本发明公开了一种防脱散丝袜制备工艺,工艺流程如下:a. 将低熔点涤纶丝和低熔点锦纶丝熔化后,相互粘合,制得网状防脱包芯丝;b. 将防脱包芯丝用高速编织机织成袜子的毛胚布;c. 将所述毛胚布浸入水槽中,去除游丝和杂质;d. 将所述毛胚布进行煮练处理;e.将所述毛胚布进行固色、染色处理;f. 将染色后的毛胚布进行脱水、烘干和熨烫处理;g. 将毛胚布按照工艺和要求制得防脱散丝袜。按照该工艺生产的丝袜具有优秀的防脱散功能,且穿着舒适美观、工艺稳定、制作成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种丝袜的制备工艺,特别涉及一种防脱散丝袜的制备工艺。
背景技术
丝袜是女人的第二层皮肤,也是现代女性生活中的一种必需品,目前市面上的丝袜大多为第三代丝袜,一般以尼龙加上优质弹力丝,以垂直和水平的方向织造。虽然弹性好,手感较柔软,但由于质地纤薄,丝袜在使用过程中,不经意间常常会产生破损和脱丝,继续使用甚至会造成整个袜圈脱散,大大影响穿着的舒适性和美观性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防脱散丝袜制备工艺,使用该工艺生产的丝袜在受到强力拉伸或刮蹭时,具有优秀的防脱散功能。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种防脱散丝袜制备工艺,工艺流程如下:
a. 将低熔点涤纶丝和低熔点锦纶丝熔化后,相互粘合,制得网状防脱包芯丝;
b. 将防脱包芯丝用高速编织机织成袜子的毛胚布;
c. 将所述毛胚布浸入水槽中,去除游丝和杂质;
d. 将所述毛胚布进行煮练处理;
e.将所述毛胚布进行固色、染色处理;
f. 将染色后的毛胚布进行脱水、烘干和熨烫处理;
g. 将毛胚布按照工艺和要求制得防脱散丝袜。
进一步地,所述低熔点涤纶丝和低熔点锦纶丝的熔点为90~100℃。
进一步地,所述防脱包芯丝制作完成后须在25~30℃,湿度20~30%的环境中静置3天。
进一步地,所述的染色处理在80℃温度下染色30分钟。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的防脱散丝袜制备工艺中,运用较低的温度就能将涤纶丝和锦纶丝熔化,形成致密的网状结构,由于包芯丝横向和纵向张力均匀一致,按照该工艺生产的丝袜具有优秀的防脱散功能,且穿着舒适美观、工艺稳定、制作成本低。

下面结合实施例,对本发明提供的一种防脱散丝袜制备工艺进行详细说明。
实施例
一种防脱散丝袜制备工艺,工艺流程如下:
a. 将熔点为90~100℃的涤纶丝和锦纶丝熔化后,相互粘合,制得网状防脱包芯丝;
b. 将防脱包芯丝放在25~30℃,湿度20~30%的环境中静置3天后,用高速编织机编织成袜子的毛胚布;
c. 将所述毛胚布浸入水槽中,最好是浸入温水中,可去除游丝和杂质;
d. 将所述毛胚布进行煮练处理;
e.将所述毛胚布进行固色、染色处理,染色处理在80℃温度下染色30分钟效果较佳;
f. 将染色后的毛胚布进行脱水、烘干和熨烫处理;
g. 将毛胚布按照工艺和要求制得防脱散丝袜。

1. 一种防脱散丝袜制备工艺,其特征在于,工艺流程如下:
a. 将低熔点涤纶丝和低熔点锦纶丝熔化后,相互粘合,制得网状防脱包芯丝;
b. 将防脱包芯丝用高速编织机织成袜子的毛胚布;
c. 将所述毛胚布浸入水槽中,去除游丝和杂质;
d. 将所述毛胚布进行煮练处理;
e.将所述毛胚布进行固色、染色处理;
f. 将染色后的毛胚布进行脱水、烘干和熨烫处理;
g. 将毛胚布按照工艺和要求制得防脱散丝袜。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防脱散丝袜制备工艺,其特征在于:所述低熔点涤纶丝和低熔点锦纶丝的熔点为90~100℃。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防脱散丝袜制备工艺,其特征在于:所述防脱包芯丝制作完成后须在25~30℃,湿度20~30%的环境中静置3天。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防脱散丝袜制备工艺,其特征在于:所述的染色处理在80℃温度下染色30分钟。
