Abstract

本发明提供了一种湿喷混凝土长距离输送润泵剂及其制备方法,润泵剂各重量组分为:减水剂组分27%,增稠剂组分24%,稳定剂组分8%,润滑剂组分41%。使用的减水剂成分为木质素磺酸钠,是一种来源十分丰富的天然高分子生态友好型材料,能够自然降解,从而不会对环境造成污染。增稠剂成分为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,毒性很低、生理相溶性好,有优良的生理惰性,不参与人体新陈代谢,对皮肤、眼等不形成任何刺激。本发明在配制这种湿喷混凝土输送润泵剂时,将四种原料配合均匀制成包装,就能完成润泵剂的制备,可以完全替代传统的润管砂浆。研制的新型润泵剂具有增稠、润滑、掺量少、成本低、改善工人劳动环境等特点,不对混凝土凝结时间及强度造成影响。

一种湿喷混凝土长距离输送润泵剂及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种湿喷混凝土长距离输送润泵剂,属于混凝土泵送前的泵机及输送管道润滑的技术领域,尤其适用于湿喷混凝土润泵剂的制备方法和应用作业。
背景技术
在过去几十年实际工程中,预拌混凝土行业施工时在正式泵送混凝土之前,全国各地一直采取先压送一定量的水泥浆或水泥砂浆进行管壁润滑。但其成本偏高、损害车辆、浪费设备,既不经济也不符合目前的低碳环保及节能减排的观念。传统的润泵砂浆,在水泥、砂石、生产用水资源紧缺的情况下仍生产仅有润滑作用的砂浆将造成极大的资源浪费。
混凝土润泵剂是提高混凝土泵送能力的一个很好的解决方案,因此,研制新型润泵剂具有很好的发展前景。
发明内容
技术问题:针对上述传统砂浆润泵存在的成本偏高、损害车辆、浪费设备、浪费资源等问题,本发明提供一种安全、环保、经济,能显著提高泵管的使用寿命,减少工作程序,提高泵送效率的湿喷混凝土润泵剂。
技术方案:
本发明是通过如下的技术方案实现的,所喷述的湿混凝土长距离输送润泵剂其重量组分为:减水剂组分27%,增稠剂组分24%,稳定剂组分8%,润滑剂组分41%。
所述减水剂组分为木质素磺酸钠。
所述的增稠剂组分为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮。
所述的稳定剂组分为一水柠檬酸。
所述的润滑剂组分为硬脂酸钠。
所述的湿喷混凝土长距离输送润泵剂的应用方法,按重量百分比为27%的木质素磺酸钠、24%的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、8%的一水柠檬酸、41%的硬脂酸钠配制成本润泵剂,每升水加入本润泵剂16-20g,先对溶液进行搅拌,时间为2min,然后静置3min,再搅拌1min,待充分混合后,倒入泵斗进行泵送。
本发明的优点在于使用的减水剂成分为木质素磺酸盐,阴离子型表面活性剂,是一种来源十分丰富的热塑性天然高分子生态友好型材料,能够自然降解,从而不会对环境造成污染。其增稠剂成分为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,溶于水和大部分有机溶剂、毒性很低、生理相溶性好,有优良的生理惰性,不参与人体新陈代谢,又具有优良的生物相容性,对皮肤、粘膜、眼等不形成任何刺激,是目前国际上集增稠、悬浮、乳化、稳定于一体,性能最优越的生物胶。
本发明在配制这种湿喷混凝土输送润泵剂时,只要将四种原料配合均匀制成包装,就能完成润泵剂的制备,可以完全替代传统的润管砂浆,研制的新型润泵剂具有增稠、润滑、掺量少、成本低、改善工人劳动环境等特点,不对混凝土凝结时间及强度造成影响。
具体实施方式
本发明涉及的湿喷混凝土长距离输送润泵剂由减水剂、增稠剂、稳定剂和润滑剂组成,其中各组分的重量百分比如下:
减水剂组分27%,增稠剂组分24%,稳定剂组分8%,润滑剂组分41%。
其中减水剂组分为木质素磺酸钠,增稠剂组分为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,稳定剂组分为一水柠檬酸,润滑剂组分为硬脂酸钠。
木质素磺酸钠,阴离子型表面活性剂,是一种来源十分丰富的热塑性天然高分子生态友好型材料,能够自然降解,从而不会对环境造成污染。
聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为浅黄色至白色可流动粉末,稍带臭味。易溶于冷、热水中,溶液中性,毒性很低、生理相溶性好,有优良的生理惰性,不参与人体新陈代谢,又具有优良的生物相容性,对皮肤、粘膜、眼等不形成任何刺激。遇水分散、乳化变成稳定的亲水性粘稠胶体。聚乙烯吡咯烷酮是目前国际上集增稠、悬浮、乳化、稳定于一体,性能最优越的生物胶。
一水柠檬酸(PAM)为水溶性高分子聚合物,具有良好的絮凝性,可以降低液体之间的摩擦阻力,广泛应用于增稠、稳定胶体、减阻、粘结、成膜、生物医学材料等方面。
硬脂酸钠,又名十八酸钠,具有润滑作用,是常用的阴离子表面活性剂、肥皂的主要成分。硬脂酸钠分子中的烃基部分为疏水基,羧基部分为亲水基。为白色细微粉末或块状固体,有滑腻感,有脂肪味,在空气中有吸水性。微溶于冷水,溶于热水或醇溶液,水溶液因水解而呈碱性。
本发明在配制这种湿喷混凝土输送润泵剂时,四种原料按比例配合均匀制成包装,就能完成润泵剂的制备。
本发明的湿喷混凝土长距离输送润泵剂的应用操作过程:按重量百分比为27%的木质素磺酸钠、24%的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、8%的一水柠檬酸、41%的硬脂酸钠配制成本润泵剂,每升水加入本润泵剂16-20g,先对溶液进行搅拌,时间为2min,然后静置3min,再搅拌1min,待充分混合后,倒入泵斗进行泵送。
从表1可以得出,润泵剂对混凝土具有一定的缓凝作用,但影响不大。从28天抗压强度来看,润泵剂的添加对混凝土的强度有一定的影响,但影响非常有限,在工程安全可控范围之内。

1.一种湿喷混凝土长距离输送润泵剂,其特征在于配料重量百分比为:减水剂组分27%,增稠剂组分24%,稳定剂组分8%,润滑剂组分41%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的湿喷混凝土长距离输送润泵剂,其特征在于:所述减水剂组分为木质素磺酸钠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的湿喷混凝土长距离输送润泵剂,其特征在于:所述的增稠剂组分为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮。
4.根据权利要求1所述的湿喷混凝土长距离输送润泵剂,其特征在于:所述的稳定剂组分为一水柠檬酸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的湿喷混凝土长距离输送润泵剂,其特征在于:所述的润滑剂组分为硬脂酸钠。
6.根据权利要求1-5所述的湿喷混凝土长距离输送润泵剂的制备方法,其特征在于:按重量百分比为27%的木质素磺酸钠、24%的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、8%的一水柠檬酸、41%的硬脂酸钠配制成本润泵剂,每升水加入本润泵剂16-20g,先对溶液进行搅拌,时间为2min,然后静置3min,再搅拌1min,待充分混合后,倒入泵斗进行泵送。
