取新鲜的螺旋藻,清洗干净,切碎放入粉碎机中粉碎,经喷雾干燥1~3h后,过80~200目筛,再经微波消毒1~3min得到所述螺旋藻粉。
优选地,所述维生素添加剂为按重量百分比由50%~60%维生素C、10%~30%维生素A、15%~20%维生素B1、10%~15%维生素D构成。

本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供一种优质的鸡饲及其制备方法,该鸡饲料中加入的螺旋藻粉富含丰富矿物质、胡萝卜素、氨基酸、维生素等,作为饲料易于畜禽吸收,能明显提高鸡肉品质和鸡的产蛋率;加入的活性益生菌能抑制有害菌的生长,维持肠道生态平衡,促进多种营养成份消化吸收,可以大大增强鸡的抗病能力,促进消化可增强鸡自身的免疫力,又能补充营养、促进其生长。该鸡饲料效果显著,提高了鸡的免疫力,增强抗病力,均衡营养,无化学药物残留,使得最终的鸡肉肉质好,营养丰富。

实施例1
一种优质的鸡饲料,该优质的鸡饲料按照重量份包括以下原料:小麦60份、豆粕40份、玉米蛋白粉30份、螺旋藻粉15份、维生素添加剂15份、活性益生菌20份、氨基酸15份、动物蛋白源12份、磷酸氢钙5份、硫酸铁3份、复合酶10份、微量元素10份和叶黄素添加剂1份。
所述螺旋藻粉的制备方法为:
取新鲜的螺旋藻,清洗干净,切碎放入粉碎机中粉碎,经喷雾干燥1h后,过80目筛,再经微波消毒1min得到所述螺旋藻粉。

一种优质的鸡饲料,该优质的鸡饲料按照重量份包括以下原料:小麦70份、豆粕50份、玉米蛋白粉38份、螺旋藻粉20份、维生素添加剂25份、活性益生菌25份、氨基酸22份、动物蛋白源20份、磷酸氢钙10份、硫酸铁4份、复合酶14份、微量元素15份和叶黄素添加剂2份。
所述螺旋藻粉的制备方法为:
取新鲜的螺旋藻,清洗干净,切碎放入粉碎机中粉碎,经喷雾干燥2h后,过140目筛,再经微波消毒2min得到所述螺旋藻粉。
所述维生素添加剂为按重量百分比由55%维生素C、20%维生素A、17%维生素B1、12%维生素D构成。
所述活性益生菌为双歧杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、假丝酵母的一种或者多种。
所述复合酶为按重量百分比由12%淀粉酶、17%蛋白酶、7%磷酸酶、4%糖苷酶12%脂肪酶、8%乙酰转移酶、8%氨基转移酶、6%激酶和2%多聚酶构成。
一种优质的鸡饲料的制备方法,主要包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将维生素添加剂、活性益生菌、氨基酸、磷酸氢钙、硫酸铁、复合酶、微量元素放入温度为25℃水中进行混合,得到混合溶液;
步骤2:将豆粕、动物蛋白源混合,加热至95℃,加热时间6.5h后,冷却至常温待用;
步骤3:将玉米蛋白粉、螺旋藻粉、小麦、叶黄素添加剂倒入步骤2所得混合物进行充分混合搅拌,得到混合物;
步骤4:将步骤1所得混合溶液倒入步骤3所得混合物中,浸泡7h后,再进行干燥造粒处理,得到所制鸡饲料。
所述步骤3中的搅拌时间为50min。
所述步骤4中的所制鸡饲料含水量为7%,颗粒为150目。
实施例3
一种优质的鸡饲料,该优质的鸡饲料按照重量份包括以下原料:小麦80份、豆粕60份、玉米蛋白粉46份、螺旋藻粉25份、维生素添加剂35份、活性益生菌30份、氨基酸30份、动物蛋白源26份、磷酸氢钙15份、硫酸铁6份、复合酶18份、微量元素20份和叶黄素添加剂3份。
所述螺旋藻粉的制备方法为:
取新鲜的螺旋藻,清洗干净,切碎放入粉碎机中粉碎,经喷雾干燥3h后,过200目筛,再经微波消毒3min得到所述螺旋藻粉。
所述维生素添加剂为按重量百分比由60%维生素C、30%维生素A、20%维生素B1、15%维生素D构成。
所述活性益生菌为双歧杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、假丝酵母的一种或者多种。
所述复合酶为按重量百分比由15%淀粉酶、0%蛋白酶、10%磷酸酶、6%糖苷酶16%脂肪酶、9%乙酰转移酶、10%氨基转移酶、7%激酶和3%多聚酶构成。
一种优质的鸡饲料的制备方法,主要包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将维生素添加剂、活性益生菌、氨基酸、磷酸氢钙、硫酸铁、复合酶、微量元素放入温度为30℃水中进行混合,得到混合溶液;
步骤2:将豆粕、动物蛋白源混合,加热至100℃,加热时间8h后,冷却至常温待用;
步骤3:将玉米蛋白粉、螺旋藻粉、小麦、叶黄素添加剂倒入步骤2所得混合物进行充分混合搅拌,得到混合物;
步骤4:将步骤1所得混合溶液倒入步骤3所得混合物中,浸泡10h后,再进行干燥造粒处理,得到所制鸡饲料。
所述步骤3中的搅拌时间为60min。
所述步骤4中的所制鸡饲料含水量为8%,颗粒为200目。

1.一种优质的鸡饲料,其特征在于,该优质的鸡饲料按照重量份包括以下原料:小麦60~80份、豆粕40~60份、玉米蛋白粉30~46份、螺旋藻粉15~25份、维生素添加剂15~35份、活性益生菌20~30份、氨基酸15~30份、动物蛋白源12~26份、磷酸氢钙5~15份、硫酸铁3~6份、复合酶10~18份、微量元素10~20份和叶黄素添加剂1~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种优质的鸡饲料,其特征在于,所述螺旋藻粉的制备方法为:
取新鲜的螺旋藻,清洗干净,切碎放入粉碎机中粉碎,经喷雾干燥1~3h后,过80~200目筛,再经微波消毒1~3min得到所述螺旋藻粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种优质的鸡饲料,其特征在于,所述维生素添加剂为按重量百分比由50%~60%维生素C、10%~30%维生素A、15%~20%维生素B1、10%~15%维生素D构成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种优质的鸡饲料,其特征在于,所述活性益生菌为双歧杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、假丝酵母的一种或者多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种优质的鸡饲料,其特征在于,所述复合酶为按重量百分比由10%~15%淀粉酶、15%~20%蛋白酶、5%~10%磷酸酶、3%~6%糖苷酶8%~16%脂肪酶、6%~9%乙酰转移酶、6%~10%氨基转移酶、5%~7%激酶和1%~3%多聚酶构成。
6.一种优质的鸡饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,主要包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将维生素添加剂、活性益生菌、氨基酸、磷酸氢钙、硫酸铁、复合酶、微量元素放入温度为20~30℃水中进行混合,得到混合溶液;
步骤2:将豆粕、动物蛋白源混合,加热至90~100℃,加热时间5~8h后,冷却至常温待用;
步骤3:将玉米蛋白粉、螺旋藻粉、小麦、叶黄素添加剂倒入步骤2所得混合物进行充分混合搅拌,得到混合物;
步骤4:将步骤1所得混合溶液倒入步骤3所得混合物中,浸泡5~10h后,再进行干燥造粒处理,得到所制鸡饲料。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种优质的鸡饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3中的搅拌时间为40~60min。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种优质的鸡饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤4中的所制鸡饲料含水量为5%~8%,颗粒为100~200目。
