配电柜就是电力系统中对电能的电压和电流进行变换、集中和分配的场所的箱体。为保证电能的质量以及设备的安全,在配电柜中还需进行电压调整、潮流(电力系统中各节点和支路中的电压、电流和功率的流向及分布)控制以及输配电线路和主要电工设备的保护,主要用于保护电力设施。但是,配电柜设备运行时会产生大量的热量,配电设备的温升过高会引起设备故障,无法保证设备长时间的正常运行。

所述的一种配电柜冷却系统,热传导陶瓷层包括:碳化钛40份,氮化铝20份,氮化硼15份,碳化钼8份,六硼化钙5份。
所述的一种配电柜冷却系统,热传导陶瓷层包括:碳化钛35份,氮化铝15份,氮化硼13份,碳化钼8份,六硼化钙5份。
所述的一种配电柜冷却系统,热传导陶瓷层包括:钛合金管材元素组成:Zn 5%,Si4%,B 1%,V 0.8%, Zr 0.7%,Cr 0.4%,Ag 0.2%,Ta 0.07%,Mo 0.05%,Cd0.05%, W 0.03%,Ce 0.03%,Y 0.01%,余量为Ti。
所述的一种配电柜冷却系统,热传导陶瓷层包括:钛合金管材元素组成:Zn 6%,Si5%,B 2%,V 0.9%, Zr 0.8%,Cr 0.5%,Ag 0.3%,Ta 0.08%,Mo 0.06%,Cd 0.06%, W 0.04%,Ce 0.04%,Y 0.02%,余量为Ti。
所述的一种配电柜冷却系统,热传导陶瓷层包括:钛合金管材元素组成:Zn 5.5%,Si 4.5%,B 1.5%,V 0.85%, Zr 0.75%,Cr 0.45%,Ag 0.25%,Ta 0.075%,Mo 0.055%,Cd0.055%, W 0.035%, Ce 0.035%,Y 0.015%,余量为Ti。
上述发明内容相对于现有技术的有益效果在于:1)冷却系统布设于柜体内表面有效提高了冷却效率,有保证变电箱的正常运行;2)本发明柜体冷却系统采用钛合金冷却管保证了冷却系统的强度要求; 3)冷却管中的绝缘冷却油具有很好的热传导性使得热量传导更加快。4)热传导陶瓷层具有更好的热传导性防火性能和绝缘性,又能降低产品成本,提高使用寿命,5)使用高温轧制和低温轧制结合使冷却管制造工艺简单。

为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
实施例1
一种配电柜冷却系统,冷却系统包括布设于柜体内表面的复合钛合金管材和在管材内部循环流动的绝缘冷却油,冷却系统中复合钛合金管材延伸至配电柜外与循环泵连接形成环路,在配电柜外设置有用于对配电柜的复合钛合金管材散热的散热部件,复合钛合金管材包括钛合金管材和钛合金管材外的热传导陶瓷层,
绝缘冷却油包括:氯化石腊1份, 1-苯基-1-二甲苯基乙烷0.34份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.13份,卵磷脂0.032份,苛性碱0.02份,甲酸铯0.01份,三甲基甘氨酸0.01份,乙二醇0.01份,
热传导陶瓷层包括:碳化钛31份,氮化铝11份,氮化硼11份,碳化钼8份,六硼化钙5份,
钛合金管材元素组成:Zn 5.4%,Si 4.3%,B 1.2%,V 0.82%, Zr 0.71%,Cr 0.42%,Ag0.23%,Ta 0.072%,Mo 0.054%,Cd0.053%, W 0.032%, Ce 0.033%,Y 0.012%,余量为Ti,将上述组成的钛合金锭放入电阻炉内加热至1030℃,保温4小时并多次墩拔后形成钛合金棒坯;钛合金棒坯一端打中心孔,然后把钛合金棒坯表面及中心孔用铜皮包裹, 然后加热至820℃保温3h,再将其送入挤压机挤压成管坯,挤压速度控制在35mm/s;将挤压好的管坯在550℃热处理15min,将钛合金管坯酸洗,去除钛合金管坯表面的铜皮;之后送入多辊轧机进行3-7道次的高温轧制,所述轧制的道次变形率为10%-20%;高温轧制温度780℃, 得到半成品管材;经高温轧制后的半成品管材进行2-4道次的低温轧制, 低温轧制温度570℃,低温轧制后将管材空冷,之后将管材加热弯曲成所需冷却管形状,在400℃退火3小时,得到冷却管。

1.一种配电柜冷却系统,冷却系统包括布设于柜体内表面的复合钛合金管材和在管材内部循环流动的绝缘冷却油,冷却系统中复合钛合金管材延伸至配电柜外与循环泵连接形成环路,在配电柜外设置有用于对配电柜的复合钛合金管材散热的散热部件,复合钛合金管材包括钛合金管材和钛合金管材外的热传导陶瓷层,
