上述发明内容相对于现有技术的有益效果在于:1)冷却系统布设于柜体内表面有效提高了冷却效率,有保证变电箱的正常运行;2)本发明柜体冷却系统采用钛合金冷却管保证了冷却系统的强度要求; 3)冷却管中的绝缘冷却油具有很好的热传导性使得热量传导更加快。4)热传导陶瓷层具有更好的热传导性防火性能和绝缘性,又能降低产品成本,提高使用寿命,5)使用高温轧制和低温轧制结合使冷却管制造工艺简单。

实施例1
一种配电柜冷却系统,冷却系统包括布设于柜体内表面的复合钛合金管材和在管材内部循环流动的绝缘冷却油,冷却系统中复合钛合金管材延伸至配电柜外与循环泵连接形成环路,在配电柜外设置有用于对配电柜的复合钛合金管材散热的散热部件,复合钛合金管材包括钛合金管材和钛合金管材外的热传导陶瓷层,
绝缘冷却油包括:氯化石腊1份, 1-苯基-1-二甲苯基乙烷0.3份, 十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.1份,卵磷脂0.03份,苛性碱0.02份,甲酸铯0.01份,三甲基甘氨酸0.01份,乙二醇0.01份,
热传导陶瓷层包括:碳化钛30份,氮化铝10份,氮化硼10份,碳化钼8份,六硼化钙5份,
