本发明涉及立体停车设备技术领域,特别是一种立体停车设备用可充电车台板。
背景技术
中国专利公告号CN203334736U于2013年12月11日公开一种双轨式无避让立体停车设备,包括移动机箱、旋转立柱、车台板、升降挂架、升降驱动机构以及两条平行设置的直线导轨,车台板通过螺栓与升降挂架连接,所述移动机箱通过轮架组卡在直线导轨上,移动机箱内设有移动驱动机构和旋转驱动机构,移动驱动机构与位于移动机箱外的一驱动齿轮相接,其中一直线导轨侧面设有齿条,齿条与驱动齿轮啮合;旋转驱动机构与旋转立柱传动连接,升降驱动机构设置在旋转立柱顶端、并与升降挂架连接,升降挂架套设在旋转立柱外,升降挂架上还设有滑轮与旋转立柱滚动配合;所述旋转立柱顶部还设有防冲顶装置。该结构中直线导轨的安装时,需要预先在安装位置挖坑,填埋钢筋混凝土基础,然后把直线导轨安装在基础上。此无避让立体停车设备无法满足电动汽车停车充电的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种结构简单、合理,可满足停电动汽车和给电动汽车充电需求的立体停车设备用可充电车台板。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种立体停车设备用可充电车台板,所述立体停车设备至少包含升降控制机构和车台板,车台板由升降控制机构控制其升降运动,其特征是,所述车台板上设有上充电桩。
本发明的目的还可以采用以下技术措施解决:
作为更具体的一种方案,所述上充电桩设有一至两个,上充电桩设置在车台板的后端和/或左右两侧。通过设置两个充电桩,可以将其安装在不同位置,以便于对充电口位置不同的电动汽车进行充电。
所述车台板一侧设有侧梁,车台板前后两端设有斜坡,充电桩设置在侧梁上。侧梁对车台板起到主要支撑的作用。
所述升降控制机构包括立柱、挂架和升降驱动装置,挂架上下活动设置在立柱外、并与车台板的侧梁连接,升降驱动装置设置在立柱顶端、并与挂架传动连接。
所述立体停车设备还包括移动机箱,移动机箱内设有旋转驱动装置,立柱设置在移动机箱上、并与旋转驱动装置传动连接。
所述上充电桩设有上充电枪插口,上充电枪插口与上充电枪分体连接。或者,所述上充电桩表面固定设有上充电枪。当上充电枪可以与上充电桩分离时,车主可以随车携带充电枪,使用时与上充电桩接上即可。
本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)此款立体停车设备用可充电车台板上设有充电桩,可方便电动汽车停放时充电。
(2)此款立体停车设备用可充电车台板的充电桩与停车设备的电控装置电性连接在一起,实现与停车设备一体控制。

下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
见图1和图2所示,一种立体停车设备用可充电车台板,所述立体停车设备至少包含升降控制机构和车台板6,车台板6由升降控制机构控制其升降运动,所述车台板6上设有上充电桩61。
所述上充电桩61设有一个,上充电桩61设置在车台板6的一侧。
所述车台板6一侧设有侧梁63,车台板6前后两端设有斜坡64,充电桩设置在侧梁63上。
所述上充电桩61设有上充电枪插口,上充电枪插口与上充电枪62分体连接。或者,所述上充电桩61表面固定设有上充电枪62。
结合图3所示,所述升降控制机构包括立柱9、挂架8和升降驱动装置7,挂架8上下活动设置在立柱9外、并与车台板6的侧梁63连接,升降驱动装置7设置在立柱9顶端、并与挂架8传动连接。
所述立体停车设备还包括停车钢座1、导轨5和移动机箱3,停车钢座1左右两侧外设有连接耳12,连接耳12通过膨胀螺丝与地面连接,导轨5设置在停车钢座1顶面一侧,移动机箱3设置在导轨5上、并沿导轨行走。所述移动机箱3内设有旋转驱动装置316,立柱9设置在移动机箱3上、并与旋转驱动装置316传动连接。

1.一种立体停车设备用可充电车台板,所述立体停车设备至少包含升降控制机构和车台板(6),车台板(6)由升降控制机构控制其升降运动,其特征是,所述车台板(6)上设有上充电桩(61)。
2.根据权利要求1所述立体停车设备用可充电车台板,其特征是,所述上充电桩(61)设有一至两个,上充电桩(61)设置在车台板(6)的后端和/或左右两侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述立体停车设备用可充电车台板,其特征是,所述车台板(6)一侧设有侧梁(63),车台板(6)前后两端设有斜坡(64),充电桩设置在侧梁(63)上。
4.根据权利要求3所述立体停车设备用可充电车台板,其特征是,所述升降控制机构包括立柱(9)、挂架(8)和升降驱动装置(7),挂架(8)上下活动设置在立柱(9)外、并与车台板(6)的侧梁(63)连接,升降驱动装置(7)设置在立柱(9)顶端、并与挂架(8)传动连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述立体停车设备用可充电车台板,其特征是,所述立体停车设备还包括移动机箱(3),移动机箱(3)内设有旋转驱动装置(316),立柱(9)设置在移动机箱(3)上、并与旋转驱动装置(316)传动连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述立体停车设备用可充电车台板,其特征是,所述上充电桩(61)设有上充电枪插口,上充电枪插口与上充电枪(62)分体连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述立体停车设备用可充电车台板,其特征是,所述上充电桩(61)表面固定设有上充电枪(62)。
