Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily necessities, in particular to a skin care product composition, an amino acid soap and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Due to increasingly serious atmospheric water and soil pollution, living pressure, over-clean skin and abuse of skin care products containing hormone or heavy metal exceeding standards, skin problems of human skin stratum corneum metabolic disturbance, dark skin color, acne marks, chloasma, skin inflammation after sunburn and the like are caused, and the population base of sensitive skin is huge, so that a safe and mild facial product suitable for sensitive skin is required to improve the skin condition. The conventional skin quality improvement is mainly performed by the steps of cleansing (face soap or facial cleanser), basic care (mask, toner, lotion, eye cream or face cream), isolation, sun protection, color makeup, and the like. Generally, people have high requirements on selection of basic care products and hope that the basic care products have multiple functions of moisturizing, whitening, anti-wrinkle and the like, but for cleaning products, people may pay more attention to the cleaning effect, and the fact that the facial cleaning products are short in facial retention time and whether other functions have little influence on skin protection and skin quality improvement is considered.
However, with the deep research of science and technology on dermatology, the whole skin care consciousness of people is improved, the improvement of understanding that nutritional ingredients need to be supplemented in the face cleaning process is improved, the demand of people on multi-effect skin cleaning products is more and more urgent, and the corresponding product development technology is developed. For example, the Chinese patent application (CN104586655A) discloses a whitening facial cleanser which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-3 parts of caryophyllin extract, 1-3 parts of perilla frutescens extract, 1-2 parts of interleukin, 0.5-2 parts of vitamin C, 5-10 parts of sodium hyaluronate, 2-5 parts of coconut diethanolamide, 5-10 parts of isopropyl palmitate, 0.5-2 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine, 1-5 parts of lanolin, 5-10 parts of butanediol and 150 parts of water, and the obtained facial cleanser can play a good cleaning role on skin, but only has the functions of whitening and moisturizing, and has no remarkable effect of reducing blackheads, acnes and the like. For another example, the Chinese patent application (CN104288025A) discloses a whitening facial cleanser, which is composed of the following substances in parts by weight: 1-3 parts of vitamin E, 4-8 parts of eucalyptus oil, 6-10 parts of violet magnolia flower bud, 3-6 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine, 1-4 parts of cyclosiloxane, 7-11 parts of white ginseng, 3-7 parts of pollen typhae, 4-10 parts of lanolin, 2-7 parts of mint, 2-6 parts of angelica dahurica, 1-5 parts of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 2-4 parts of lecithin, 1-6 parts of liquorice and 2-6 parts of tribulus terrestris. The obtained facial cleanser has good skin cleaning effect, remarkable whitening effect, and no significant effect on reducing blackheads, acnes, etc.
The amino acid soap is a novel face-washing soap which is started in recent years, has the greatest characteristic that an amino acid surfactant is used for replacing fatty acid salt to prepare a soap base, has various advantages of high safety to environment and organisms, good skin affinity and the like, has a pH value close to that of human skin, and is soft and not tight after being washed and dried. Therefore, the prior art avoids the defects of the traditional alkaline toilet soap, and ensures that the soap body is crystal and transparent, has rich foam, is soft and moisture-keeping and low in irritation, and is suitable for people with various skin types. But also has the functions of removing dark complexion, lightening acne marks and chloasma; black heads and acnes are reduced; enhancing moisture retention and skin elasticity; amino acid soaps for comprehensively improving skin quality such as after-sun repair and the like are still to be developed.

Creatine (creatine), a nitrogenous organic acid naturally found in vertebrates, assists in providing energy to muscle and nerve cells. Michel euroren scherrel (Michel eugenechevrel) found Creatine in skeletal muscle for the first time in 1832, and then, according to the greek language "Kreas" (meat), named "Creatine".
Creatine is a substance synthesized by three amino acids, arginine (arginine), glycine (glycine) and methionine (methionine), and can rapidly provide energy (various activities of a human body are provided by ATP, namely adenosine triphosphate, and the storage amount of ATP in the human body is very small, so that ATP is rapidly consumed during exercise, and creatine can rapidly resynthesize ATP to supply energy). The storage amount of the adenosine triphosphate in the human body is small, and the adenosine triphosphate needs to be synthesized continuously, but the synthesis speed of the human body is slow, so that the human body is fatigued. Therefore, the muscle strength, speed and endurance can be effectively improved by timely supplementing creatine. Improving physical ability and training level, and preventing fatigue.

(3) Selecting the people with loose and dry skin to participate in the test of the skin elasticity increasing and moisturizing effect of the sample; the samples were divided into 20 persons per group according to the number of samples, and each group of test persons used the samples in examples and comparative examples, respectively, and tested by using a CK skin tester, skin moisture content before and after continuously using the samples for 4 weeks, and an average value of skin moisture content change was calculated. The effect of the sample on increasing skin elasticity was evaluated by subject scoring. After 4 weeks of continuous use, subjects scored the perception of skin elasticity changes. The scoring criteria used a 9-point scoring method, and the scores and corresponding perceptions are shown in the table below.
Sample use experience and corresponding score value
(4) Selecting the people with red, peeled, burning and painful skin after the two arms are sunned to participate in the test of the sample after-sun repair effect; the samples in the examples and the comparative examples were used in groups of 20 persons, each group of persons tested. The corresponding sample is used for the left arm of each subject, no product is used for the right arm, and the erythema, skin inflammation and pain feeling of the sunburn part of the two arms are observed and compared after 3 days, and the sunburn repairing effect of the corresponding amino acid soap is graded according to the scoring standard shown in the table.
The invention also discovers that the amino acid soap containing the skin care product composition has the advantages that the amino acid soap has a pH value close to human skin, is good in transparency and moderate in hardness by reasonably selecting and proportioning the contents of the amino acid, the triethanolamine and the amino acid salt, is favorable for maintaining the appearance of the amino acid soap, and does not influence the efficacy of the amino acid soap. The physical and chemical property measurement of the amino acid soap comprises the following steps:
(1) hardness test of amino acid soap: the amino acid soap was placed under the probe by a puncture test method, measured by a physical property tester, and the surface hardness/g, the internal hardness/g, and the viscosity/g · s were recorded.
(2) Transparency detection of amino acid soap: the amino acid soap was cut into a flat and smooth sheet having a thickness of 6.5 ± 0.15mm on both sides, and the sheet was inserted into a light-impervious stationary cylinder, and the numerical value of the light reflection factor (R0) in the case where the sample was backed with a black back and the numerical value of the internal light reflection factor (R ∞) in the case where the sample was backed with a white board were measured on a whiteness meter, and the transparency of the amino acid soap was calculated according to the formula T (%) (1-R0/R ∞) × 100%.
(3) pH value detection of amino acid soap: and adding water into the mixed solution before injection molding of the amino acid soap to prepare amino acid soap water, and detecting the pH value of the soap water by adopting a pH meter.
