本发明公开动车组列车裙板清洗剂,包括以下质量百分比的原料:表面活性剂5‑8%,络合剂10‑20%,快速渗透剂T 2‑5%,缓蚀剂2‑4%,苯基聚环氧乙烷磷酸酯2‑8%,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵1‑2%,改性聚醚消泡剂0.1‑1%,余量为去离子水。本发明还公开制备上述动车组列车裙板清洗剂的方法以及使用上述动车组列车裙板清洗剂的进行清洗的方法。本发明具有对各类污垢均有明显的溶解、渗透剥离效果、配合高压水枪冲洗,能够快速有效去除裙板表面顽固性污垢黄斑的优点。

Description

动车组列车裙板清洗剂、制备方法及使用方法
技术领域
本发明涉及清洗剂技术领域,尤其涉及动车组列车裙板清洗剂、制备方法及使用方法。
背景技术
动车组列车在高速运行过程中,起降低空气阻力,具有导流、保护及检修车下设备功能的全封闭结构组件即为裙板。附着在裙板外表的固体污垢主要分为以下4种污垢的混合物:列车与空气高速摩擦易产生静电吸附砂土尘埃;轮轨摩擦和刹车产生的纳米级碳粉、铁粉混合物及其氧化物;鸟类粪便及昆虫尸体等有机物;矿植物油污等。
动车组列车裙板主要材质为铝合金,其外表面涂装采用高光泽的聚氨酯面漆,而目前使用的清洗剂产品多为强酸或强碱性的,如长时间使用此类产品,会造成漆膜涂层、铝合金、玻璃、橡胶等材料的表面失光、老化等现象, 乃至明显的腐蚀。目前,维护检修裙板的清洗方式为人工蘸取清洗剂反复刷洗,工人劳动强度大,清洗效率低,对于凹槽或粗糙表面的顽固型污垢无法彻底清除。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供对各类污垢均有明显的溶解、渗透剥离效果、配合高压水枪冲洗,能够快速有效去除裙板表面顽固性污垢黄斑的动车组列车裙板清洗剂、制备方法及使用方法。
本发明通过以下技术手段实现解决上述技术问题的:动车组列车裙板清洗剂,包括以下质量百分比的原料:表面活性剂5-8%,络合剂10-20%,快速渗透剂T 2-5%,缓蚀剂2-4%,苯基聚环氧乙烷磷酸酯 2-8%,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵1-2%,改性聚醚消泡剂0.1-1%,余量为去离子水。
优选地,其中表面活性剂为聚乙氧基化脂肪醇、异构C13脂肪醇醚、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化磺酸盐中的两种或几种。
优选地,其中络合剂为乙二胺四乙酸四钠(以下简称为EDTA·4Na)、2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸四钠(以下简称为PBTCA·4Na)、羟基乙叉二膦酸钾(以下简称为HEDP·2K)中的一种或几种。
优选地,缓蚀剂为硫脲、乌洛托品、苯并三氮唑中的两种或三种。
一种制备上述动车组列车裙板清洗剂的方法,将上述组分充分溶解于水中并混合均匀。
使用上述的列车裙板清洗剂进行裙板清洗的方法,将清洗剂稀释10倍,再将稀释过的清洗剂涂抹于列车裙板表面,10min后高压水枪进行冲洗。
本发明的优点在于:
本发明提供一种动车组列车裙板清洗剂、清洗方法及其制备方法,用以解决现有产品存在的不足和缺陷。本清洗剂对各类污垢有明显的溶解、渗透剥离效果,配合高压水枪冲洗,能够快速有效去除裙板表面顽固性污垢黄斑。另外,本清洗剂pH值为6.5-7.0,为中性产品,操作简便安全,不损伤漆膜,对基体无腐蚀,免除人工刷洗环节,在保证清洗质量的同时提高了工作效率。
本发明的动车组列车清洗剂较目前市场上同类型的产品具有较高的稀释倍数,使用时可根据污垢严重情况用自来水稀释10-20倍,节约清洗剂用量,降低清洗成本。
经本发明的动车组列车清洗剂清洗后的列车裙板外表面呈现洁白漆膜本色,光亮如新,凹槽及粗糙处几乎无污垢残留,能够有效去除黄斑及油污,且对漆膜及基材无影响,漆膜无气泡、无明显失光、变色,漆膜硬度无明显变化。

实施例1
1)试验材料:动车组列车裙板
2)验材料表面状况:材料表面覆盖有泥垢、油污及铁锈混合物,外表呈黄褐-黑色,污垢厚度约1mm。
3)洗剂配方:聚乙氧基化脂肪醇 2份,异构C13脂肪醇醚3份,EDTA·4Na 2份,HEDP·2K 8份,快速渗透剂T 2份,硫脲1份,乌洛托品1份,苯基聚环氧乙烷磷酸酯2份,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵1份,改性聚醚消泡剂0.1份,水77.9份。本发明的改性聚醚消泡剂为DF-8002,东莞市德丰消泡剂有限公司,当然其他现有技术的消泡剂也在本发明的保护范围内。
4)配制工作液:将原料混合后,用水稀释10倍使用。
5)清洗方法:将稀释过的动车组裙板清洗剂均匀涂抹于列车裙板表面,10min后高压水枪进行冲洗。

由表1可知,本发明的清洗剂相比对比例,具有更好的清洗效率,清洗效率高达90%以上;清洗后,列车裙板表面污垢残留较少。
本发明的动车组列车裙板清洗剂为水基清洗剂,成分均匀、无刺激性气味,易溶于水,无分层、无浑浊、无沉淀,易漂洗,无可见清洗剂残留;
本发明中的表面活性剂由聚乙氧基化脂肪醇、异构C13脂肪醇醚和脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化磺酸盐组成,对油污有良好的洗涤、分散、乳化及润湿等性能,增强清洗剂的洗净力;
本发明中络合剂由EDTA·4Na、PBTCA·4Na和HEDP·K2组成,对列车裙板表面固体污垢及锈迹有渗透、溶解、软化及剥离的作用,达到高效清洗的效果;
渗透剂选用快速渗透剂T,由顺丁烯二酸酐与仲辛醇在对甲苯磺酸催化剂催化下,于120-140℃进行酯化,再与亚硫酸氢钠进行磺化而制得。可快速渗透、润湿及乳化列车裙板表面污垢,有效缩短清洗时间;
缓蚀剂由硫脲、乌洛托品及苯并三氮唑组成,有效防止裙板基材及油漆腐蚀变色;
增溶剂为苯基聚环氧乙烷磷酸酯,能溶解非离子表面活性剂和控制浊点,同时具有一定的净洗力;
杀菌剂为十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵,具有良好的粘泥剥离作用,同时有一定的分散、渗透、去油及缓蚀作用。
消泡剂为改性聚醚消泡剂,减少清洗剂高压喷淋使用过程中产生的泡沫,以免污染工作环境。
本清洗剂对各类污垢有明显的溶解、渗透剥离效果,配合高压水枪冲洗,能够快速有效去除裙板表面顽固性污垢黄斑。另外,本清洗剂pH值为6.5-7.0,为中性产品,操作简便安全,不损伤漆膜,对基体无腐蚀,免除人工刷洗环节,在保证清洗质量的同时提高了工作效率。

1.动车组列车裙板清洗剂,其特征在于,pH值中性;包括以下质量百分比的原料:聚乙氧基化脂肪醇5份,异构C13脂肪醇醚3份,EDTA·4Na2份,HEDP·2K 18份,快速渗透剂T 5份,硫脲2份,乌洛托品2份,苯基聚环氧乙烷磷酸酯5份,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵2份,改性聚醚消泡剂1份,水55份。
2.一种制备如权利要求1所述的动车组列车裙板清洗剂的方法,其特征在于,将原料充分溶解于水中并混合均匀。
3.使用如权利要求1所述的列车裙板清洗剂进行裙板清洗的方法,其特征在于,将清洗剂稀释10倍,再将稀释过的清洗剂涂抹于列车裙板表面,10min后用高压水枪进行冲洗。
