Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐热型橡胶,采用如下重量份的原料:丁基橡胶:80~120份;硫磺1~2份;促进剂M0.3~0.5份;促进剂TT 0.8~1.2份;氧化锌3~5份;氧化镁3~5份;硬脂酸0.8~1.2份;石蜡2~4份;防热老化剂D 1~1.3份;硅酸铝50~80份;碳酸钙40~60份;对苯二胺防老剂1~3份。本发明的优点在于:通过在配方中以一定的比例增加防热老化助剂,从而提高橡胶中在高温下吸收热氧自由原子性能,避免热氧自由原子和橡胶主链接触而发生反应,使得本耐热橡胶相对于现有的橡胶在耐热性能方面有显著提高,延长了橡胶的产品寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种橡胶材料,特别涉及一种耐热型橡胶。
背景技术
目前,橡胶管在各领域均有广泛应用,而现有市场上的橡胶管的耐热性能普遍不佳,在高温下使用容易导致过早老化,表面发裂发粘等问题,长时间表面出现掉块从而失去功能,导致耐热橡胶管废弃。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好耐热性能的耐热型橡胶。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种耐热型橡胶,其创新点在于:采用如下重量份的原料:丁基橡胶:80 ~ 120 份;硫磺 1 ~ 2 份;促进剂M 0.3 ~ 0.5份;促进剂TT 0.8 ~ 1.2份;氧化锌 3 ~ 5 份;氧化镁 3 ~ 5 份;硬脂酸 0.8 ~ 1.2份;石蜡 2 ~ 4 份;防热老化剂D 1 ~ 1.3 份;硅酸铝 50 ~ 80 份;碳酸钙40 ~ 60份;对苯二胺防老剂1 ~ 3 份。
进一步的,所述的丁基橡胶:80 份;硫磺 1份;促进剂M 0.3 份;促进剂TT 0.8份;氧化锌 3 份;氧化镁 3 份;硬脂酸 0.8 份;石蜡 2份;防热老化剂D 1 份;硅酸铝 50份;碳酸钙 40 份;对苯二胺防老剂1 份。
本发明的优点在于:通过在配方中以一定的比例增加防热老化助剂,从而提高橡胶中在高温下吸收热氧自由原子性能,避免热氧自由原子和橡胶主链接触而发生反应,使得本耐热橡胶相对于现有的橡胶在耐热性能方面有显著提高,延长了橡胶的产品寿命。

一种耐热型橡胶,其特征在于:采用如下重量份的原料:丁基橡胶: 120 份;硫磺2 份;促进剂M 0.5 份;促进剂TT 1.2份;氧化锌5 份;氧化镁5 份;硬脂酸 1.2 份;石蜡4 份;防热老化剂D 1.3 份;硅酸铝 80 份;碳酸钙60 份;对苯二胺防老剂3 份。

一种耐热型橡胶,其特征在于:采用如下重量份的原料:丁基橡胶:80 份;硫磺 1份;促进剂M 0.3 份;促进剂TT 0.8 份;氧化锌 3 份;氧化镁 3 份;硬脂酸 0.8 份;石蜡 2份;防热老化剂D 1 份;硅酸铝 50 份;碳酸钙 40 份;对苯二胺防老剂1 份。
