一种塑料制品表面印耐腐蚀花工艺,包括前处理、印花处理和后处理。印花处理中,塑料制品吸水性能差,但是在以环己烷为溶剂的低浓度染液中,塑料制品能大量的吸收环己烷,使内部结构产生溶胀,孔隙变大,此时放入高浓度染液中,环己烷由于不溶于水,在此温度下蒸发,以水为溶剂的高浓度染液完全渗透在溶胀的大孔隙中,同时塑料制品发生玻璃化转变,此时涤纶雪纺中的孔隙达到最大值,进而提高了印花率;后处理中,柔软剂提高了塑料制品的柔软性可抗静电性,固色剂提高了染料的牢度,尤其是耐洗牢度。

一种塑料制品表面印耐腐蚀花工艺,其特征在于:包括前处理、印花处理和后处理,
所述的前处理,将塑料制品表面涂抹一层胶,待胶凝固后,撕掉,喷洒清洁液,静至10-20分钟,倒掉清洁液,微烤塑料制品,烘干即可;
所述印花处理,将塑料制品在室温条件下放入浓度为10-15%的染液中浸染40min~80min,取出塑料制品;
按丁腈橡胶、氯磺化聚乙烯以20~23:4的比例混合制得配胶;先在塑料制品上涂底胶,再涂配胶;底胶采用粘度为17000~18000的丁腈橡胶,车速为55~62码/分钟,烘干;
12~14重量份碳酸钠、5~7重量份雕白粉、8~10重量份甘油、6~8重量份靛类还原染料、23~25重量份去离子水调制印花浆A;取10~12重量份甘油、20~22重量份碳酸钠、6~8重量份的去离子水、75~80重量份的淀粉浆、5~8重量份雕白粉、1~3重量份硫化染料调制印花浆B;同等重量的印花浆A和印花浆B混合使用;黏度控制在16000~18000Pa·S,调制均匀后用40目丝网过滤一次,再用60目丝网过滤一次,得到印花浆;
通过印花机采用该印花浆进行印花,印花机车速为35~40码/分钟,印花通过温度为130~140℃的烘房进行烘干;
印花下机2~3小时内即通过水洗机进行水洗,水洗时胶面朝上;
洗后,进行烘干,烘干后,在表面覆盖一层薄膜,用热风机对薄膜进行烘烤,使薄膜完整的覆盖在胶面上;
再将塑料制品在室温条件下放入浓度为10-15%的盐酸溶液中浸染40min~45min,取出塑料制品;
所述的后处理,将塑料制品烘干,放入浓度为5g/L~10g/L的柔软剂和浓度为10g/L~20g/L的固色剂的混合溶液中浸泡20min~40min,烘干后放入皂洗箱中清洗,然后再烘干。
