本发明公开了一种长效抗摩擦润滑油的配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:润滑油基础油30份‑40份、辛基酚6份‑10份、烷基水杨酸钙3份‑7份、桦叶菊萜酸4份‑9份、硫化异丁烯5份‑8份、磺酸盐清净剂3份‑6份、二硫化钼1.8份‑2.2份、石墨粉10份‑15份、亚磷酸脂7份‑9份、滑石粉10份‑15份、山梨醇5份‑8份、丙烯酸甘油酯4份‑6份、氧化铜粉6份‑10份、抗氧抗腐剂0.5份‑0.9份、增粘剂1.2份‑1.6份,本发明一种长效抗摩擦润滑油的配方各个有效成本的配比比较合理,具有较好的抗磨减摩性能、耐磨耗性及防锈性能,性质稳定,有效地防止器械受损,还具有良好的粘附性、优异的防腐蚀性能够长期的使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及机械润滑油领域,具体是一种长效抗摩擦润滑油的配方。
背景技术
润滑油一般是分馏石油的产物,也有从动植物油中提炼的,包含“润滑脂”。一般为不易挥发的油状润滑剂。是用在各种类型机械上以减少摩擦,保护机械及加工件的液体润滑剂,主要起润滑、冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用。为改善润滑油的品质,往往要在润滑油基础油中加入添加剂来改善润滑油的各种性能,市场中所销售的添加剂一般都是以上各单一添加剂的复合品,所不同的就是单一添加剂的成分不同以及复合添加剂内部几种单一添加剂的比例不同而已。但是,添加剂添加后的协同作用较差,在提高某一种性能的同时,会造成另一种性能的降低,造成润滑油的某种性能出现欠缺,影响正常使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种长效抗摩擦润滑油的配方,解决上述技术缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种润滑油的配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:润滑油基础油30份-40份、辛基酚6份-10份、烷基水杨酸钙3份-7份、桦叶菊萜酸4份-9份、硫化异丁烯5份-8份、磺酸盐清净剂3份-6份、二硫化钼1.8份-2.2份、石墨粉10份-15份、亚磷酸脂7份-9份、滑石粉10份-15份、山梨醇5份-8份、丙烯酸甘油酯4份-6份、氧化铜粉6份-10份、抗氧抗腐剂0.5份-0.9份、增粘剂1.2份-1.6份。
上述一种长效抗摩擦润滑油的配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:润滑油基础油30份-38份、辛基酚6份-8份、烷基水杨酸钙3份-5份、桦叶菊萜酸4份-7份、硫化异丁烯5份-6份、磺酸盐清净剂3份-5份、二硫化钼1.8份-2.0份、石墨粉10份-13份、亚磷酸脂7份-8份、滑石粉10份-13份、山梨醇5份-6份、丙烯酸甘油酯4份-5份、氧化铜粉6份-8份、抗氧抗腐剂0.5份-0.7份、增粘剂1.2份-1.4份。
上述一种长效抗摩擦润滑油的配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:润滑油基础油35份、辛基酚8份、烷基水杨酸钙5份、桦叶菊萜酸7份、硫化异丁烯6份、磺酸盐清净剂5份、二硫化钼2.0份、石墨粉13份、亚磷酸脂8份、滑石粉13份、山梨醇6份、丙烯酸甘油酯5份、氧化铜粉8份、抗氧抗腐剂0.7份、增粘剂1.4份。
上述的一种长效抗摩擦润滑油的配方,所述增粘剂是聚甲基丙烯酸酯。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明一种长效抗摩擦润滑油的配方各个有效成本的配比比较合理,具有较好的抗磨减摩性能、耐磨耗性及防锈性能,性质稳定,有效地防止器械受损,还具有良好的粘附性、优异的防腐蚀性能够长期的使用。

实施例1
一种润滑油的配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:润滑油基础油40份、辛基酚10份、烷基水杨酸钙7份、桦叶菊萜酸9份、硫化异丁烯8份、磺酸盐清净剂6份、二硫化钼2.2份、石墨粉15份、亚磷酸脂9份、滑石粉15份、山梨醇8份、丙烯酸甘油酯6份、氧化铜粉10份、抗氧抗腐剂0.9份、增粘剂1.6份。
所述增粘剂是聚甲基丙烯酸酯。
实施例2
一种润滑油的配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:润滑油基础油30份-40份、辛基酚6份、烷基水杨酸钙3份、桦叶菊萜酸4份、硫化异丁烯5份、磺酸盐清净剂3份、二硫化钼1.8份、石墨粉10份、亚磷酸脂7份、滑石粉10份、山梨醇5份、丙烯酸甘油酯4份、氧化铜粉6份、抗氧抗腐剂0.5份、增粘剂1.2份。
所述增粘剂是聚甲基丙烯酸酯。
实施例3
