Abstract

本发明公开了一种内摆门驱动装置,包括电机、由电机驱动的蜗轮蜗杆减速器、嵌合式离合器、解锁气缸和解锁连接机构,所述嵌合式离合器包括内齿、外齿和弹性元件,内齿与蜗轮蜗杆减速器传动连接,外齿与内摆门的门轴同轴传动,解锁气缸包括气缸推杆,解锁连接机构的一端与气缸推杆的端部接触,解锁连接机构的另一端与内齿相连;当解锁气缸进气时,气缸推杆推动解锁连接机构,解锁连接机构带动内齿与外齿啮合并压缩弹性元件;当解锁气缸排气时,内齿在弹性元件回弹力的作用下与外齿相脱离。本发明的驱动装置采用模块化设计,零部件少、结构简洁、组装方便,且体积小、且适应性好、锁闭更加可靠、机构稳定性好。

Description

一种内摆门驱动装置
技术领域
本发明涉及城市公共交通车辆门驱动装置,尤其是一种内摆门驱动装置。
背景技术
现有的大巴车和公交车内摆门驱动装置通常采用联轴器或者曲柄连杆实现气缸与门轴的传动,传动效率低、功率大、不节能环保;另外,一些门系统的两扇门必须联动,在突发紧急状况时,若一扇门受阻,另一扇也无法开启,造成了极大的安全隐患,并且故障时司机也无法获知故障位置及原因,给故障检修和恢复造成不便。
并且,现有的内摆门驱动装置还存在着零部件多、稳定性低、结构复杂、体积大、占用风道空间大,适用范围小的缺陷,且部分采用气缸进行锁闭和解锁的机构可靠性低,气缸的利用效率低;驱动机构与立柱的连接方式可靠性差,开到位关到位开关多采用二者集成一体的不利于调试和维护。
发明内容
发明目的:针对上述现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明旨在提供一种具有较高传动效率、体积小、易维护的内摆门驱动装置。
技术方案:一种内摆门驱动装置,包括电机、由电机驱动的蜗轮蜗杆减速器、嵌合式离合器、解锁气缸和解锁连接机构,所述嵌合式离合器包括内齿、外齿和弹性元件,内齿与蜗轮蜗杆减速器传动连接,外齿与内摆门的门轴同轴传动,解锁气缸包括气缸推杆,解锁连接机构的一端与气缸推杆的端部接触,解锁连接机构的另一端与内齿相连;当解锁气缸进气时,气缸推杆推动解锁连接机构,解锁连接机构带动内齿与外齿啮合并压缩弹性元件;当解锁气缸排气时,内齿在弹性元件回弹力的作用下与外齿相脱离。
进一步的,蜗轮蜗杆减速器包括传动连接的蜗轮和蜗杆,所述蜗杆与电机的动力输出端相连,蜗轮与嵌合式离合器的内齿同轴传动。
进一步的,解锁连接机构包括拨叉体,拨叉体包括叉爪和叉轴,叉爪上铰接有可旋转的滑环,滑环通过推力球轴承和挡圈与内齿连接,叉轴与气缸推杆的端部接触。
进一步的,蜗轮蜗杆减速器安装在壳体内,叉轴上连接有用于支撑的拨叉支座,拨叉支座固定在壳体的顶部。
进一步的,嵌合式离合器通过轴承座固定在安装板上,蜗轮蜗杆减速器的壳体与轴承座连接。
进一步的,还包括门控器,轴承座上还设有开关组件,外齿上设有行程开关拨环;门关到位时,行程开关拨环触发开关组件,开关组件向所述门控器发送关到位信号。
进一步的,电机为行星减速电机,电机连接有电机霍尔开关,所述电机霍尔开关检测电机的位置信号,并将位置信号实时传输至门控器,所述门控器还监测电机的电流变化,门控器根据电机的位置信号和电流变化判断开、关门过程中门扇是否遇阻。
进一步的,嵌合式离合器为牙嵌离合器,弹性元件为弹簧。
进一步的,外齿上设有用于径向定位的深沟球轴承和用于轴向定位的轴用挡圈和孔用挡圈。
进一步的,外齿与内摆门的门轴通过花键轴连接。
有益效果:本发明的驱动装置采用模块化设计,零部件少、结构简洁、组装方便,且体积小、且适应性好,所有部件均装配在安装板上,安装板可以通过过渡支架固定在车体上,通过更改过渡支架即可适应不同结构车体。采用嵌合式离合器,解锁方便、可靠;采用气缸实现锁闭与解锁,可满足司机远程紧急解锁;采用蜗轮蜗杆减速器,具有自锁功能,可实现全程锁闭;使用花键轴与立柱连接,力矩传递可靠,维护方便。

具体实施方式
下面通过一个最佳实施例并结合附图对本技术方案进行详细说明。
如图1、2所示,一种内摆门驱动装置,用于驱动内摆门进行开门/关门,包括行星减速电机、由电机1驱动的蜗轮蜗杆减速器、嵌合式离合器2、解锁气缸3、解锁连接机构和门控器,嵌合式离合器2包括牙嵌离合器和齿形离合器等,本实施例中嵌合式离合器2为牙嵌离合器。
如图3所示,牙嵌离合器通过轴承座8固定在安装板9上,具体是轴承座8通过螺钉固定在安装板9上,牙嵌离合器包括内齿201、外齿202和弹性元件12,内齿201与蜗轮蜗杆减速器传动连接,外齿202与内摆门的门轴通过花键轴连接,与内摆门的门轴同轴传动。
外齿202上设有深沟球轴承和轴用挡圈和孔用挡圈,外齿202通过两个深沟球轴承配合进行径向定位,采用轴用挡圈、孔用挡圈、外齿202上的轴肩以及深沟球轴承进行轴向定位。
解锁气缸3包括气缸推杆301,解锁连接机构的一端与气缸推杆301的端部接触,解锁连接机构的另一端与内齿201相连;当解锁气缸3进气时,气缸推杆301推动解锁连接机构,解锁连接机构带动内齿201与外齿202啮合并压缩弹性元件12;当解锁气缸3排气时,内齿201在弹性元件12回弹力的作用下与外齿202相脱离,本实施例中弹性元件12为矩形弹簧。
如图4所示,蜗轮蜗杆减速器包括传动连接的蜗轮4和蜗杆5,蜗轮4与蜗杆5啮合的导程角小于3.5°,因此具备自锁功能,能够实现在开、关门中任何位置的全程锁闭;蜗杆5与电机1的动力输出端相连,蜗轮4与牙嵌离合器的内齿201同轴传动。蜗轮蜗杆减速器安装在壳体7内,叉轴602上连接有用于支撑的拨叉支座604,拨叉支座604固定在壳体7的顶部。蜗轮蜗杆减速器的壳体7与轴承座8连接。
如图5所示,本实施例中解锁连接机构采用拨叉体6结构,拨叉体6包括叉爪601和叉轴602,叉爪601上铰接有可旋转的滑环603,滑环603通过推力球轴承和挡圈与内齿201连接,叉轴602与气缸推杆301的端部接触。
具体的:当解锁气缸3进气时,气缸推杆301向上推动拨叉体6的叉轴602,叉轴602向上运动因而叉爪601向下运动,叉爪601带动内齿201向下与外齿202啮合并压缩矩形弹簧;当解锁气缸3排气时,内齿201在矩形弹簧回弹力的作用下与外齿202相脱离。
轴承座8上还设有开关组件10,外齿202上设有行程开关拨环11,行程开关拨环11通过紧定螺钉安装在离合器外齿202上;门关到位时,行程开关拨环11触发开关组件10,开关组件10向所述门控器发送关到位信号。
如图6所示,行星减速电机还包括法兰,电机1连接有电机霍尔开关,所述电机霍尔开关检测电机的位置信号,并将位置信号实时传输至门控器,所述门控器还监测电机的电流变化,门控器根据电机的位置信号和电流变化判断开、关门过程中门扇是否遇阻;内摆门开到位的位置处安装有微动开关,微动开关与门控器相连,门控器根据电流信号和微动开关信号判断门是否开到位。
本发明在开门/关门/紧急解锁时的工作原理为:
1、电动开门:
门处于关闭状态时,解锁气缸3进气,气缸推杆301向上推动拨叉体6的叉轴602,叉轴602向上运动因而叉爪601向下运动,叉爪601带动内齿201向下与外齿202啮合并压缩矩形弹簧;行星减速电机正向转动,带动相啮合的蜗杆5、蜗轮4从而驱动与蜗轮4花键连接的内齿201及与其啮合的外齿202旋转;外齿202带动与其花键连接的门轴旋转,进而立柱转动,门扇跟随立柱的转动执行开门动作。
2、电动关门:
门处于打开状态时,解锁气缸3进气,气缸推杆301向上推动拨叉体6的叉轴602,叉轴602向上运动因而叉爪601向下运动,叉爪601带动内齿201向下与外齿202啮合并压缩矩形弹簧;行星减速电机反向转动,带动相啮合的蜗杆5、蜗轮4从而驱动与蜗轮4花键连接的内齿201及与其啮合的外齿202旋转;外齿202带动与其花键连接的门轴旋转,进而立柱转动,门扇跟随立柱的转动执行关门动作。
门关到位后,通过紧定螺钉安装在外齿202上的行程开关拨环11触发开关组件10,向门控器传输关到位信号,门控器控制电机1停止运转,电机1自动锁死,完成关门动作。
3、紧急解锁手动开门:
门处于关闭状态时,操作紧急解锁装置,使解锁气缸3排气,气缸活塞杆缩回,内齿201在矩形弹簧回弹力的作用下与外齿202相脱离,变为脱离啮合状态,手动操作门扇,可完成开门动作。
4、手动关门:
门处于打开状态时,操作紧急解锁装置,使解锁气缸3排气,气缸活塞杆缩回,内齿201在矩形弹簧回弹力的作用下与外齿202相脱离,变为脱离啮合状态,手动操作门扇,可完成关门动作。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出:对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种内摆门驱动装置,其特征在于,包括电机(1)、由电机(1)驱动的蜗轮蜗杆减速器、嵌合式离合器(2)、解锁气缸(3)和解锁连接机构,所述嵌合式离合器(2)包括内齿(201)、外齿(202)和弹性元件(12),内齿(201)与蜗轮蜗杆减速器传动连接,外齿(202)与内摆门的门轴同轴传动,解锁气缸(3)包括气缸推杆(301),解锁连接机构的一端与气缸推杆(301)的端部接触,解锁连接机构的另一端与内齿(201)相连;当解锁气缸(3)进气时,气缸推杆(301)推动解锁连接机构,解锁连接机构带动内齿(201)与外齿(202)啮合并压缩弹性元件(12);当解锁气缸(3)排气时,内齿(201)在弹性元件(12)回弹力的作用下与外齿(202)相脱离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种内摆门驱动装置,其特征在于,所述蜗轮蜗杆减速器包括传动连接的蜗轮(4)和蜗杆(5),所述蜗杆(5)与电机(1)的动力输出端相连,蜗轮(4)与嵌合式离合器(2)的内齿(201)同轴传动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种内摆门驱动装置,其特征在于,所述解锁连接机构包括拨叉体(6),拨叉体(6)包括叉爪(601)和叉轴(602),叉爪(601)上铰接有可旋转的滑环(603),滑环(603)通过推力球轴承和挡圈与内齿(201)连接,叉轴(602)与气缸推杆(301)的端部接触。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种内摆门驱动装置,其特征在于,所述蜗轮蜗杆减速器安装在壳体(7)内,叉轴(602)上连接有用于支撑的拨叉支座(604),拨叉支座(604)固定在壳体(7)的顶部。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种内摆门驱动装置,其特征在于,所述嵌合式离合器(2)通过轴承座(8)固定在安装板(9)上,蜗轮蜗杆减速器的壳体(7)与轴承座(8)连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种内摆门驱动装置,其特征在于,还包括门控器,轴承座(8)上还设有开关组件(10),外齿(202)上设有行程开关拨环(11);门关到位时,行程开关拨环(11)触发开关组件(10),开关组件(10)向所述门控器发送关到位信号。
7.根据权利要求6所述的内摆门驱动装置,其特征在于,所述电机(1)为行星减速电机,电机(1)连接有电机霍尔开关,所述电机霍尔开关检测电机的位置信号,并将位置信号实时传输至门控器,所述门控器还监测电机的电流变化,门控器根据电机的位置信号和电流变化判断开、关门过程中门扇是否遇阻。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种内摆门驱动装置,其特征在于,所述嵌合式离合器(2)为牙嵌离合器,弹性元件(12)为矩形弹簧。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种内摆门驱动装置,其特征在于,所述外齿(202)上设有用于径向定位的深沟球轴承和用于轴向定位的轴用挡圈和孔用挡圈。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种内摆门驱动装置,其特征在于,所述外齿(202)与内摆门的门轴通过花键轴连接。
