Abstract

本发明公开的一种便于除尘的地毯,由下往上依次包括定型层、中空层、表层;所述中空层由针织罗纹大圆机织造成的以苎麻纤维为表层,涤纶三维卷曲中空纤维为里层的半空气层罗纹组织结构;所述表层通过机织法将0.1‑0.15旦的聚丙烯纤维与蚕丝纤维混纺而成,所述表层面料经纬交织间的孔隙为0.0004‑100μm之间;上述定型层、中空层、表层依次缝合成地毯织物。本发明结构简单,通过将地毯由下往上依次包括定型层、中空层、表层,既能够保证地毯形状稳定,有兼具蓬松柔软与防尘的效果,有益效果明显。

一种便于除尘的地毯及其整理工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种化纤领域,尤其是一种便于除尘的地毯及其整理工艺。
背景技术
地毯按材质可分为纯毛地毯、混纺地毯、化纤地毯和塑料地毯;按成品的形态可分为整幅成卷地毯和块状地毯;按编织工艺可分为手工编织地毯、机织地毯、簇绒编织地毯、无纺地毯;按表面纤维形状可分为毛圈地毯、剪绒地毯、毛圈剪绒结合地毯。手工纯毛地毯按图案风格不同,可分为北京式地毯、美术式地毯、彩花式地毯和素凸式地毯。
纯毛地毯的手感柔和,拉力大,弹性好,图案优美,色彩鲜艳,质地厚实,脚感舒适,并具有抗静电性能好、不易老化、不褪色等特点,是高档的地面装饰材料,也是高档装修中地面装饰的主要材料。但纯毛地毯的耐菌性、耐虫蛙性和耐潮湿性较差,价格昂贵,多用于高级别墅住宅的客厅、卧室等处。但由于天气、环境等客观因素,地毯上往往会沉积许多灰尘。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们更加注重自身居住环境的健康性;因此,研究出一款便于除尘的地毯是目前需要解决的问题之一。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足,提供一种便于除尘的地毯及其整理工艺。
技术方案:为了实现以上目的,本发明的提供一种便于除尘的地毯,由下往上依次包括定型层、中空层、表层;所述中空层由针织罗纹大圆机织造成的以苎麻纤维为表层,涤纶三维卷曲中空纤维为里层的半空气层罗纹组织结构;所述表层通过机织法将0.1-0.15旦的聚丙烯纤维与蚕丝纤维混纺而成,所述表层面料经纬交织间的孔隙为0.0004-100μm之间;上述定型层、中空层、表层依次缝合成地毯织物。本发明结构简单,通过将地毯由下往上依次包括定型层、中空层、表层,既能够保证地毯形状稳定,有兼具蓬松柔软与防尘的效果,有益效果明显。
所述的定型层为苎麻/竹纤维混纺织物。
所述的定型层底部设凹凸形防滑纹。
其整理工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)前处理:将织物先进行精练处理然后再进行碱减量处理,具体如下:精练处理具体是用精炼剂2-5g/L,渗透剂1.3-4g/L,除油剂0.8-1.6g/L;浸在35-45℃水浴中处理30-40min,浴比为30∶1;
碱减量处理具体是用NaOH 2-4g/L,促进剂1227 1.3-2.2g/L,保险粉0.3-0.8g/L;渗透剂JFC 1g/L;在50-55℃水浴中处理40-50min,浴比为20∶1;
(2)预定型:将前处理后的织物通过预定型机作预定型处理,预定型过程
中定型温度为130-145℃,车速为10-15m/min,超喂25-28%;
(3)干燥:将预定型后的织物放入烘干机中进行烘干干燥处理,烘干温度为130-140℃,机车速为15-20m/min,超喂8-10%;
(4)抗菌整理:将干燥后的织物放入抗菌工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度30-45℃,pH为5-6,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为13-18r/min,轧余率85%,所述浸轧工作液包含以下重量:、
聚丙烯腈树脂 1.6-2.5g/L
抗菌剂A 1-3g/L;
抗菌剂B 0.5-1.6g/L;
氨基聚二甲基硅氧烷 1-3g/L;
草珊瑚提取物 2-3.5g/L;
甲壳素 1.3-2.6g/L;
渗透剂JFC 1-2g/L;
壳聚糖 0.5-1g/L;
柠檬酸 0.6-0.8g/L;
活性炭 2.3-2.6g/L;
非离子表面活性剂 0.8-1.0g/L;
(5)防静电整理:将抗菌整理后的织物放入防螨工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度40-45℃,PH值为6-6.5,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为10-15m/min,轧余率90%,所述的浸轧工作液包含以下重量:
防水剂 2-4g/L;
无机盐 0.1-0.2g/L;
渗透剂JFC 5.0-5.5g/L;
改性有机硅油 1.2-2.3g/L;
壳聚糖 0.5-1g/L;
柠檬酸 1-3g/L;
乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺 1.2-1.4g/L;
非离子表面活性剂 0.8-1.0g/L;
(6)烘干:将经过防螨整理后的织物放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为115120℃,机车速为1525m/min;
(7)培烘:将烘干后的织物放入培烘机中进行培烘处理,培烘温度112-118℃,机车速为35-55m/min;
(8)定型:将培烘后的织物放入定型机中进行定型处理,定型温度115℃,机车速为50-60m/min;
(9)轧光:将定型后的织物放入轧光机进行轧光处理,轧光温度115-125℃,机车速为20-25m/min;
(10)收卷:轧光结束后将织物进行收卷。
步骤4所述的抗菌剂A、抗菌剂B分别为银离子抗菌剂、氧化锌。
步骤5所述无机盐为柠檬酸钠,防水剂为聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷。
步骤4、步骤5所述的非离子表面活性剂为失水山梨醇酯聚氧乙烯醚。
有益效果:本发明提供的一种便于除尘的地毯及其整理工艺与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
1.兼具柔软触感与防尘效果:本发明结构简单,通过将地毯由下往上依次设为定型层、中空层、表层,既能够通过定型层保证地毯形状稳定;通过增设中空层,由针织罗纹大圆机织造成的以苎麻纤维为表层,涤纶三维卷曲中空纤维为里层的半空气层罗纹组织结构实现地毯柔软的触感;还在中空层上增加孔隙为0.0004-100μm之间的表层,有效防止灰尘渗入中空层,便于清除;
2.抗菌效果好:本发明在抗菌整理工序中加入了银离子抗菌剂、氧化锌,有效的改善了织物的抗菌性能,并且还加入了草珊瑚提取物,草珊瑚提取物作为一种天然的抗菌材料,安全环保,加入后使得织物的抗菌性大大提高;
3.防静电效果好:本发明在防静电整理工序中加入了抗静电剂乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺,有效的改善了化纤织物的抗静电性能,同时加入的防水剂、柔顺剂使得织物的防水性能及柔顺性能都大大的提高,并且还加入了壳聚糖,壳聚糖是一种具有天然抗菌防臭性能的高分子物质,安全环保,同时也常用作抗静电剂,加入后使得织物的抗静电及抗菌防臭性能都大大的提高;
4.本发明通过在烘干工艺后再增加烘焙、定型工序,工艺温度跳跃性小,可进一步织物蓬松的同时也能够使得织物最终性能较为稳定;
5、本发明工艺简单,操作便捷,可推广使用。

实施例1
一种便于除尘的地毯,由下往上依次包括定型层、中空层、表层;所述定型层为苎麻/竹纤维混纺织物;中空层由针织罗纹大圆机织造成的以苎麻纤维为表层,涤纶三维卷曲中空纤维为里层的半空气层罗纹组织结构;所述表层通过机织法将0.1旦的聚丙烯纤维与蚕丝纤维混纺而成,所述表层面料经纬交织间的孔隙为0.0004-100μm之间;上述定型层、中空层、表层依次缝合成地毯织物;所述的定型层底部设凹凸形防滑纹。
一种便于除尘的地毯,其整理工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)前处理:将织物先进行精练处理然后再进行碱减量处理,具体如下:精练处理具体是用精炼剂2g/L,渗透剂1.3g/L,除油剂0.8g/L;浸在35℃水浴中处理30min,浴比为30∶1;
碱减量处理具体是用NaOH 2g/L,促进剂1227 1.3g/L,保险粉0.3g/L;渗透剂JFC1g/L;在50℃水浴中处理40min,浴比为20∶1;
(2)预定型:将前处理后的织物通过预定型机作预定型处理,预定型过程中定型温度为130℃,车速为10m/min,超喂2%;
(3)干燥:将预定型后的织物放入烘干机中进行烘干干燥处理,烘干温度为130℃,机车速为15m/min,超喂8%;
(4)抗菌整理:将干燥后的织物放入抗菌工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度30℃,pH为5,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为13r/min,轧余率85%,所述浸轧工作液包含以下重量:、
聚丙烯腈树脂 1.6g/L
银离子抗菌剂 1g/L;
氧化锌 0.5g/L;
氨基聚二甲基硅氧烷 1g/L;
草珊瑚提取物 2g/L;
甲壳素 1.3g/L;
渗透剂JFC 1g/L;
壳聚糖 0.5g/L;
柠檬酸 0.6g/L;
活性炭 2.3g/L;
蔗糖酯 0.8g/L;
(5)防静电整理:将抗菌整理后的织物放入防螨工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度40℃,PH值为6,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为10m/min,轧余率90%,所述的浸轧工作液包含以下重量:
聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷 2g/L;
柠檬酸钠 0.1g/L;
渗透剂JFC 5.0g/L;
改性有机硅油 1.2g/L;
壳聚糖 0.5g/L;
柠檬酸 1g/L;
乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺 1.2g/L;
蔗糖酯 0.8g/L;
(6)烘干:将经过防螨整理后的织物放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为115℃,机车速为15m/min;
(7)培烘:将烘干后的织物放入培烘机中进行培烘处理,培烘温度112℃,机车速为35m/min;
(8)定型:将培烘后的织物放入定型机中进行定型处理,定型温度115℃,机车速为50m/min;
(9)轧光:将定型后的织物放入轧光机进行轧光处理,轧光温度115℃,机车速为20m/min;
(10)收卷:轧光结束后将织物进行收卷。
实施例2
一种便于除尘的地毯,由下往上依次包括定型层、中空层、表层;所述定型层为苎麻/竹纤维混纺织物;中空层由针织罗纹大圆机织造成的以苎麻纤维为表层,涤纶三维卷曲中空纤维为里层的半空气层罗纹组织结构;所述表层通过机织法将0.13旦的聚丙烯纤维与蚕丝纤维混纺而成,所述表层面料经纬交织间的孔隙为0.0004-100μm之间;上述定型层、中空层、表层依次缝合成地毯织物;所述的定型层底部设凹凸形防滑纹。
一种便于除尘的地毯,其整理工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)前处理:将织物先进行精练处理然后再进行碱减量处理,具体如下:精练处理具体是用精炼剂3.5g/L,渗透剂2.5g/L,除油剂1.2g/L;浸在40℃水浴中处理35min,浴比为30∶1;
碱减量处理具体是用NaOH 3g/L,促进剂1227 2g/L,保险粉0.5g/L;渗透剂JFC1g/L;在53℃水浴中处理45min,浴比为20∶1;
(2)预定型:将前处理后的织物通过预定型机作预定型处理,预定型过程中定型温度为135℃,车速为13m/min,超喂27%;
(3)干燥:将预定型后的织物放入烘干机中进行烘干干燥处理,烘干温度为135℃,机车速为17m/min,超喂8%;
(4)抗菌整理:将干燥后的织物放入抗菌工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度42℃,pH为5.7,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为15r/min,轧余率85%,所述浸轧工作液包含以下重量:、
聚丙烯腈树脂 2.2g/L
银离子抗菌剂 2g/L;
氧化锌 1.3g/L;
氨基聚二甲基硅氧烷 2.1g/L;
草珊瑚提取物 3.1g/L;
甲壳素 2.2g/L;
渗透剂JFC 1.5g/L;
壳聚糖 0.7g/L;
柠檬酸 0.7g/L;
活性炭 2.5g/L;
为失水山梨醇酯聚氧乙烯醚 0.9g/L;
(5)防静电整理:将抗菌整理后的织物放入防螨工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度43℃,PH值为6.3,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为12m/min,轧余率90%,所述的浸轧工作液包含以下重量:
聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷 2.3g/L;
柠檬酸钠 0.15g/L;
渗透剂JFC 5.2g/L;
改性有机硅油 1.9g/L;
壳聚糖 0.8g/L;
柠檬酸 2.2g/L;
乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺 1.3g/L;
为失水山梨醇酯聚氧乙烯醚 0.9g/L;
(6)烘干:将经过防螨整理后的织物放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为117℃,机车速为20m/min;
(7)培烘:将烘干后的织物放入培烘机中进行培烘处理,培烘温度115℃,机车速为44m/min;
(8)定型:将培烘后的织物放入定型机中进行定型处理,定型温度115℃,机车速为55m/min;
(9)轧光:将定型后的织物放入轧光机进行轧光处理,轧光温度118℃,机车速为23m/min;
(10)收卷:轧光结束后将织物进行收卷。
实施例3
一种便于除尘的地毯,由下往上依次包括定型层、中空层、表层;所述定型层为苎麻/竹纤维混纺织物;中空层由针织罗纹大圆机织造成的以苎麻纤维为表层,涤纶三维卷曲中空纤维为里层的半空气层罗纹组织结构;所述表层通过机织法将0.15旦的聚丙烯纤维与蚕丝纤维混纺而成,所述表层面料经纬交织间的孔隙为0.0004-100μm之间;上述定型层、中空层、表层依次缝合成地毯织物;所述的定型层底部设凹凸形防滑纹。
一种便于除尘的地毯,其整理工艺包括以下步骤:

(3)干燥:将预定型后的织物放入烘干机中进行烘干干燥处理,烘干温度为140℃,机车速为20m/min,超喂10%;
(4)抗菌整理:将干燥后的织物放入抗菌工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度45℃,pH为6,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为18r/min,轧余率85%,所述浸轧工作液包含以下重量:、
聚丙烯腈树脂 2.5g/L
银离子抗菌剂 3g/L;
氧化锌 1.6g/L;
氨基聚二甲基硅氧烷 3g/L;
草珊瑚提取物 3.5g/L;

改性有机硅油 2.3g/L;

(8)定型:将培烘后的织物放入定型机中进行定型处理,定型温度115℃,机车速为60m/min;
(9)轧光:将定型后的织物放入轧光机进行轧光处理,轧光温度125℃,机车速为25m/min;
(10)收卷:轧光结束后将织物进行收卷。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于除尘的地毯,其特征在于:所述的定型层为苎麻/竹纤维混纺织物。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种便于除尘的地毯,其特征在于:所述的定型层底部设凹凸形防滑纹。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于除尘的地毯,其特征在于:其整理工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)前处理:将织物先进行精练处理然后再进行碱减量处理,具体如下:精练处理具体是用精炼剂2-5g/L,渗透剂1.3-4g/L,除油剂0.8-1.6g/L;浸在35-45℃水浴中处理30-40min,浴比为30∶1;

(10)收卷:轧光结束后将织物进行收卷。
5.根据权利要求4所述的便于除尘的地毯的整理工艺,其特征在于:步骤4所述的抗菌剂A、抗菌剂B分别为银离子抗菌剂、氧化锌。
6.根据权利要求4所述的便于除尘的地毯的整理工艺,其特征在于:步骤5所述无机盐为柠檬酸钠,防水剂为聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷。
7.根据权利要求4所述的便于除尘的地毯的整理工艺,其特征在于:步骤4、步骤5所述的非离子表面活性剂为失水山梨醇酯聚氧乙烯醚。
