Abstract
本发明提出了一种无纸化超薄超柔软芯体,从上到下依次设置为水刺布层、膨松布层和热轧布或纺熔布层,所述膨松布层的上表面和下表面均喷涂有粘胶层,膨松布层的粘胶层上撒有若干吸水因子,水刺布层粘合在膨松布层的上表面,热轧布或纺熔布层粘合在膨松布层的下表面。本发明将普遍采用的无尘纸替换掉,上层采用水刺布,下层采用热轧布或纺熔布,并同时减少了喷胶量,整个芯体更薄,手感更柔软,从而提高了产品品质,应用到护理用品上使使用者有更舒适的体验。相对于前三代尿裤等产品都以纸质为主,而本产品以无纺布为主,产品品质上有了质的飞跃,档次得到大幅提升。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及尿裤、卫生巾等人体护理用品领域,特别是护理用品的芯体。
【背景技术】
尿裤、卫生巾等护理用品已成为人们生活中不可或缺的用品,因为其直接与人体接触,消费者对其产品质量要求也越来越高,尤其是为了具有较好的舒适性体验,对卫生护理用品的厚度、柔软性等指标要求较高。
芯体是卫生护理用品的主要部分,芯体的好坏决定了整个产品性能的好坏。目前的芯体都是采用无尘纸与膨松布粘合而成。无尘纸具有较好的吸水性和保水性能,因此,在护理用品上被广泛应用。
无尘纸的原料为木浆纤维,采用气流成网技术生产而成。无尘纸虽然吸水性较好,但是为保证足够的强度,并防止渗胶,都需要较厚的厚度,目前最薄的芯体中,无尘纸的厚度也只能做到45克每平方米,不仅原材料用量较大,而且,产品较厚,柔软性差,造成用户的使用体验较差,产品品质无法形成质的提升。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种无纸化超薄超柔软芯体,能够使整体厚度更薄,手感更柔软,从而提高产品品质,应用到护理用品上使使用者有更舒适的体验。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种无纸化超薄超柔软芯体,从上到下依次设置为水刺布层、膨松布层和热轧布或纺熔布层,所述膨松布层的上表面和下表面均喷涂有粘胶层,膨松布层的粘胶层上撒有若干吸水因子,水刺布层粘合在膨松布层的上表面,热轧布或纺熔布层粘合在膨松布层的下表面。
作为优选,热轧布或纺熔布层采用热轧布,热轧布采用1.5D×38mm的涤纶纤维,涤纶粗细为1.5旦尼尔,长度为38毫米,热轧布的厚度为20~24g/m2。
作为优选,热轧布或纺熔布层采用纺熔布,所述纺熔布采用PP纤维,经过纺粘和熔喷后形成纺熔布,纺熔布的厚度为18~22g/m2。
作为优选,所述膨松布层采用皮芯结构复合纤维与三维卷曲中空涤纶纤维混纺而成,所述皮芯结构复合纤维与三维卷曲中空涤纶纤维的质量比例为85:15;所述皮芯结构复合纤维的粗细和长度为6D×51mm,皮层采用PE纤维,芯层采用PP纤维;所述三维卷曲中空涤纶纤维的粗细和长度为7D×51mm。
作为优选,所述膨松布层的厚度为43~45g/m2。
作为优选,所述水刺布层的厚度为36~40g/m2。
作为优选,所述水刺布层的加工工艺过程依次为:a)开松、b)梳理、c)水刺、d)第一次烘干、e)高亲水处理、f)第二次烘干,所述e)高亲水处理步骤是将高亲水油剂溶于20℃的去离子水中形成高亲水溶剂,水刺布经过高亲水溶剂进行整理,上油率达到0.3%;其中高亲水油剂与去离子水的重量比例为0.15:99.85;高亲水油剂采用杭州米克纺织材料有限公司的吸水剂GL,d)第一次烘干的温度为147℃,f)第二次烘干的温度为153℃。
作为优选,所述b)梳理步骤采用纵向梳理。
本发明的有益效果:本发明将普遍采用的无尘纸替换掉,上层采用水刺布,下层采用热轧布或纺熔布,并同时减少了喷胶量,整个芯体更薄,手感更柔软,从而提高了产品品质,应用到护理用品上使使用者有更舒适的体验。相对于前三代尿裤等产品都以纸质为主,而本产品以无纺布为主,产品品质上有了质的飞跃,档次得到大幅提升。

【具体实施方式】
实施例一:
参阅图1,无纸化超薄超柔软芯体,包括从上到下依次设置的水刺布层1、膨松布层2和热轧布或纺熔布层3,所述膨松布层2的上表面和下表面均喷涂有粘胶层,膨松布层2的粘胶层上撒有若干吸水因子,水刺布层1粘合在膨松布层2的上表面,热轧布或纺熔布层3粘合在膨松布层2的下表面。
热轧布或纺熔布层3采用热轧布,热轧布采用1.5D×38mm的涤纶纤维,涤纶粗细为1.5旦尼尔,长度为38毫米,热轧布的厚度(或称为:克重)为20~24g/m2。热轧布的厚度可以是21g/m2、22g/m2、23g/m2,因为无尘纸强度较差,因此,现有技术采用无尘纸的设计无法做到很薄,本实施例将原来重达45g/m2的无尘纸改进为热轧布,克重降低了50%左右,使产品整体厚度变薄,舒适性更佳,采用热轧布后厚度尽量不要超过24g/m2,从而保证足够薄,但是,在现有的技术条件下热轧布的厚度也不宜低于20g/m2,低于20g/m2太薄容易造成膨松布层2的粘胶层渗透过热轧布层而造成产品不合格,同时,膨松布层2上喷撒的吸水因子也会少量渗漏,因此,经过计算及实验,该热轧布的厚度应控制在20~24g/m2。
所述膨松布层2采用皮芯结构复合纤维与三维卷曲中空涤纶纤维混纺而成,所述皮芯结构复合纤维与三维卷曲中空涤纶纤维的质量比例为85:15;当然,皮芯结构复合纤维与三维卷曲中空涤纶纤维的质量比例也可适当调整为82:18、88:12,也能够基本达到效果。所述皮芯结构复合纤维的粗细和长度为6D×51mm,皮层采用PE纤维,熔点低,芯层采用PP纤维,PP的耐热性好,熔点高,有很高的弯曲疲劳寿命,俗称“百折胶”。将熔点低的PE包覆在PP的外表面。所述三维卷曲中空涤纶纤维的粗细和长度为7D×51mm。将上述三维卷曲中空涤纶纤维与皮芯结构复合纤维混纺后的膨松布结构膨松性更好,更具立体感,并且,三维卷曲中空涤纶纤维为粗纤维,吸水因子更容易附着,有利于吸水因子的渗入,进一步提升了产品品质。所述膨松布层2的厚度为43~45g/m2,比原有的膨松布层的厚度降低了5~7g/m2。
所述水刺布层1的厚度为36~40g/m2,一般可采用37、38、39g/m2,所述水刺布层1的加工工艺过程依次为:a)开松、b)梳理、c)水刺、d)第一次烘干、e)高亲水处理、f)第二次烘干,所述e)高亲水处理步骤是将高亲水油剂溶于20℃的去离子水中形成高亲水溶剂,水刺布经过高亲水溶剂进行整理,上油率达到0.3%;其中高亲水油剂与去离子水的重量比例为0.15:99.85;高亲水油剂采用杭州米克纺织材料有限公司的吸水剂GL,d)第一次烘干的温度为147℃,f)第二次烘干的温度为153℃。所述b)梳理步骤采用纵向梳理,高亲水油剂具有导水性,是水分下渗,从而皮肤干爽,纵向梳理使水刺布层1的导流效果更好,减少反渗,更干爽。
实施例二:
本实施例与实施例一的主要区别在于热轧布或纺熔布层3采用纺熔布,所述纺熔布采用PP纤维,经过纺粘和熔喷后形成纺熔布,纺熔布的厚度为18~22g/m2。
上述实施例是对本发明的说明,不是对本发明的限定,任何对本发明简单变换后的方案均属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (8)
1.无纸化超薄超柔软芯体,其特征在于:包括从上到下依次设置的水刺布层(1)、膨松布层(2)和热轧布或纺熔布层(3),所述膨松布层(2)的上表面和下表面均喷涂有粘胶层,膨松布层(2)的粘胶层上撒有若干吸水因子,水刺布层(1)粘合在膨松布层(2)的上表面,热轧布或纺熔布层(3)粘合在膨松布层(2)的下表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的无纸化超薄超柔软芯体,其特征在于:热轧布或纺熔布层(3)采用热轧布,热轧布采用1.5D×38mm的涤纶纤维,涤纶粗细为1.5旦尼尔,长度为38毫米,热轧布的厚度为20~24g/m2。
3.如权利要求1所述的无纸化超薄超柔软芯体,其特征在于:热轧布或纺熔布层(3)采用纺熔布,所述纺熔布采用PP纤维,经过纺粘和熔喷后形成纺熔布,纺熔布的厚度为18~22g/m2。
4.如权利要求1所述的无纸化超薄超柔软芯体,其特征在于:所述膨松布层(2)采用皮芯结构复合纤维与三维卷曲中空涤纶纤维混纺而成,所述皮芯结构复合纤维与三维卷曲中空涤纶纤维的质量比例为85:15;所述皮芯结构复合纤维的粗细和长度为6D×51mm,皮层采用PE纤维,芯层采用PP纤维;所述三维卷曲中空涤纶纤维的粗细和长度为7D×51mm。
5.如权利要求4所述的无纸化超薄超柔软芯体,其特征在于:所述膨松布层(2)的厚度为43~45g/m2。
6.如权利要求1所述的无纸化超薄超柔软芯体,其特征在于:所述水刺布层(1)的厚度为36~40g/m2。
7.如权利要求6所述的无纸化超薄超柔软芯体,其特征在于:所述水刺布层(1)的加工工艺过程依次为:a)开松、b)梳理、c)水刺、d)第一次烘干、e)高亲水处理、f)第二次烘干,所述e)高亲水处理步骤是将高亲水油剂溶于20℃的去离子水中形成高亲水溶剂,水刺布经过高亲水溶剂进行整理,上油率达到0.3%;其中高亲水油剂与去离子水的重量比例为0.15:99.85;高亲水油剂采用杭州米克纺织材料有限公司的吸水剂GL,d)第一次烘干的温度为147℃,f)第二次烘干的温度为153℃。
8.如权利要求7所述的无纸化超薄超柔软芯体,其特征在于:所述b)梳理步骤采用纵向梳理。
