Abstract
The invention discloses a processing method of radix curcumae decoction pieces, which comprises the following steps: steaming and moistening: softening the curcuma aromatica raw material in a steam moistening mode, and controlling the steaming and moistening temperature through a temperature control system; slicing: slicing the steamed and moistened curcuma aromatica raw material; and (3) drying: drying and slicing by microwave heating to obtain radix Curcumae decoction pieces; the processing method is quick, simple and convenient, and can improve the processing efficiency and the drug recovery rate; the invention also discloses the radix curcumae decoction pieces obtained by the method.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a processing method of radix curcumae decoction pieces and the radix curcumae decoction pieces obtained by the method, belonging to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine processing.
Background
The radix Curcumae is dried root tuber of Curcuma wenyujin Y.H.Chen et C.Lin g, Curcuma longa Curcumong Ga L.and Curcuma kwangsiensis S.G.le et C.F.Liang or Curcuma zedoaria Curcumahaocauli Val.
According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the processing method of traditional Chinese medicine, the radix curcumae can be prepared into radix curcumae decoction pieces through processing, and according to the requirements of Chinese pharmacopoeia, the processing method of the radix curcumae decoction pieces comprises the following steps: cleaning, moistening, slicing, and drying to obtain oval or strip-shaped decoction pieces. slicing: slicing the steamed and moistened radix Curcumae raw material to obtain slices with thickness of 0.8-1.5 mm;

The processing time, the yield of turmeric and the fraction perfectness of examples 1 to 4 were examined;

The volatile oil content of the radix curcumae decoction pieces obtained in the embodiments 1 to 4 is compared as follows:
the turmeric root tuber decoction pieces obtained in examples 1 to 4 are extracted by steam distillation technology, and the turmeric root tuber raw material which is not processed by the processing method of the invention is directly sliced for volatile oil extraction, and the content of the obtained volatile oil is used as a comparison standard, and the results are shown in table 2:

As can be seen from Table 2, the content of the volatile oil extracted in examples 1-4 is not much different from the comparative standard, which indicates that the volatile oil loss ratio is not high during the processing, and the sliced radix Curcumae can retain more effective components.

slicing: slicing the steamed and moistened curcuma aromatica raw material;
and (3) drying: drying the slices by microwave heating to obtain radix Curcumae decoction pieces.
