Abstract

本发明公开了设有安全阀的滑片式输油泵,其特征是:包括泵体、偏心环、转子,泵体的正面设有容纳偏心环和转子的主油槽,主油槽的槽底两侧设有进油槽和出油槽,进油槽内设有进油孔、排气孔,出油槽内设有出油孔、回油孔,主油槽的下方设有压力腔,所述压力腔分别与所述排气孔、回油孔连通,用于排气进油、泄压回流的安全阀安装在所述压力腔内,所述偏心环位于转子的外围且偏心环外壁紧贴主油槽的槽壁,转子的周面均布有若干滑槽,滑槽内设有径向滑动的滑片,泵盖盖设在泵体正面且与偏心环的端面相贴。本发明的输油泵上整合安全阀,能够起到泄压回油的作用,结构紧凑,安全性能高。

设有安全阀的滑片式输油泵
技术领域
本发明涉及输油泵制造领域,具体涉及一种设有安全阀的滑片式输油泵。
背景技术
输油泵的作用是保证柴油在低压油路内循环,并供应足够数量及一定压力的燃油给喷油泵,其输油量应为全负荷最大喷油量的3-4倍。滑片式输油泵即使在低速转动时也能够满足泵油量的需求,但是现有的滑片式输油泵本体不具备泄压回油的功能,在实际使用过程中需要与单向安全阀配合连接在油路中才能应对油路中的压力变化,这大大增加了使用成本和安装成本。
发明内容
本发明克服现有缺陷提供一种输油泵回油阀,整合泄压回油功能,提高安全性能。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
设有安全阀的滑片式输油泵,其特征是:包括泵体、偏心环、转子,泵体的正面设有容纳偏心环和转子的主油槽,所述主油槽的槽底两侧设有进油槽和出油槽,进油槽内设有进油孔、排气孔,出油槽内设有出油孔、回油孔,所述主油槽的下方设有压力腔,所述压力腔分别与所述排气孔、回油孔连通,用于排气进油、泄压回流的安全阀安装在所述压力腔内,所述偏心环位于转子的外围且偏心环外壁紧贴主油槽的槽壁,转子的周面均布有若干滑槽,滑槽内设有径向滑动的滑片,泵盖盖设在泵体正面且与偏心环的端面相贴。
本发明进一步的改进方案是,所述压力腔包括相邻设置、互相连通的进油腔、回油腔,进油腔位于回油腔的左侧,进油腔和回油腔之间设有密封凸台,所述排气孔与所述进油腔连通,所述回油孔与所述回油腔连通,所述安全阀包括螺塞、阀芯、密封钢球,所述阀芯横向插接在进油腔内,阀芯的前端四周抵住所述密封凸台,所述密封钢球位于回油腔)内且密封钢球抵在阀芯前端面中部设有的出油口上,所述密封钢球与回油腔的底部之间设有进油弹簧,回油弹簧)的一端抵住所述阀芯的后端、另一端固定在螺塞上,进油腔的左侧设有与所述螺塞配合螺接的固定孔。
本发明进一步的改进方案是,所述阀芯的前端为圆台形,圆台形的锥面抵住所述密封凸台,所述阀芯的后端面设有供所述回油弹簧插入的导向孔,所述阀芯前端面的出油口与所述导向孔连通。
本发明进一步的改进方案是,所述阀芯、回油腔和进油腔的截面为圆形,所述密封钢球的直径小于回油腔的直径,密封钢球的直径大于阀芯出油口的直径。
本发明进一步的改进方案是,所述进油槽、出油槽为圆弧形,圆弧形进油槽、出油槽的圆心位于泵体的轴线上,所述进油槽和出油槽位于偏心环的内侧。
本发明进一步的改进方案是,所述滑片和滑槽的槽底之间设有离心力补偿弹簧。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
本发明的输油泵上整合安全阀,能够起到泄压回油的作用,泵油过程中出油孔的压力过大泵出的油经回流孔流至回油腔,进而顶开阀芯连通进油腔回到进油一侧管路实现泄压回油,确保输油泵正常工作,泵体本身自带泄压回油功能,结构紧凑,安全性能高,另外,在输油泵停止工作时进油侧压力大于出油侧,进油孔的油经排气孔进入进油腔,进而顶开钢球连通回油腔进入出油管路,能够排掉出油管路内因高压泵油产生的气体,起到排气作用,保证油路的畅通和后续供油的稳定。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3、4、5所示的设有安全阀的滑片式输油泵,包括泵体1、偏心环2、转子3,泵体1的正面设有容纳偏心环2和转子3的主油槽4,主油槽4的槽底两侧设有进油槽5和出油槽6,进油槽5内设有进油孔7、排气孔8,出油槽6内设有出油孔9、回油孔10,泵油时油从进油槽5进入经过转子的转动压入出油孔9完成泵油。主油槽4的下方设有压力腔11,压力腔11分别与排气孔8、回油孔10连通用于排气进油、泄压回流的安全阀12安装在压力腔11内,压力腔右侧压力大,即出油侧压力太高时,此时出油侧的油经回油孔10进入压力腔,阀芯被顶向左侧,密封钢球始终抵住阀芯,油经排气孔回到进油侧实现泄压回流。偏心环2位于转子3的外围且偏心环2外壁紧贴主油槽4的槽壁,转子3的周面均布有若干滑槽13,滑槽13内设有径向滑动的滑片14,泵盖15盖设在泵体1正面且与偏心环2的端面相贴,当转子被高压油泵的驱动轴带动旋转时,滑片受离心力的作用被甩出,紧紧贴合在偏心环的内腔壁上,而由于转子在偏心环内圈的偏心安装,两个滑片转动时之间的空腔容积由大到小的变化,把在低压进油孔处的油压缩到高压出油孔。
本实施例中,压力腔11包括相邻设置、互相连通的进油腔16、回油腔17,进油腔16位于回油腔17的左侧,进油腔16和回油腔17之间设有密封凸台18,所述排气孔8与所述进油腔16连通,所述回油孔10与所述回油腔17连通,所述安全阀12包括螺塞19、阀芯20、密封钢球21,所述阀芯20横向插接在进油腔16内,阀芯20的前端四周抵住所述密封凸台18,密封钢球21位于回油腔17内且密封钢球21抵在阀芯20前端面中部设有的出油口上,密封钢球21与回油腔17的底部之间设有进油弹簧22,回油弹簧23的一端抵住阀芯20的后端、另一端固定在螺塞19上,进油腔16的左侧设有与所述螺塞19配合螺接的固定孔24。无论哪一侧的压力变大,安全阀都可以开启,密封钢球向右移动能够排出出油侧管路内的气体,阀芯左移、出油侧回油泄压。
阀芯20的前端为圆台形,圆台形的锥面抵住密封凸台18,阀芯20的后端面设有供所述回油弹簧23插入的导向孔25,阀芯20前端面的出油口与导向孔25连通,进油侧油从出油口向右顶密封钢球,开启安全阀,又能够进入出油侧实现排气。阀芯20、回油腔17和进油腔16的截面为圆形,密封钢球21的直径小于回油腔17的直径,能够在回油墙内左右滑动,密封钢球21的直径大于阀芯20出油口的直径,能够顶住出油口防止油进入回油腔。进油槽5、出油槽6为圆弧形,圆弧形进油槽、出油槽的圆心位于泵体1的轴线上,所述进油槽5和出油槽6位于偏心环2的内侧,滑片14和滑槽13的槽底之间设有离心力补偿弹簧26。

1.设有安全阀的滑片式输油泵,其特征是:包括泵体(1)、偏心环(2)、转子(3),泵体(1)的正面设有容纳偏心环(2)和转子(3)的主油槽(4),所述主油槽(4)的槽底两侧设有进油槽(5)和出油槽(6),进油槽(5)内设有进油孔(7)、排气孔(8),出油槽(6)内设有出油孔(9)、回油孔(10),所述主油槽(4)的下方设有压力腔(11),所述压力腔(11)分别与所述排气孔(8)、回油孔(10)连通,用于排气进油、泄压回流的安全阀(12)安装在所述压力腔(11)内,所述偏心环(2)位于转子(3)的外围且偏心环(2)外壁紧贴主油槽(4)的槽壁,转子(3)的周面均布有若干滑槽(13),滑槽(13)内设有径向滑动的滑片(14),泵盖(15)盖设在泵体(1)正面且与偏心环(2)的端面相贴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设有安全阀的滑片式输油泵,其特征是:所述压力腔(11)包括相邻设置、互相连通的进油腔(16)、回油腔(17),进油腔(16)位于回油腔(17)的左侧,进油腔(16)和回油腔(17)之间设有密封凸台(18),所述排气孔(8)与所述进油腔(16)连通,所述回油孔(10)与所述回油腔(17)连通,所述安全阀(12)包括螺塞(19)、阀芯(20)、密封钢球(21),所述阀芯(20)横向插接在进油腔(16)内,阀芯(20)的前端四周抵住所述密封凸台(18),所述密封钢球(21)位于回油腔(17)内且密封钢球(21)抵在阀芯(20)前端面中部设有的出油口上,所述密封钢球(21)与回油腔(17)的底部之间设有进油弹簧(22),回油弹簧(23)的一端抵住所述阀芯(20)的后端、另一端固定在螺塞(19)上,进油腔(16)的左侧设有与所述螺塞(19)配合螺接的固定孔(24)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的设有安全阀的滑片式输油泵,其特征是:所述阀芯(20)的前端为圆台形,圆台形的锥面抵住所述密封凸台(18),所述阀芯(20)的后端面设有供所述回油弹簧(23)插入的导向孔(25),所述阀芯(20)前端面的出油口与所述导向孔(25)连通。
4.根据权利要求3所述的设有安全阀的滑片式输油泵,其特征是:所述阀芯(20)、回油腔(17)和进油腔(16)的截面为圆形,所述密封钢球(21)的直径小于回油腔(17)的直径,密封钢球(21)的直径大于阀芯(20)出油口的直径。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的设有安全阀的滑片式输油泵,其特征是:所述进油槽(5)、出油槽(6)为圆弧形,圆弧形进油槽、出油槽的圆心位于泵体(1)的轴线上,所述进油槽(5)和出油槽(6)位于偏心环(2)的内侧。
6.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的设有安全阀的滑片式输油泵,其特征是:所述滑片(14)和滑槽(13)的槽底之间设有离心力补偿弹簧(26)。
