本发明揭示了一种缓冲支撑机箱底座,包括机箱外壳以及设置于机箱外壳内部的支撑底座,所述机箱外壳内的底面上固定设置有一块支撑垫板,所述支撑底座通过螺钉固定设置于所述支撑垫板上,所述支撑底座上方设置有一个凹形的开槽,所述凹形开槽内设置有强力弹簧和弹性伸缩支架,所述支撑底座顶部还设置有一块顶板,所述强力弹簧和弹性伸缩支架与所述顶板对应固定连接。本发明结构简单,使用方便,可有效的避免设备在放置过程中遭遇碰撞,降低冲击力。

本发明涉及一种缓冲支撑机箱底座。
背景技术
机电设备一般指机械、电器及电气自动化设备,在建筑中多指除土工、木工、钢筋、泥水之外的机械、管道设备的统称。它不同于五金,多指能实现一定功能的成品。机电设备在进行安装过程中,往往需要将设备零件置于壳体内,而由于壳体通常都不具备一个缓冲功能,设备零件放入过程中冲击强度较大,容易对壳体造成损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,使用方便,可有效的避免设备在放置过程中遭遇碰撞,降低冲击力的缓冲支撑机箱底座。
本发明的技术方案是,一种缓冲支撑机箱底座,包括机箱外壳以及设置于机箱外壳内部的支撑底座,所述机箱外壳内的底面上固定设置有一块支撑垫板,所述支撑底座通过螺钉固定设置于所述支撑垫板上,所述支撑底座上方设置有一个凹形的开槽,所述凹形开槽内设置有强力弹簧和弹性伸缩支架,所述支撑底座顶部还设置有一块顶板,所述强力弹簧和弹性伸缩支架与所述顶板对应固定连接。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述支撑底座在凹形开槽两侧还对应设置有橡胶垫。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述强力弹簧和弹性伸缩支架均设置有多个。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,多个所述强力弹簧和弹性伸缩支架等间隔交错分布设置。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述顶板两侧向下设置有挡板。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述顶板两侧设置有密封圈与机箱外壳内壁对应设置。
本发明所述为一种缓冲支撑机箱底座,本发明结构简单,使用方便,可有效的避免设备在放置过程中遭遇碰撞,降低冲击力。

本发明所述为一种缓冲支撑机箱底座,如图1所示,包括机箱外壳1以及设置于机箱外壳1内部的支撑底座2,所述机箱外壳1内的底面上固定设置有一块支撑垫板3,所述支撑底座2通过螺钉固定设置于所述支撑垫板3上,所述支撑底座2上方设置有一个凹形的开槽4,所述凹形开槽4内设置有强力弹簧5和弹性伸缩支架6,所述支撑底座2顶部还设置有一块顶板7,所述强力弹簧5和弹性伸缩支架6与所述顶板7对应固定连接,所述支撑底座2在凹形开槽4两侧还对应设置有橡胶垫8,所述强力弹簧5和弹性伸缩支架6均设置有多个,多个所述强力弹簧5和弹性伸缩支架6等间隔交错分布设置,所述顶板7两侧向下设置有挡板9,所述顶板7两侧设置有密封圈10与机箱外壳1内壁对应设置。
本发明所述为一种缓冲支撑机箱底座,本发明结构简单,使用方便,可有效的避免设备在放置过程中遭遇碰撞,降低冲击力。

2.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲支撑机箱底座,其特征在于:所述支撑底座在凹形开槽两侧还对应设置有橡胶垫。
