本发明涉及瓦楞纸技术领域,尤其涉及一种利用松香改性淀粉表面施胶的再生瓦楞纸原纸的制备方法及其制备方法。
背景技术
近几年,网络购物的发展带动了物流、印刷、包装等行业的发展,尤其是包装用纸、瓦楞纸包装箱,人们对去需求越来越大,对包装纸、瓦楞纸的强度、防水性能有一定的要求。这就需要对包装纸及瓦楞纸在制备过程中的表面施胶要求也越来越高,纸张的表面施胶变成了纸张生产中最为普通也是最重要的一道生产工序。其中表面施胶剂的种类繁多,以改性AKD为主使用量颇多,表面施胶剂具有效果明显,用量少,成本低的优点,但是由于包装纸、瓦楞纸等特殊用纸对施胶强度有一定的需求,改性AKD有一定的熟化期,且防水性能有限,这就限制了其在包装纸领域的应用。纸品表面施胶相对于浆内施胶来说,减少了原料成本,提高了纸品的防水以及交联强度,增强了纸品的品质,在纸张竞争压力大、 纸品利润低的情况下,表面施胶技术的改进就显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种利用松香改性淀粉表面施胶的再生瓦楞纸原纸的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种利用松香改性淀粉表面施胶的再生瓦楞纸原纸的制备方法,包括以下具体步骤:
(1)将废纸剪碎成小块浸泡在清水中浸泡50-60分钟后取出放入浓度为10wt%的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡60-90分钟,取出后用清水洗净放入碎浆机中打浆,再用磨浆机过滤至含水量为60-65%,然后将其装入容器中密封,放入水浴中,加热至70-80℃,处理30-40分钟待用;
(2)将棉籽壳粉碎后室温下浸泡在2-3倍量的浓度为10wt%的氢氧化钠溶液中90-120分钟,用清水洗涤2-3次后过滤,将滤饼放入烘箱中以90-100℃粉碎过80目筛,得到棉籽壳粉末待用;
(3)将步骤(1)废纸浆与步骤(2)棉籽壳粉末按照一定的比例混合,利用打浆机进行打浆,控制打浆速度1800-2000转/分,得到打浆度35-40°SR的混合浆料,然后在搅拌状态下加入适量的羧甲基纤维素、石蜡乳液,搅拌30-40分钟后将其放入高压锅中,设定压强为50-60KPa,加热至140-150℃,煮沸15-20分钟,得到原纸浆液;
(4)将原纸浆液在纸网上均匀摊开进行抄纸,然后将纸网上的抄纸通过挤压机进行挤压,使得抄纸中的水分挤出并成型,最后挤压后的抄纸放置到低温烘干机中以12-14℃的低温进行烘干,制得瓦楞纸原纸;
(5)将瓦楞纸原纸放入自动涂布机中,使用涂布棒将改性施胶液均匀涂布在原纸上,控制涂布量为6g/m2,最后放入鼓风干燥箱中干燥10-15分钟即可。
一种利用松香改性淀粉表面施胶的再生瓦楞纸原纸的制备方法,步骤(1)中所述的废纸包括废报纸、废旧瓦楞纸板、废旧书本等中的一种或几种,且为等比例添加。
一种利用松香改性淀粉表面施胶的再生瓦楞纸原纸的制备方法,步骤(3)中所述的废纸浆与棉籽壳粉末按照一定的比例混合是指按照8-9:1-2的比例混合;所述的羧甲基纤维素的添加量为混合浆料的1.5-2%。石蜡乳液的添加量为混合浆料的2-2.5%。
一种利用松香改性淀粉表面施胶的再生瓦楞纸原纸的制备方法,步骤(5)中所述的改性施胶液是指用松香改性的淀粉施胶剂。
所述的改性施胶液,制备方法如下:
(1)将预糊化淀粉加入2-2.5倍量的去离子水中,搅拌分散10-15分钟后升温至40-45℃,加入适量的无水硫酸亚铁,持续搅拌状态下继续升温,待预糊化淀粉呈现黏糊状时加入浓度为30wt%的过氧化氢,继续升温至80-85℃时保温反应30-40分钟,得到氧化降解淀粉溶液;
(2)将一定量的苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、松香混合,得到混合单体待用;将控温80-85℃的氧化降解淀粉溶液中缓慢滴加与其等量的混合单体以及适量过硫酸铵,控制120-150分钟内滴加完毕,然后保温反应30-40分钟,降温至55-60℃,加入适量的戊二醛进行交联,继续搅拌降温至室温即得。
所述的改性施胶液的制备方法,步骤(1)所述的预糊化淀粉、无水硫酸亚铁、浓度为30wt%的过氧化氢的添加量的比值为22:0.11:3.8。
所述的改性施胶液的制备方法,步骤(1)所述的混合单体中苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、松香的比值为16.3:12.5:5.8;所述的过硫酸铵的添加量为反应体系重量的1.9%;所述的戊二醛的添加量为反应体系的1.4%。
本发明的优点是:本发明首先将废纸进行粉碎浸泡打浆,用氢氧化钠溶液浸泡能够去除废纸中的油墨脏污等物质,再将棉籽壳浸泡后粉碎与废纸浆混合,通过添加羧甲基纤维素钠、石蜡乳液,通过高压蒸煮,促进混合纸浆与添加剂的融合,增强原纸浆液的功能,有利于后续抄纸工艺的进行,同时增强了原纸的强度、抗水性;最后通过科学合理的成分配比,利用松香改性苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯与氧化降解的淀粉进行交联改性,得到改性施胶液,用于原纸的表面施胶,与普通淀粉施胶剂或者改性AKD施胶剂相比,在纸张表面形成一层柔软的薄膜,具有一定的粘合性以及柔韧性,能够提高了原纸的抗拉强度,同时由于改性施胶液在制备过程中,松香改性的聚丙烯酸酯接枝到淀粉骨架上,有效改善了施胶剂的成膜性,使其起到了良好的抗水作用;
本发明制备方法生产的瓦楞纸原纸,可以通过粘合剂制成各种瓦楞纸板、瓦楞纸箱,具有良好的防潮防水的效果,水流渗透时间长,具有一定的抗压强度,质量好,不易破损,且采用回收废纸、棉籽壳等物质为原料,成本低廉,节能降耗,废物利用,节约了木浆纤维资源,工艺便于控制。
具体实施方式
一种利用松香改性淀粉表面施胶的再生瓦楞纸原纸的制备方法,包括以下具体步骤:
(1)将废旧瓦楞纸板剪碎成小块浸泡在清水中浸泡50分钟后取出放入浓度为10wt%的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡60分钟,取出后用清水洗净放入碎浆机中打浆,再用磨浆机过滤至含水量为60%,然后将其装入容器中密封,放入水浴中,加热至70℃,处理30分钟待用;
(2)将棉籽壳粉碎后室温下浸泡在2倍量的浓度为10wt%的氢氧化钠溶液中90分钟,用清水洗涤2次后过滤,将滤饼放入烘箱中以90℃粉碎过80目筛,得到棉籽壳粉末待用;
(3)将80g废纸浆与80g棉籽壳粉末混合,利用打浆机进行打浆,控制打浆速度1800转/分,得到打浆度35°SR的混合浆料,然后在搅拌状态下加入适量的1.5g羧甲基纤维素、2.5g石蜡乳液,搅拌30分钟后将其放入高压锅中,设定压强为50KPa,加热至140℃,煮沸15分钟,得到原纸浆液;
(4)将原纸浆液在纸网上均匀摊开进行抄纸,然后将纸网上的抄纸通过挤压机进行挤压,使得抄纸中的水分挤出并成型,最后挤压后的抄纸放置到低温烘干机中以12℃的低温进行烘干,制得瓦楞纸原纸;
(5)将瓦楞纸原纸放入自动涂布机中,使用涂布棒将改性施胶液均匀涂布在原纸上,控制涂布量为6g/m2,最后放入鼓风干燥箱中干燥10分钟即可。
所述的一种利用松香改性淀粉表面施胶的再生瓦楞纸原纸的制备方法,步骤(5)中所述的改性施胶液是指用松香改性的淀粉施胶剂。
所述的改性施胶液,制备方法如下:
(1)将22g预糊化淀粉加入2倍量的去离子水中,搅拌分散10分钟后升温至40℃,加入0.11g无水硫酸亚铁,持续搅拌状态下继续升温,待预糊化淀粉呈现黏糊状时加入3.8g浓度为30wt%的过氧化氢,继续升温至80℃时保温反应30分钟,得到氧化降解淀粉溶液;
(2)将16.3g苯乙烯、12.5g丙烯酸丁酯、5.8松香混合,得到混合单体待用;将控温80℃的氧化降解淀粉溶液中缓慢滴加混合单体以及1.9g过硫酸铵,控制120分钟内滴加完毕,然后保温反应30分钟,降温至55℃,加入1.4g戊二醛进行交联,继续搅拌降温至室温即得。
Claims (8)
1.一种利用松香改性淀粉表面施胶的再生瓦楞纸原纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下具体步骤:
(1)将废纸剪碎成小块浸泡在清水中浸泡50-60分钟后取出放入浓度为10wt%的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡60-90分钟,取出后用清水洗净放入碎浆机中打浆,再用磨浆机过滤至含水量为60-65%,然后将其装入容器中密封,放入水浴中,加热至70-80℃,处理30-40分钟待用;
(2)将棉籽壳粉碎后室温下浸泡在2-3倍量的浓度为10wt%的氢氧化钠溶液中90-120分钟,用清水洗涤2-3次后过滤,将滤饼放入烘箱中以90-100℃粉碎过80目筛,得到棉籽壳粉末待用;
(3)将步骤(1)废纸浆与步骤(2)棉籽壳粉末按照一定的比例混合,利用打浆机进行打浆,控制打浆速度1800-2000转/分,得到打浆度35-40°SR的混合浆料,然后在搅拌状态下加入适量的羧甲基纤维素、石蜡乳液,搅拌30-40分钟后将其放入高压锅中,设定压强为50-60KPa,加热至140-150℃,煮沸15-20分钟,得到原纸浆液;
(4)将原纸浆液在纸网上均匀摊开进行抄纸,然后将纸网上的抄纸通过挤压机进行挤压,使得抄纸中的水分挤出并成型,最后挤压后的抄纸放置到低温烘干机中以12-14℃的低温进行烘干,制得瓦楞纸原纸;
(5)将瓦楞纸原纸放入自动涂布机中,使用涂布棒将改性施胶液均匀涂布在原纸上,控制涂布量为6g/m2,最后放入鼓风干燥箱中干燥10-15分钟即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种利用松香改性淀粉表面施胶的再生瓦楞纸原纸的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述的废纸包括废报纸、废旧瓦楞纸板、废旧书本等中的一种或几种,且为等比例添加。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种利用松香改性淀粉表面施胶的再生瓦楞纸原纸的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述的废纸浆与棉籽壳粉末按照一定的比例混合是指按照8-9:1-2的比例混合;所述的羧甲基纤维素的添加量为混合浆料的1.5-2%。
4.石蜡乳液的添加量为混合浆料的2-2.5%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种利用松香改性淀粉表面施胶的再生瓦楞纸原纸的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)中所述的改性施胶液是指用松香改性的淀粉施胶剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的改性施胶液,其特征在于,制备方法如下:
(1)将预糊化淀粉加入2-2.5倍量的去离子水中,搅拌分散10-15分钟后升温至40-45℃,加入适量的无水硫酸亚铁,持续搅拌状态下继续升温,待预糊化淀粉呈现黏糊状时加入浓度为30wt%的过氧化氢,继续升温至80-85℃时保温反应30-40分钟,得到氧化降解淀粉溶液;
(2)将一定量的苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、松香混合,得到混合单体待用;将控温80-85℃的氧化降解淀粉溶液中缓慢滴加与其等量的混合单体以及适量过硫酸铵,控制120-150分钟内滴加完毕,然后保温反应30-40分钟,降温至55-60℃,加入适量的戊二醛进行交联,继续搅拌降温至室温即得。
7.根据权利要求5所述的改性施胶液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述的预糊化淀粉、无水硫酸亚铁、浓度为30wt%的过氧化氢的添加量的比值为22:0.11:3.8。
8.根据权利要求5所述的改性施胶液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述的混合单体中苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、松香的比值为16.3:12.5:5.8;所述的过硫酸铵的添加量为反应体系重量的1.9%;所述的戊二醛的添加量为反应体系的1.4%。
