本发明公开一种双刀组双联动塑料粉碎机,包括滚刀刀组(10)、滚筒刀组(20)、第一进料筒(30)、第二进料筒(80)、粉料隔板(40)、筛网(50)、出料筒(60)、箱体(70)和电机;滚刀刀组(10)、滚筒刀组(20)、第一进料筒(30)、第二进料筒(80)、粉料隔板(40)和筛网(50)均设置在箱体(70)内,所述出料筒(60)固定设置在箱体下方;电机设置在箱体(70)外;本发明使用滚刀刀组和滚筒刀组,组合进行塑料粉碎,减少滚刀刀组磨损,延长刀组使用寿命;双进料筒将滚筒刀组封闭,减少灰尘,减少噪音。

本发明涉及塑料制造业领域,具体涉及一种双刀组双联动塑料粉碎机。
背景技术
塑料粉碎机广泛应用与塑料制造业,现有的塑料粉碎机,只有一组粉碎刀组,直接对塑料进行切割粉碎,粉碎不充分,且对刀片损伤严重,需要经常更换刀片;同时,现有技术中,进料筒仅有一个,塑料原料从高出落下,分散散落,噪音大,粉尘多。
发明内容
为解决目前,本发明的目的是提供一种双刀组双联动塑料粉碎机,使用滚刀刀组和滚筒刀组,组合进行塑料粉碎,减少滚刀刀组磨损,延长刀组使用寿命。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种双刀组双联动塑料粉碎机,包括滚刀刀组、滚筒刀组、第一进料筒、第二进料筒、粉料隔板、筛网、出料筒、箱体和电机;
滚刀刀组、滚筒刀组、第一进料筒、第二进料筒、粉料隔板和筛网均设置在箱体内,出料筒固定设置在箱体下方;电机设置在箱体外;
滚筒刀组设置在第一进料筒和第二进料筒之间,滚刀刀组设置在第二进料筒下方,粉料隔板与筛网固定连接后,隔断箱体,筛网设置在滚刀刀组下方;
滚筒刀组包括定轮轮组和转轮轮组,定轮轮组包括定轮转轴和定轮,转轮轮组包括转轮转轴和转轮;定轮转轴与定轮固定连接,定轮转轴连接电机,带动定轮转动;转轮转轴通过轴承与转轮连接;
滚刀刀组包括第一转刀和固定转刀;
第一转刀和固定转刀均为齿轮状,第一转刀和固定转刀的齿轮状转刀的外侧面相互啮合;
固定转刀包括转轴和第三齿轮状转刀,转轴穿过第三齿轮状转刀的轴中心,与第三齿轮状转刀固定连接;转轴连接电机;
第一转刀包括第一固定轴、第一齿轮状转刀和第一轴承,第一固定轴穿过第一齿轮状转刀的轴中心,第一固定轴与第一轴承固定连接,第一齿轮状转刀通过第一轴承绕第一定轴转动;
箱体包括面板,第一固定轴和转轴均穿过并伸出面板。
筛网为两个弧形筛网,两个弧形筛网一端固定连接,两个弧形筛网分别与第一转刀和固定转刀同心。
两个弧形筛网与第一转刀和固定转刀的刀锋面距离为1-3mm,第一转刀和固定转刀转动过程中,能够将较大塑料颗粒进行充分粉碎,同时第一转刀和固定转刀不会摩擦到筛网。
转轴与面板之间通过轴承连接。
第一固定轴与面板固定连接。
转轴用于连接电机,固定转刀为主动轮刀组,电机带动转轴转动,固定转刀(主动轮刀组)带动第一转刀(从动轮刀组)转动,实现塑料颗粒的二次粉碎。
第一进料筒和第二进料筒均为漏斗状。
第一进料筒、第二进料筒和箱体均为金属材质,并连接地线,排除静电,防止产生生产事故。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明公开一种双刀组双联动塑料粉碎机,使用滚刀刀组和滚筒刀组,组合进行塑料粉碎,减少滚刀刀组磨损,延长刀组使用寿命;双进料筒将滚筒刀组封闭,减少灰尘,减少噪音。

滚刀刀组10、滚筒刀组20、第一进料筒30、第二进料筒80、粉料隔板40和筛网50均设置在箱体70内,出料筒60固定设置在箱体下方;电机设置在箱体70外;
滚筒刀组20设置在第一进料筒30和第二进料筒80之间,滚刀刀组10设置在第二进料筒下方,粉料隔板40与筛网50固定连接后,隔断箱体70,筛网50设置在滚刀刀组10下方;
滚筒刀组20包括定轮轮组2001和转轮轮组2002,定轮轮组包括定轮转轴和定轮,转轮轮组包括转轮转轴和转轮;定轮转轴与定轮固定连接,定轮转轴连接电机,带动定轮转动;转轮转轴通过轴承与转轮连接;
滚刀刀组10包括第一转刀1和固定转刀3;
第一转刀1和固定转刀3均为齿轮状,第一转刀1和固定转刀3的齿轮状转刀的外侧面相互啮合;
固定转刀3包括转轴302和第三齿轮状转刀301,转轴302穿过第三齿轮状转刀301的轴中心,与第三齿轮状转刀301固定连接;转轴302连接电机;
第一转刀1包括第一固定轴102、第一齿轮状转刀101和第一轴承,第一固定轴102穿过第一齿轮状转刀101的轴中心,第一固定轴102与第一轴承固定连接,第一齿轮状转刀101通过第一轴承绕第一定轴转动;
箱体包括面板5,第一固定轴102和转轴302均穿过并伸出面板5。
筛网4为两个弧形筛网,两个弧形筛网一端固定连接,两个弧形筛网分别与第一转刀1和固定转刀3同心。
两个弧形筛网与第一转刀1和固定转刀3的刀锋面距离为1-3mm。
转轴302与面板5之间通过轴承连接。
第一固定轴102与面板5固定连接。
转轴302用于连接电机,固定转刀3为主动轮刀组,电机带动转轴302转动,固定转刀3(主动轮刀组)带动第一转刀1(从动轮刀组)转动,实现塑料颗粒的二次粉碎。
第一进料筒30和第二进料筒80均为漏斗状。
第一进料筒30、第二进料筒80和箱体70均为金属材质,并连接地线90,排除静电,防止产生生产事故。

所述滚筒刀组(20)设置在第一进料筒(30)和第二进料筒(80)之间,所述滚刀刀组(10)设置在第二进料筒(80)下方,所述粉料隔板(40)与筛网(50)固定连接后,隔断箱体(70),所述筛网(50)设置在滚刀刀组(10)下方。
