Abstract
本发明公开了一种含有阳离子淀粉包覆改性硫酸钡的复写纸的制备方法,将硫酸钡粉末,用钛酸偶联剂对硫酸钡表面进行表面有机修饰后,然后与阳离子淀粉溶液进行络和,淀粉颗粒附着在修饰后的硫酸钡表面形成包覆,与聚丙烯与聚乙烯混合均匀后挤出造粒,之后进行溶解糊化分散后的混合预涂料,取出一部分之后加入有色涂料与胶乳进行制成有色涂料,进行两次涂覆后压光整饰后的复写纸,本发明的复写纸生产成本低,纸的强度和柔软性提高,平滑度和光泽度更好,提高了复写次数,使用时不容易蹭到手上。

技术领域
本发明属于材料领域,特别涉及一种含有阳离子淀粉包覆改性硫酸钡的复写纸的制备方法。
背景技术
硫酸钡具有物理化学稳定性好、硬度适中、密度大、白度大、并且能够吸收X射线等有害射线的优点,因此硫酸钡被广泛用于各种高分子聚合物、化工行业、造纸业、各种工业制品等领域。
复写纸是一种常见的办公用品,目前,复写纸以其使用方便,复写分数多,加工方便被广泛应用于商业表格如银行、税务、电信、邮电、保险、餐饮等的发票、表格单据等方便。可但是其表面常常容易脱色,手上容易蹭到其上面的颜料而需要经常洗手。
张晗在《聚乙烯-硫酸钡纳米复合材料的制备和表征》一文中利用乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA)络合法制备硫酸钡溶液,制备出硫酸钡,并用硬脂酸与钛酸偶联剂对硫酸钡表面进行表面有机改性,因而减小了硫酸钡粒子之间的相互作用,从而改善了硫酸钡颗粒的稳定性,但由于其分散性差,常常发生团聚。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种含有阳离子淀粉包覆改性硫酸钡的复写纸的制备方法,解决硫酸钡产品分散差、常常发生团聚的问题,制备出的复写纸生产成本低廉,耐水,且操作难度小,不易脱色。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种含有阳离子淀粉包覆改性硫酸钡的复写纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将30-40重量份硫酸钡加入100-200重量份水搅拌均匀后加热至40-50℃,将2-5重量份钛酸偶联剂在搅拌下缓慢加入硫酸钡溶液中反应30-60分钟后停止反应,加入5-20重量份0.1-1mol/L阳离子淀粉溶液,搅拌反应30-50分钟,过滤在红外干燥箱中干燥6-12小时后,通过研磨机研磨成粉状,得改性硫酸钡待用;
(2)将30-50聚丙烯,20-30重量份聚乙烯混合后加入步骤(1)所得改性硫酸钡进行熔融共混后挤出造粒后,然后加入适量酒精进行充分溶解后添加5-10份颜料分散液,进行糊化后,加入1-3重量份稳定剂和2-5重量份分散剂超声分散30-40分钟,混合均匀后,进行冷却,得混合预涂料,待用;
(3)取20-30重量份步骤(2)所得的混合预涂料加入2-10重量份40%的酞青蓝色浆,5-10份聚醋酸乙烯胶乳,0.01-0.02重量份消泡剂混合均匀后,加入0.1-0.3重量份戊二醛加热40-45℃反应2-3小时,得有色涂料,待用;
(4)取未涂布原纸,将步骤(2)制备好的混合涂料涂布在原纸上进行预涂,然后在热风干燥机内进行干燥处理,再利用所述涂布机将步骤(3)制备的有色涂料涂布在干燥后原纸上,并经热风干燥机对涂布后原纸进行干燥处理最后将成纸进行压光整饰,得到含有阳离子淀粉包覆改性硫酸钡的复写纸。
所述的红外干燥箱中干燥温度为40-50℃。
所述的糊化为在温度保持在70-80℃时边加热边搅拌成糊状后保持10-30分钟。
所述的颜料分散液为碳酸钙分散液、瓷土分散液、钛白粉分散液中的一种或几种。
本发明的优点是:
本发明将硫酸钡粉末,用钛酸偶联剂对硫酸钡表面进行表面有机修饰后,然后与阳离子淀粉溶液进行络和,淀粉颗粒附着在修饰后的硫酸钡表面形成包覆,与聚丙烯与聚乙烯混合均匀后挤出造粒,之后进行溶解糊化分散后的混合预涂料,取出一部分之后加入有色涂料与胶乳进行制成有色涂料,进行两次涂覆后压光整饰后的复写纸,钛酸偶联剂的亲有机基团则可与有机树脂产生交联缠绕,形成类似桥梁的相互连接,阳离子淀粉与硫酸钡进行络和可包覆在硫酸钡表面,限制了硫酸钡颗粒的聚集与进一步生长,与聚丙烯与聚乙烯混合糊化后制成预涂料,可提高了复写纸的机械强度,颜料分散液作为加入体系中,可以降低体系粘性效应,之后制备有色涂料加入的戊二醛使得体系进行交联,进一步在体系中增粘,本发明的复写纸生产成本低,纸的强度和柔软性提高,平滑度和光泽度更好,提高了复写次数,使用时不容易蹭到手上。
具体实施方式
一种含有阳离子淀粉包覆改性硫酸钡的复写纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将35重量份硫酸钡加入150重量份水搅拌均匀后加热至45℃,将3重量份钛酸偶联剂在搅拌下缓慢加入硫酸钡溶液中反应40分钟后停止反应,加入10重量份0.8mol/L阳离子淀粉溶液,搅拌反应35分钟,过滤在红外干燥箱中干燥8小时后,通过研磨机研磨成粉状,得改性硫酸钡待用;
(2)将40聚丙烯,25重量份聚乙烯混合后加入步骤(1)所得改性硫酸钡进行熔融共混后挤出造粒后,然后加入适量酒精进行充分溶解后添加8份颜料分散液,进行糊化后,加入2重量份稳定剂和4重量份分散剂超声分散35分钟,混合均匀后,进行冷却,得混合预涂料,待用;
(3)取25重量份步骤(2)所得的混合预涂料加入8重量份40%的酞青蓝色浆,7份聚醋酸乙烯胶乳,0.015重量份消泡剂混合均匀后,加入0.2重量份戊二醛加热45℃反应2.5小时,得有色涂料,待用;
(4)取未涂布原纸,将步骤(2)制备好的混合涂料涂布在原纸上进行预涂,然后在热风干燥机内进行干燥处理,再利用所述涂布机将步骤(3)制备的有色涂料涂布在干燥后原纸上,并经热风干燥机对涂布后原纸进行干燥处理最后将成纸进行压光整饰,得到含有阳离子淀粉包覆改性硫酸钡的复写纸。
所述的红外干燥箱中干燥温度为45℃。
所述的糊化为在温度保持在75℃时边加热边搅拌成糊状后保持20分钟。
所述的颜料分散液为碳酸钙分散液、瓷土分散液、钛白粉分散液中的一种或几种。
Claims (4)
1.一种含有阳离子淀粉包覆改性硫酸钡的复写纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将30-40重量份硫酸钡加入100-200重量份水搅拌均匀后加热至40-50℃,将2-5重量份钛酸偶联剂在搅拌下缓慢加入硫酸钡溶液中反应30-60分钟后停止反应,加入5-20重量份0.1-1mol/L阳离子淀粉溶液,搅拌反应30-50分钟,过滤在红外干燥箱中干燥6-12小时后,通过研磨机研磨成粉状,得改性硫酸钡待用;
(2)将30-50聚丙烯,20-30重量份聚乙烯混合后加入步骤(1)所得改性硫酸钡进行熔融共混后挤出造粒后,然后加入适量酒精进行充分溶解后添加5-10份颜料分散液,进行糊化后,加入1-3重量份稳定剂和2-5重量份分散剂超声分散30-40分钟,混合均匀后,进行冷却,得混合预涂料,待用;
(3)取20-30重量份步骤(2)所得的混合预涂料加入2-10重量份40%的酞青蓝色浆,5-10份聚醋酸乙烯胶乳,0.01-0.02重量份消泡剂混合均匀后,加入0.1-0.3重量份戊二醛加热40-45℃反应2-3小时,得有色涂料,待用;
(4)取未涂布原纸,将步骤(2)制备好的混合涂料涂布在原纸上进行预涂,然后在热风干燥机内进行干燥处理,再利用所述涂布机将步骤(3)制备的有色涂料涂布在干燥后原纸上,并经热风干燥机对涂布后原纸进行干燥处理最后将成纸进行压光整饰,得到含有阳离子淀粉包覆改性硫酸钡的复写纸。
2.根据权利要求1一种含有阳离子淀粉包覆改性硫酸钡的复写纸的制备方法,所述的红外干燥箱中干燥温度为40-50℃。
3.根据权利要求1一种含有阳离子淀粉包覆改性硫酸钡的复写纸的制备方法,所述的糊化为在温度保持在70-80℃时边加热边搅拌成糊状后保持10-30分钟。
4.根据权利要求1一种含有阳离子淀粉包覆改性硫酸钡的复写纸的制备方法,所述的颜料分散液为碳酸钙分散液、瓷土分散液、钛白粉分散液中的一种或几种。
