Abstract

一种手自一体智能门轴系统,包括同轴竖直布置在上、下门框处的二个固定枢轴,在门扇中固定有支架,传动配合的电机和中间转轴都安装布置在支架中,中间转轴的末端通过齿轮和一个固定枢轴相啮合,中间转轴上活动套接有中间盘,电机传动连接中间盘且传动路线经过蜗轮蜗杆副,中间盘和中间转轴之间通过阻尼摩擦副传动配合,构成受阻打滑机构。本发明的门扇在电动开闭过程中如果受到阻碍时,中间转轴也相对停止,由于蜗轮蜗杆副的传递扭矩较大,中间盘和中间转轴之间的阻尼摩擦副会立即打滑,电机空转,也即门扇可以随手任意推挡,和普通门一样手动开闭。手自一体的结构合理紧凑,安全性好,也不受震动、灰尘等影响,可靠性高。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种电动门,特别是电动门的转动门轴系统。
背景技术:
不少电动门利用内置安装在门扇中的电机进行驱动,但是门扇转动中心还是使用连接在侧边的合页,长期使用或受大力拉扯,容易出现门扇倾斜下坠现象。在电动开闭过程中,为了防止夹到人体或其它障碍物,一般采用传感器监测,感应到人体被夹或者有沉重阻碍时立刻指令电机停止。但是传感器本身容易受到震动、灰尘等干扰,感应故障较多,容易出现门扇被挡住进而烧毁电机的情况。而且,实际生活中,人们在进出门户时经常会有各种原因伸手挡门或反推门扇,电动门虽然可以自动启闭,但是无法做到和普通门扇一样可以随手任意推挡,使用体验还不能够满足人们的长期习惯。
发明内容:
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种电动开闭过程中可随意手推的手自一体智能门轴系统。
本发明包括同轴竖直布置在上、下门框处的二个固定枢轴,门扇以固定枢轴为转动中心,在门扇中固定有支架,传动配合的电机和中间转轴都安装布置在支架中,中间转轴的末端通过齿轮和一个固定枢轴相啮合,中间转轴上活动套接有中间盘,电机传动连接中间盘且传动路线经过蜗轮蜗杆副,中间盘和中间转轴之间通过阻尼摩擦副传动配合,构成受阻打滑机构。
阻尼摩擦副由若干片交错层叠的阻尼摩擦片组成,可在其下方布置有压紧弹簧,中间转轴上还螺纹连接有弹簧压盖压住压紧弹簧的端部,形成摩擦片预压力调节机构。
进一步的,电机和外部智能控制系统连接,另一固定枢轴上连接有定位传感器,该定位传感器也连接外部智能控制系统,构成门扇转动位置智能检测机构。
本发明的固定枢轴竖直布置,门扇重量完全由下方支撑,长期使用也不会倾斜下坠。门扇在电动开闭过程中如果受到阻碍时,中间转轴也相对停止,由于蜗轮蜗杆副的传递扭矩较大,中间盘和中间转轴之间的阻尼摩擦副会立即打滑,电机空转不再能够驱动门扇开闭,也即门扇可以随手任意推挡,和普通门一样手动开闭。阻碍消除时,阻尼摩擦副立即恢复传动不打滑,门扇继续电动开闭。手自一体的结构合理紧凑,安全性好,无需增加电路控制,也不受震动、灰尘等影响,可靠性高。

具体实施方式:
如图1至图4所示,二个固定枢轴3同轴竖直布置在上、下门框1处,门扇2以固定枢轴3为转动中心。在门扇2中固定有支架4,传动配合的电机5和中间转轴6都安装布置在支架4中,中间转轴6的末端通过齿轮和一个固定枢轴3相啮合,本实施例中是和上方的固定枢轴3相啮合。中间转轴6上活动套接有中间盘7,电机5传动连接中间盘7且传动路线经过蜗轮蜗杆副8,中间盘7和中间转轴6之间通过阻尼摩擦副9传动配合,构成受阻打滑机构。电机5的轴线方向可以和中间转轴6的方向相平行,这样布置比较合理紧凑。
门扇2在电动开闭状态时,电机5传动中间盘7,中间盘7通过阻尼摩擦副9带动中间转轴6,由于和中间转轴6末端的齿轮啮合传动的固定枢轴3是静止不动的,这样迫使支架4及所在的门扇2绕固定枢轴3转动进行开闭。
如果在开闭过程中门扇2受到阻碍停止,会迫使中间转轴6也相对停止,但是电机5还在工作,由于蜗轮蜗杆副8的传递扭矩较大,中间盘7还在转动,迫使中间盘7和中间转轴6之间的阻尼摩擦副9立即打滑,电机5空转不再能够驱动门扇2开闭,也即门扇2可以随手任意推挡,和普通门一样手动开闭。阻碍消除时,阻尼摩擦副9立即恢复传动不打滑,门扇2继续电动开闭,整个结构可以实现手动、自动一体的门扇开闭驱动。
本实施例的阻尼摩擦副9由若干片交错层叠的阻尼摩擦片组成,在其下方布置有压紧弹簧11,中间转轴6上还螺纹连接有弹簧压盖12压住压紧弹簧11的端部,形成摩擦片预压力调节机构。这样可以通过改变压紧弹簧11的压缩程度来调节对摩擦片的预压力,进而调整打滑需要的阻碍停止力,也即用手推挡门扇2时的手感力度。
本实施例中的电机5和外部智能控制系统连接,下方的另一固定枢轴3上连接有定位传感器10,该定位传感器10也连接外部智能控制系统,构成门扇转动位置智能检测机构。门扇2在转动时,定位传感器10可以实时精确检测反馈转动角度位置信息,外部智能控制系统也就可以获得门扇2的开闭角度位置信息,按照智能判断的情景要求,外部智能控制系统可以通过控制电机5自动准确的将门扇2转动开闭到需要的位置并可防止门扇2开闭幅度过界,整个门轴系统的智能化程度提高。

Claims (3)

1.一种手自一体智能门轴系统,包括同轴竖直布置在上、下门框处的二个固定枢轴,门扇以固定枢轴为转动中心,在门扇中固定有支架,传动配合的电机和中间转轴都安装布置在支架中,中间转轴的末端通过齿轮和一个固定枢轴相啮合,其特征为:中间转轴(6)上活动套接有中间盘(7),电机(5)传动连接中间盘(7)且传动路线经过蜗轮蜗杆副(8),中间盘(7)和中间转轴(6)之间通过阻尼摩擦副(9)传动配合,构成受阻打滑机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手自一体智能门轴系统,其特征为:电机(5)和外部智能控制系统连接,另一固定枢轴(3)上连接有定位传感器(10),该定位传感器(10)也连接外部智能控制系统,构成门扇转动位置智能检测机构。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的手自一体智能门轴系统,其特征为:阻尼摩擦副(9)由若干片交错层叠的阻尼摩擦片组成,在其下方布置有压紧弹簧(11),中间转轴(6)上还螺纹连接有弹簧压盖(12)压住压紧弹簧(11)的端部,形成摩擦片预压力调节机构。
