本发明涉及一种水稻秸秆蚕网制作加工设备,包括底板、加工平台和干燥箱,所述底板的上方通过支撑柱固定支撑有加工平台,加工平台顶部的一端设有干燥箱,所述支撑柱外侧的中间位置处通过螺栓安装有支撑架,支撑架的上方安装有驱动电机,驱动电机通过导线与干燥箱一侧设有的控制器电连接,且驱动电机的输出轴通过皮带与加工平台上表面设有的传送带的驱动轴带连接,所述加工平台的两侧皆通过转轴均匀安装有第一转轮,第一转轮上均匀焊接有第一切割刃,且第一转轮下方的底板上设有废料收集箱,废料收集箱的顶部设有漏斗。本发明自动化程度高,减小劳动强度,提高了水稻秸秆蚕网的制作效率。

一种水稻秸秆蚕网制作加工设备
技术领域
本发明涉及蚕网加工设备技术领域,具体的说是一种水稻秸秆蚕网制作加工设备。
背景技术
桑蚕丝是中华民族的伟大发现,迄今已有五千多年的历史,被列入国家非物质文化遗产,随着蚕丝的广泛运用,蚕网的需求也是逐渐增加。
目前,对水稻秸秆蚕网的切割没有专业的自动切割装置,一般都是通过工人进行操作,而人工操作主要包括切割以及烘干两个部分,这两部分需要独立的人工操作,导致整个过程的效率低下,因而会产生较高人工成本。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种水稻秸秆蚕网制作加工设备,可以解决现有水稻秸秆蚕网切割时一般都是通过工人进行操作,而人工操作主要包括切割以及烘干两个部分,这两部分需要独立的人工操作,导致整个过程的效率低下,因而会产生较高人工成本的难题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案来实现:一种水稻秸秆蚕网制作加工设备,包括底板、加工平台和干燥箱,所述底板的上方通过支撑柱固定支撑有加工平台,加工平台顶部的一端设有干燥箱,且干燥箱一端的底部设有进料口,干燥箱另一端的底部设有出料口,所述支撑柱外侧的中间位置处通过螺栓安装有支撑架,支撑架的上方安装有驱动电机,驱动电机通过导线与干燥箱一侧设有的控制器电连接,且驱动电机的输出轴通过皮带与加工平台上表面设有的传送带的驱动轴带连接,所述加工平台的两侧皆通过转轴均匀安装有第一转轮,第一转轮上均匀焊接有第一切割刃,且第一转轮下方的底板上设有废料收集箱,废料收集箱的顶部设有漏斗,所述废料收集箱一侧的底板上安装有热风机,热风机通过导线与控制器电连接,且热风机的输出端固定连接有送风管,送风管远离热风机的一端延伸至干燥箱内部顶端,并固定连接有排风罩,所述干燥箱的侧壁中设有真空夹层,干燥箱靠近进料口一端的中间位置处设有凹槽,且干燥箱顶部对应凹槽的位置处通过螺栓安装有调节电机,调节电机通过导线与控制器电连接,所述调节电机的输出端延伸至凹槽内并固定连接有丝杆,丝杆上通过耳块活动安装有活动压板,且活动压板的内侧通过转轴均匀安装有压料棍轴,所述活动压板的两侧皆通过连接压料棍轴的转轴均匀安装有第二转轮,第二转轮的外侧均匀固定有第二切割刃,且第二切割刃与第一切割刃相互交错设置。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述加工平台靠近出料口的一端固定有导料槽,且导料槽向下倾斜设置。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述底板底部的四个角位置处皆通过螺栓安装有万向轮,且万向轮上设有自锁装置。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述底板上对应导料槽输出端下方的位置处设有成品收集箱。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述废料收集箱的内部可拆卸安装有内筒,且内筒上安装有拉手。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述凹槽两侧的干燥箱上皆设有辅助滑槽,且活动压板靠近干燥箱的一端设有与辅助滑槽相匹配的辅助滑块。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述传送带的表面设有防滑橡胶垫。
本发明的有益效果是:
该水稻秸秆蚕网制作加工设备通过将水稻秸秆铺设在传送带上,利用传送带将水稻秸秆运送至干燥箱,在运输的过程中,第一转轮与第二转轮上设置的切割刃的相互配合将伸出传送带两端的水稻秸秆切割,使得水稻秸秆蚕网按所需长度进行切割,从而避免同一批水稻秸秆蚕网的尺寸参差不齐,有效的保证水稻秸秆蚕网的加工质量,通过在活动压板的内侧设置压料棍轴,避免水稻秸秆蚕网在运输的过程中跑偏,影响切割效果,且活动压板的高度可调,使用方便,具有良好的实用性,通过在加工平台上设置干燥箱,并通过热风机输出端热风对切割后的水稻秸秆干燥处理,实现切割、烘干一体完成,大大提升了水稻秸秆蚕网的生产效率,另外,干燥箱侧壁中设置的真空夹层,有效的杜绝了干燥箱内外温度传递,避免热量损失,降低生产成本,本发明自动化程度高,减小劳动强度,提高了水稻秸秆蚕网的制作效率。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1至图5所示,一种水稻秸秆蚕网制作加工设备,包括底板19、加工平台16和干燥箱12,底板19底部的四个角位置处皆通过螺栓安装有万向轮20,且万向轮20上设有自锁装置,方便移动,底板19的上方通过支撑柱2固定支撑有加工平台16,加工平台16顶部的一端设有干燥箱12,且干燥箱12一端的底部设有进料口10,干燥箱12另一端的底部设有出料口15,加工平台16靠近出料口15的一端固定有导料槽17,且导料槽17向下倾斜设置,底板19上对应导料槽17输出端下方的位置处设有成品收集箱18,支撑柱2外侧的中间位置处通过螺栓安装有支撑架3,支撑架3的上方安装有驱动电机4,驱动电机4可为Y90S-2电机,驱动电机4通过导线与干燥箱12一侧设有的控制器25电连接,控制器25可为FHR-211控制器,且驱动电机4的输出轴通过皮带与加工平台16上表面设有的传送带24的驱动轴带连接,传送带24的表面设有防滑橡胶垫,加工平台16的两侧皆通过转轴均匀安装有第一转轮6,第一转轮6上均匀焊接有第一切割刃5,且第一转轮6下方的底板19上设有废料收集箱1,废料收集箱1的内部可拆卸安装有内筒22,且内筒22上安装有拉手,废料收集箱1的顶部设有漏斗23,废料收集箱1一侧的底板19上安装有热风机21,热风机21通过导线与控制器25电连接,且热风机21的输出端固定连接有送风管13,送风管13远离热风机21的一端延伸至干燥箱12内部顶端,并固定连接有排风罩14,实现切割、烘干一体完成,大大提升了水稻秸秆蚕网的生产效率,干燥箱12的侧壁中设有真空夹层32,杜绝了干燥箱12内外温度传递,避免热量损失,降低生产成本,干燥箱12靠近进料口10一端的中间位置处设有凹槽28,且干燥箱12顶部对应凹槽28的位置处通过螺栓安装有调节电机11,调节电机11可为Y315M-2电机,调节电机11通过导线与控制器25电连接,调节电机11的输出端延伸至凹槽28内并固定连接有丝杆27,丝杆27上通过耳块31活动安装有活动压板9,且活动压板9的内侧通过转轴均匀安装有压料棍轴29,避免水稻秸秆蚕网在运输的过程中跑偏,影响切割效果,且活动压板9的高度可调,使用方便,具有良好的实用性,活动压板9的两侧皆通过连接压料棍轴29的转轴均匀安装有第二转轮8,第二转轮8的外侧均匀固定有第二切割刃7,且第二切割刃7与第一切割刃5相互交错设置,凹槽28两侧的干燥箱12上皆设有辅助滑槽26,且活动压板9靠近干燥箱12的一端设有与辅助滑槽26相匹配的辅助滑块30。
本发明工作时,连接电源,并通过控制器25控制调节电机11带动丝杆27转动,使得活动压板9在螺纹的作用下上下调节位置,以满足实际加工需要,将待加工的水稻秸秆铺设在传送带24上,控制器25控制驱动电机4通过皮带带动传送带24转动,当传送带24带动水稻秸秆输送至压料棍轴29时,带动压料棍轴29转动,从而带动第二转轮8转动,同时,伸出传送带24两端的水稻秸秆带动第一转轮6转动,在第一转轮6与第二转轮8上设置的第一切割刃5以及第二切割刃7的相互配合将伸出传送带24两端的水稻秸秆切割,切割后的肥料经漏斗23落入废料收集箱1,切割后的水稻秸秆经进料口10进入干燥箱12,同时,控制器25控制热风机21启动,经送风管13以及排风罩14对干燥箱12加热,从而实现水稻秸秆的干燥处理,干燥后的水稻秸秆经导料槽17落入成品收集箱18,由于干燥箱12侧壁中设置的真空夹层32,有效的杜绝了干燥箱12内外温度传递,避免热量损失,降低生产成本。
