环境污染,此外还有化学结构不稳定,易氧化分解,不具有阻燃性能,存在火灾隐患等缺点。

1).将石蜡、聚乙二醇、PVC树脂、橡胶油、XPE、聚乳酸、N-苯基-N`-异丙基-对苯二胺和偶氮二甲酰胺配好,放入密炼机中塑炼5~10分钟,再加入紫外线吸收剂、分散剂和稳定剂到密炼机中,捏合3~9分钟,得到混合物,将混合物冷却到常温,放入开炼机中,混炼均匀,打薄平展出成厚1~3mm的胶片,将胶片裁切掉边角,用真空平板偶联机加热模具至120~150℃,然后把裁好的胶片放入模腔中,作为底板;
2).将矿山石棉纤维和植物纤维通过梳理机进行混合梳理,得到混合纤维,将混合纤维分为数份,平铺成片状,然后将平铺好的片状混合纤维叠放在步骤1底板上,再在片状混合纤维的上层叠放底板,压制成型得到复合纤维层;
3).在蜂窝层和隔热层的中央位置开设棱形的抗震孔,并分别安放好第一抗震条和第二抗震条,在蜂窝层内部将电气石粉、珍珠粉、纳米氧化镁、纳米氧化铝、纳米四氧化三铁和纳米二氧化硅混合后作为填充粉装填到蜂窝孔内部;
4).使用周边魔术贴将蜂窝层粘黏在复合纤维层的下表面,将隔热层粘粘在蜂窝层的下表面,最后粘黏复合纤维层,用力压制使之完全粘合,制得负离子汽车天窗顶棚吸音棉。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明负离子汽车天窗顶棚吸音棉从外到内设置有复合纤维层、蜂窝层和隔热层,能够有效地隔绝外部热源进入车内,也能够吸收噪音和过滤、消除掉噪音,能够释放对人体有益的负离子,在保证安全的同时也保障了舒适度,设计的结构简单实用,使用方便。

3).在蜂窝层2和隔热层4的中央位置开设棱形的抗震孔6,并分别安放好第一抗震条7和第二抗震条8,在蜂窝层2内部将电气石粉40份、珍珠粉20份、纳米氧化镁8份、纳米氧化铝8份、纳米四氧化三铁5份和纳米二氧化硅16份混合后作为填充粉3装填到蜂窝孔内部;
4).使用周边魔术贴5将蜂窝层2粘黏在复合纤维层1的下表面,将隔热层4粘粘在蜂窝层2的下表面,最后粘黏复合纤维层1,用力压制使之完全粘合,制得负离子汽车天窗顶棚吸音棉。

所述复合纤维层的材质包括矿山石棉纤维35份、植物纤维55份、石蜡10份、聚乙二醇15份、紫外线吸收剂4份、分散剂3份、稳定剂2份、PVC树脂15份、橡胶油8份、XPE 14份、聚乳酸16份、N-苯基-N`-异丙基-对苯二胺7份和偶氮二甲酰胺6份;
所述填充粉的材质包括电气石粉35份、珍珠粉15份、纳米氧化镁6份、纳米氧化铝7份、纳米四氧化三铁4份和纳米二氧化硅15份。
在本发明中,本发明负离子汽车天窗顶棚吸音棉从外到内设置有复合纤维层、蜂窝层和隔热层,能够有效地隔绝外部热源进入车内,也能够吸收噪音和过滤、消除掉噪音,能够释放对人体有益的负离子,在保证安全的同时也保障了舒适度,设计的结构简单实用,使用方便。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (3)

1.一种负离子汽车天窗顶棚吸音棉,其特征在于:所述负离子汽车天窗顶棚吸音棉包括复合纤维层(1)、蜂窝层(2)、填充粉(3)、隔热层(4)、周边魔术贴(5)、抗震孔(6)、第一抗震条(7)和第二抗震条(8),所述负离子汽车天窗顶棚吸音棉的表层设计为复合纤维层(1),所述复合纤维层(1)的内层设置为蜂窝层(2)和隔热层(4),所述蜂窝层(2)的内部蜂窝孔内填装有填充粉(3),所述蜂窝层(2)和隔热层(4)内部中央位置开设有抗震孔(6),所述抗震孔(6)内安装有第一抗震条(7)和第二抗震条(8);
所述复合纤维层(1)的材质包括矿山石棉纤维30~40份、植物纤维50~60份、石蜡8~15份、聚乙二醇10~20份、紫外线吸收剂3~5份、分散剂2~4份、稳定剂1~3份、PVC树脂10~20份、橡胶油5~12份、XPE10~20份、聚乳酸10~20份、N-苯基-N`-异丙基-对苯二胺5~10份和偶氮二甲酰胺5~8份;
所述填充粉(3)的材质包括电气石粉30~40份、珍珠粉10~20份、纳米氧化镁5~8份、纳米氧化铝5~8份、纳米四氧化三铁3~5份和纳米二氧化硅12~16份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种负离子汽车天窗顶棚吸音棉,其特征在于:所述复合纤维层(1)、蜂窝层(2)和隔热层(4)的周边设计有圆边形的周边魔术贴(5),其中,周边魔术贴(5)的有效宽度为0.5~1.2cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种负离子汽车天窗顶棚吸音棉,其特征在于:所述负离子汽车天窗顶棚吸音棉的制备方法为:
1).将石蜡、聚乙二醇、PVC树脂、橡胶油、XPE、聚乳酸、N-苯基-N`-异丙基-对苯二胺和偶氮二甲酰胺配好,放入密炼机中塑炼5~10分钟,再加入紫外线吸收剂、分散剂和稳定剂到密炼机中,捏合3~9分钟,得到混合物,将混合物冷却到常温,放入开炼机中,混炼均匀,打薄平展出成厚1~3mm的胶片,将胶片裁切掉边角,用真空平板偶联机加热模具至120~150℃,然后把裁好的胶片放入模腔中,作为底板;
2).将矿山石棉纤维和植物纤维通过梳理机进行混合梳理,得到混合纤维,将混合纤维分为数份,平铺成片状,然后将平铺好的片状混合纤维叠放在步骤1底板上,再在片状混合纤维的上层叠放底板,压制成型得到复合纤维层(1);
3).在蜂窝层(2)和隔热层(4)的中央位置开设棱形的抗震孔(6),并分别安放好第一抗震条(7)和第二抗震条(8),在蜂窝层(2)内部将电气石粉、珍珠粉、纳米氧化镁、纳米氧化铝、纳米四氧化三铁和纳米二氧化硅混合后作为填充粉(3)装填到蜂窝孔内部;
4).使用周边魔术贴(5)将蜂窝层(2)粘黏在复合纤维层(1)的下表面,将隔热层(4)粘黏在蜂窝层(2)的下表面,最后粘黏复合纤维层(1),用力压制使之完全粘合,制得汽车天窗顶棚吸音棉。
