本发明公开了一种复合环保装饰板材，其特征在于，包括ABS板层、TPU板层和二氧化钛光催化薄层，所述ABS板层、TPU板层与二氧化钛光催化薄层依次相连接;一种复合环保装饰板材通过二氧化钛光催化薄层的设置，该板材不仅能利用自然光和室内光线分解有害物质，而且能够抗污、杀菌，使其表面能长期保持洁净，并不增加能源的消耗；所述一种复合环保装饰板材通过ABS板层、TPU板层的设置具有良好的静曲强度和抗变形能力，可应用于医院手术室，制药工程，食品加工等建筑内墙装饰达到卫生抗菌等级；所述一种复合环保装饰板材通过隔音层的设置，一方面可加强板材的刚性，另一方面又可提供良好的吸音性和隔音性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种板材，具体是一种复合环保装饰板材。
背景技术
传统板材，尤其是地板，木质品种居多，因其木质工艺，胶贴现状，防潮、 防菌等品质无法满足人们的需求，现在比较常用的为ABS板材，因ABS板材具有突出的美学性，流动性，韧性，尺寸稳定性和高耐热性，成为当前热门板材材料，但纯粹的ABS板仍无法满足人们日益多样化的需求，比如其不具备抗菌能力，易滋生细菌，对人体健康带来潜在威胁。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是，克服以上现有技术的缺陷，提供一种可综合ABS板层和TPU板层两种材料的优点，含防静电和隔音多种功能的板材。TPU为聚氨酯，为优良的热塑性材料，环保，且具有优异的防腐性能、弹性和抗冲击性能，在加热到其软化点时具有优异的成型性能，因此可以根据实际生产需要加工成不同的形状。
本发明的技术方案是：一种复合环保装饰板材，其特征在于，包括ABS板层、TPU板层和二氧化钛光催化薄层，所述ABS板层、TPU板层与二氧化钛光催化薄层依次相连接。
进一步的，所述ABS板层的厚度为3-8mm,所述TPU板层的厚度为2-7mm。
进一步的，所述ABS板层与TPU板层连接面通过强力胶水固定连接。
进一步的，所述ABS板层、TPU板层均由板材挤出机挤出成型。
进一步的，ABS板层涂覆有防火面漆层,具有防火的作用。
进一步的，还设置有隔音层, 隔音层设置于TPU板层与二氧化钛光催化薄层之间,所述隔音层为由纤维和粉末构成的多孔结构，所述隔音层由热塑性树脂纤维与增强填料组成，其中热塑性树脂纤维是改性聚丙烯纤维 PP、 改性聚酰胺纤维 PA、 改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇纤维 PET 中的一种或几种聚合物纤维的混合物，增强填料为玻璃纤维、二氧化硅、二氧化钛、滑石粉、炭黑中的一种或几种填料的混合物，通过多孔结构可达到良好的吸音和隔音作用，同时，热塑性树脂纤维与增强填料可加强板材的刚性。
本发明所达到的有益效果：本发明所述一种复合环保装饰板材通过二氧化钛光催化薄层的设置，该板材不仅能利用自然光和室内光线分解有害物质，而且能够抗污、杀菌，使其表面能长期保持洁净，并不增加能源的消耗；所述一种复合环保装饰板材通过ABS板层、TPU板层的设置具有良好的静曲强度和抗变形能力，可应用于医院手术室，制药工程，食品加工等建筑内墙装饰达到卫生抗菌等级；所述一种复合环保装饰板材通过隔音层的设置，一方面可加强板材的刚性，另一方面又可提供良好的吸音性和隔音性。

如图1所示，一种复合环保装饰板材，其特征在于，包括ABS板层2、TPU板层3和二氧化钛光催化薄层4，所述ABS板层2、TPU板层3与二氧化钛光催化薄层4依次相连接,所述ABS板层2的厚度为3-8mm,所述TPU板层3的厚度为2-7mm,所述ABS板层2与TPU板层3连接面通过强力胶水固定连接,所述ABS板层2、TPU板层3均由板材挤出机挤出成型,ABS板层2涂覆有防火面漆层1,具有防火的作用, 还设置有隔音层, 隔音层设置于TPU板层与二氧化钛光催化薄层之间,所述隔音层为由纤维和粉末构成的多孔结构。

1.一种复合环保装饰板材，其特征在于，包括ABS板层、TPU板层和二氧化钛光催化薄层，所述ABS板层、TPU板层与二氧化钛光催化薄层依次相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合环保装饰板材，其特征是，所述ABS板层的厚度为3-8mm,所述TPU板层的厚度为2-7mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合环保装饰板材，其特征是，所述ABS板层与TPU板层连接面通过强力胶水固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合环保装饰板材，其特征是，所述ABS板层、TPU板层均由板材挤出机挤出成型。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合环保装饰板材，其特征是，还设置有隔音层, 隔音层设置于TPU板层与二氧化钛光催化薄层之间，所述隔音层为由纤维和粉末构成的多孔结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合环保装饰板材，其特征是，ABS板层涂覆有防火面漆层。
