Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗菌板材,其特征在于,包括ABS板层、TPU板层和防菌母粒层,所述防菌母粒层上、下两面均与ABS板层相连接,所述ABS板层与TPU板层相连接,所述防菌母粒层内部安置有纵横交错的网筋;本发明所述一种抗菌板材通过防菌母粒层的设置,具有抗菌性,使该板材具有一定的杀菌能力,减少细菌的滋生,起到保护人体健康的目的,通过ABS板层、TPU板层的设置具有良好的静曲强度和抗变形能力,可应用于医院手术室,制药工程,食品加工等建筑内墙装饰达到卫生抗菌等级;本发明所述一种抗菌板材通过防静电镀膜的设置,不会产生静电,起到有效避免因静电作用吸尘而造成的灰尘及细菌积聚。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种板材,具体是一种新型抗菌板材。
背景技术
传统板材,尤其是地板,木质品种居多,因其木质工艺,胶贴现状,防潮、 防菌等品质无法满足人们的需求,现在比较常用的为ABS板材,因ABS板材具有突出的美学性,流动性,韧性,尺寸稳定性和高耐热性,成为当前热门板材材料,但纯粹的ABS板仍无法满足人们日益多样化的需求,比如其不具备抗菌能力,易滋生细菌,对人体健康带来潜在威胁。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,克服以上现有技术的缺陷,提供一种可综合ABS板层和TPU板层两种材料的优点,含抗菌、防静电和隔音多种功能的板材。TPU为聚氨酯,为优良的热塑性材料,环保,且具有优异的防腐性能、弹性和抗冲击性能,在加热到其软化点时具有优异的成型性能,因此可以根据实际生产需要加工成不同的形状。
本发明的技术方案是:一种抗菌板材,其特征在于,包括ABS板层、TPU板层和防菌母粒层,所述防菌母粒层上、下两面均与ABS板层相连接,所述ABS板层与TPU板层相连接,所述防菌母粒层内部安置有纵横交错的加强筋。
进一步的,所述ABS板层由ABS树脂掺混其质量1-3%的ABS抗菌母粒后加工而成,增强抗菌型。
进一步的,所述ABS板层的厚度为3-8mm,所述TPU板层的厚度为2-7mm。
进一步的,所述防菌母粒层上、下两面与ABS板层连接面通过强力胶水固定连接。
进一步的,所述ABS板层、TPU板层和防菌母粒层均由板材挤出机挤出成型。
进一步的,所述TPU板层与ABS板层之间设置有隔音层,所述TPU板层、ABS板层和隔音层均通过强力胶水固定连接。
进一步的,所述隔音层包括横板和纵板,所述横板和纵板交错排列形成网格,在网格中填充有隔音棉块,可达到良好的隔音作用。
进一步的,所述隔音层为由纤维和粉末构成的多孔结构,所述隔音层由热塑性树脂纤维与增强填料组成,其中热塑性树脂纤维是改性聚丙烯纤维 PP、 改性聚酰胺纤维PA、 改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇纤维 PET 中的一种或几种聚合物纤维的混合物,增强填料为玻璃纤维、二氧化硅、二氧化钛、滑石粉、炭黑中的一种或几种填料的混合物,通过多孔结构可达到良好的吸音和隔音作用,同时,热塑性树脂纤维与增强填料可加强板材的刚性。
进一步的,所述TPU板层的上表面设置有防静电镀膜。
本发明所达到的有益效果:本发明所述一种抗菌板材通过防菌母粒层的设置,具有抗菌性,使该板材具有一定的杀菌能力,减少细菌的滋生,起到保护人体健康的目的,通过ABS板层、TPU板层的设置具有良好的静曲强度和抗变形能力,可应用于医院手术室,制药工程,食品加工等建筑内墙装饰达到卫生抗菌等级;本发明所述一种抗菌板材通过防静电镀膜的设置,不会产生静电,起到有效避免因静电作用吸尘而造成的灰尘及细菌积聚;所述一种抗菌板材通过隔音层的设置,一方面可加强板材的刚性,另一方面又可提供良好的吸音性和隔音性。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示,一种抗菌板材,其特征在于,包括ABS板层2、TPU板层和防菌母粒层1,所述防菌母粒层1上、下两面均与ABS板层2相连接,所述ABS板层2与TPU板层4相连接,所述防菌母粒层1内部安置有纵横交错的加强筋,所述ABS板层由ABS树脂掺混其质量2%的ABS抗菌母粒后加工而成,增强抗菌型,所述ABS板层的厚度为5mm,所述TPU板层4的厚度为3mm,所述防菌母粒层1上、下两面与ABS板层2连接面通过强力胶水固定连接,所述ABS板层2、TPU板层4和防菌母粒层1均由板材挤出机挤出成型,所述TPU板层4与ABS板层2之间设置有隔音层3,所述TPU板层4、ABS板层2和隔音层3均通过强力胶水固定连接,所述隔音层3包括横板和纵板,所述横板和纵板交错排列形成网格,在网格中填充有隔音棉块,可达到良好的隔音作用,所述TPU板层的上表面设置有防静电镀膜。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种抗菌板材,其特征在于,包括ABS板层、TPU板层和防菌母粒层,所述防菌母粒层上、下两面均与ABS板层相连接,所述ABS板层与TPU板层相连接,所述防菌母粒层内部安置有纵横交错的网筋。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌板材,其特征是,所述ABS板层由ABS树脂掺混其质量1-3%的ABS抗菌母粒后加工而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌板材,其特征是,所述ABS板层的厚度为3-8mm,所述TPU板层的厚度为2-7mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌板材,其特征是,所述防菌母粒层上、下两面与ABS板层连接面通过强力胶水固定连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌板材,其特征是,所述ABS板层、TPU板层和防菌母粒层均由板材挤出机挤出成型。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌板材,其特征是,所述TPU板层与ABS板层之间设置有隔音层。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种抗菌板材,其特征是,所述隔音层包括横板和纵板,所述横板和纵板交错排列形成网格,在网格中填充有隔音棉块。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种抗菌板材,其特征是,所述隔音层为由纤维和粉末构成的多孔结构。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌板材,其特征是,所述TPU板层的上表面设置有防静电镀膜。
