本发明涉及一种润滑油添加剂,属精细化工领域。
背景技术
润滑油添加剂是加入润滑剂中的一种或几种化合物,以使润滑剂得到某种新的特性或改善润滑剂中已有的一些特性。添加剂按功能分主要有抗氧化剂、抗磨剂、摩擦改善剂(又名油性剂)、极压添加剂、清净剂、分散剂、泡沫抑制剂、防腐防锈剂、流点改善剂、粘度指数增进剂等类型。市场中所销售的添加剂一般都是以上各单一添加剂的复合品,其性质不稳定,容易降低润滑油的使用效果,消费者要求质量更高的新产品。

本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术中的缺陷,提供了一种能够稳定提升润滑油品质的润滑油添加剂。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种润滑油添加剂,包括有按重量份计的以下物质:硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐14-25份,T321硫化异丁烯6-14份,硫化烷基酚钙6-10份,丙烯酸甲酯35-55份,双季戊四醇6-8份,丙烯酸甘油酯2-4份,三羟甲基丙烷1-3份,水40-60份。
进一步的,上述的一种润滑油添加剂,包括有按重量份计的以下物质:硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐20份,T321硫化异丁烯10份,硫化烷基酚钙8份,丙烯酸甲酯45份,双季戊四醇7份,丙烯酸甘油酯3份,三羟甲基丙烷2份,水50份。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明提供的一种润滑油添加剂,性质稳定,不影响润滑油的使用效果,能够有效提升润滑油的润滑品质。
