Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于汽车仪表板的ABS/PVC共混配方,配方为:ABS‑747树脂:32%,PVC‑WS‑700树脂:58%;助剂:三盐基硫酸铅2.5%、二盐基亚硫酸铅2%、有机锡2%、硬脂酸铅0.3%、硬脂酸0.4%、环氧脂2.2%、G16润滑剂0.2%、石蜡0.4%。本发明还公开了上述用于汽车仪表板的ABS/PVC的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)将ABS‑747树脂、PVC‑WS‑700树脂和助剂混合;2)双辊开炼。本发明显著提高热稳定性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方和制备方法,特别是一种共混塑料配方和制备方法。
背景技术
PVC具有强度高、耐腐蚀、难燃等特点,但热稳定性差,受热易分解。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高热稳定性的用于汽车仪表板的ABS/PVC共混配方和制备方法。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
用于汽车仪表板的ABS/PVC共混配方,其改进之处在于:配方为:ABS-747树脂:32%,PVC-WS-700树脂:58%;助剂:三盐基硫酸铅2.5%、二盐基亚硫酸铅2%、有机锡2%、硬脂酸铅0.3%、硬脂酸0.4%、环氧脂2.2%、G16润滑剂0.2%、石蜡0.4%。
上述用于汽车仪表板的ABS/PVC的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将ABS-747树脂、PVC-WS-700树脂和助剂混合;
2)双辊开炼。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:PVC-WS-700树脂与ABS-747树脂共混,显著提高热稳定性。

实施例:
按下列配方配料:ABS-747树脂:32%,PVC-WS-700树脂:58%;助剂:三盐基硫酸铅2.5%、二盐基亚硫酸铅2%、有机锡2%、硬脂酸铅0.3%、硬脂酸0.4%、环氧脂2.2%、G16润滑剂0.2%、石蜡0.4%。
将ABS-747树脂、PVC-WS-700树脂和助剂混合。
双辊开炼。

1.一种用于汽车仪表板的ABS/PVC共混配方,其特征在于:配方为:ABS-747树脂:32%,PVC-WS-700树脂:58%;助剂:三盐基硫酸铅2.5%、二盐基亚硫酸铅2%、有机锡2%、硬脂酸铅0.3%、硬脂酸0.4%、环氧脂2.2%、G16润滑剂0.2%、石蜡0.4%。
2.权利要求1所述用于汽车仪表板的ABS/PVC共混配方的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)将ABS-747树脂、PVC-WS-700树脂和助剂混合;
2)双辊开炼。
