本发明涉及一种木制家具表面上漆方法,具体包括以下步骤:(1)加热后涂覆水性腻子;(2)冷藏后二次涂覆水性腻子;(3)均匀烘烤;(4)上漆后烘干。经过实验,本发明提供的一种木制家具表面上漆方法,进一步提高了油漆的附着力,正常使用,油漆不会发生气泡、脱落现象。

一种木制家具表面上漆方法
技术领域
本发明属于家具加工技术领域,具体涉及一种木制家具表面上漆方法。
背景技术
木制家具的木材硬度比较大,所以很容易打磨出光滑温润的手感,但是如果直接暴露在外面的话,很容易就被划伤或者磨损,在潮湿的天气中,木材含水量升高,就会大大减小木材的寿命,因此木制家具需要进行上漆处理,起到抗磨损、耐腐蚀、保证木材不与空气直接接触,延长木制家具使用寿命的功效。
现有技术中,木制家具上漆处理后,油漆的附着力决定油漆是否容易脱落,木制家具由于材料本身特性,温度变化、空气潮湿程度都会导致体积变化,很容易造成油漆的气泡、脱落现象发生。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种木制家具表面上漆方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种木制家具表面上漆方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)木制家具表面使用砂纸打磨后,使用55-60℃热风均匀烘烤10-15分钟,然后趁热涂覆一层水性腻子,放置于40-45℃烘箱内自然晾干;先使用高温烘烤,能使木材受热膨胀,同时加速木材内分子运动速度,加快异味挥发和水汽的排出,然后趁热涂覆一层水性腻子,此时水性腻子的表面积最大,有很好的抗拉伸能力,然后自然晾干,防止腻子厚度不均;
(2)将晾干后的家具表面使用砂纸打磨平整,然后置于0-5℃冷库中冷藏处理40-45分钟,然后在冷库中二次涂覆一层水性腻子,并等待其自然晾干;将木材冷冻后分子间间距减小,此时再涂覆一层水性腻子,两层腻子间结合力强,且分别在冷热环境下涂覆,获得了更强的抵御形变的能力,更不容易开裂、鼓起;
(3)晾干后,用砂纸二次打磨平整,然后放置于烘房内于35-45℃、相对湿度50-60%环境下均匀烘烤10-12小时;
(4)将步骤(3)处理好的木制家具上漆,然后再次置于烘房内均匀烘烤6-8小时即可;将油漆涂覆在处理好的水性腻子上,避免了木材形变导致水性腻子表面不均引发油漆气泡、脱落现象发生。
进一步的,步骤(1)、(2)所述涂覆水性腻子,涂覆期间保证涂覆轨迹连续,能有效提升水性腻子整体附着性和延展性,有助于后续上漆操作。
进一步的,步骤(4)所述烘烤操作,烘烤温度最开始为45℃,3小时内缓慢降低至25℃并保温,能够有效避免烘干油漆过程中温度变化过快导致木制家具表面积变化过快引起的油漆结合不紧密的问题。
本发明的有益效果:先使用高温烘烤木制家具,能使木材受热膨胀,同时加速木材内分子运动速度,加快异味挥发和水汽的排出,然后趁热涂覆一层水性腻子,此时水性腻子的表面积最大,有很好的抗拉伸能力,然后自然晾干,防止腻子厚度不均;再将木材冷冻后,木材分子间间距减小,此时再涂覆一层水性腻子,两层腻子间结合力强,且分别在冷热环境下涂覆,获得了更强的抵御形变的能力,更不容易开裂、鼓起;最后温度逐渐降低的烘干油漆,能够有效避免烘干油漆过程中温度变化过快导致木制家具表面积变化过快引起的油漆结合不紧密的问题。经过实验,本发明提供的一种木制家具表面上漆方法,进一步提高了油漆的附着力,正常使用,油漆不会发生气泡、脱落现象。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种木制家具表面上漆方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)木制家具表面使用砂纸打磨后,使用55-60℃热风均匀烘烤10分钟,然后趁热涂覆一层水性腻子,放置于40-45℃烘箱内自然晾干;
(2)将晾干后的家具表面使用砂纸打磨平整,然后置于0-5℃冷库中冷藏处理40分钟,然后在冷库中二次涂覆一层水性腻子,并等待其自然晾干;
(3)晾干后,用砂纸二次打磨平整,然后放置于烘房内于35-45℃、相对湿度50-60%环境下均匀烘烤10小时;
(4)将步骤(3)处理好的木制家具上漆,然后再次置于烘房内均匀烘烤6小时即可。
进一步的,步骤(1)、(2)所述涂覆水性腻子,涂覆期间保证涂覆轨迹连续。

(4)将步骤(3)处理好的木制家具上漆,然后再次置于烘房内均匀烘烤8小时即可。
进一步的,步骤(1)、(2)所述涂覆水性腻子,涂覆期间保证涂覆轨迹连续。

(4)将步骤(3)处理好的木制家具上漆,然后再次置于烘房内均匀烘烤7小时即可。
进一步的,步骤(1)、(2)所述涂覆水性腻子,涂覆期间保证涂覆轨迹连续。
进一步的,步骤(4)所述烘烤操作,烘烤温度最开始为45℃,3小时内缓慢降低至25℃并保温。

分别使用上述7种方法上漆,并使用百格测试法分别测定每种油漆涂层的附着力,参考标准:《GBT9286-1998 色漆和清漆漆膜的划痕实验》,结果如表1:

由表1可知,本发明提供的一种木制家具表面上漆方法,进一步提高了油漆的附着力,正常使用,油漆不会发生气泡、脱落现象。
注:ISO等级0:切口的边缘完全光滑,格子边缘没有任何剥落;
ISO等级1:在切口的相交处有小片剥落,划格区内实际破损≤5%;
ISO等级2:切口的边缘和/或相交处有被剥落,其面积大于5%-15%;
ISO等级3:沿切口边缘有部分剥落或整大片剥落,或部分格子被整片剥落,剥落的面积超过15%-35%;
ISO等级4:切口边缘大片剥落/或者一些方格部分或全部剥落,其面积大于划格区的35%-65%;
ISO等级5:在划线的边缘及交叉点处有成片的油漆脱落,且脱落总面积大于65%。

Claims (2)

1.一种木制家具表面上漆方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)木制家具表面使用砂纸打磨后,使用55-60℃热风均匀烘烤10-15分钟,然后趁热涂覆一层水性腻子,放置于40-45℃烘箱内自然晾干;
(2)将晾干后的家具表面使用砂纸打磨平整,然后置于0-5℃冷库中冷藏处理40-45分钟,然后在冷库中二次涂覆一层水性腻子,并等待其自然晾干;
(3)晾干后,用砂纸二次打磨平整,然后放置于烘房内于35-45℃、相对湿度50-60%环境下均匀烘烤10-12小时;
(4)将步骤(3)处理好的木制家具上漆,然后再次置于烘房内均匀烘烤6-8小时即可;
其中,步骤(4)所述烘烤操作,烘烤温度最开始为45℃,3小时内缓慢降低至25℃并保温。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种木制家具表面上漆方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)、(2)所述涂覆水性腻子,涂覆期间保证涂覆轨迹连续。
