Abstract

本发明公开了一种多功能乳化剂及其应用。印染加工在实际生产过程中,对油污、老油丝以及蜡质的去除显得尤为重要。本发明多功能乳化剂的成分包含:油醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基糖苷和植物酚聚氧乙烯醚。本发明的多功能乳化剂是一种无磷、环保通用型乳化剂,适用于复配入粉体去油灵、液体去油剂体系中,对油污和老油丝有良好的去除效果和乳化分散效果;将其复配入精练剂中,表现出优异的除蜡质效果。

一种多功能乳化剂及其应用
技术领域
本发明涉及乳化剂,具体地说是一种多功能乳化剂,以及将此多功能乳化剂作为去油灵、液体去油剂和精练剂的组分。
背景技术
印染加工在实际生产过程中,因各种复杂因素,不可避免地在布面上产生油迹和老油丝。原坯布残留的油迹和老油丝未去除干净,后道染色时就会遇到色花、色点、油斑等问题。
近年来,随着原料成本压力的增加,有不少厂商采用增加油剂量和采用劣质的油剂等方式来应对市场。这无疑是给后道的印染加工“雪上加霜”。因此,在印染加工过程中避免产生不均匀现象是印染工艺质量的重要指标之一。对于棉织物而言,蜡质含量过高对后续的棉染色加工影响较大。鉴于以上,对油污、老油丝以及蜡质的去除显得尤为重要,急需一种对油污、老油丝以及蜡质有好的去除和乳化作用的多功能乳化剂。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有除油和精练功能的多功能乳化剂,既能复配入粉体去油灵、液体去油剂中,对油污和老油丝有良好的去除和乳化分散效果;又能将其复配入精练剂中,表现出优异的除蜡质效果。
为此,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种多功能乳化剂,其特征在于包含如下重量份的成分:

所述油醇聚氧乙烯醚为具有式1结构物质的一种或多种的混合物,式1的结构如下所示:

所述异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚为具有式2结构物质的一种或多种的混合物,式2的结构式如下所示:

作为上述技术方案的优选,式1中,a为5或10。
作为上述技术方案的优选,式2中,b为3、5、7、8或10。
作为上述技术方案的优选,式3中,c为3、5或7。
作为上述技术方案的优选,式4中,R为C8或C16烷基,n为1、20或30。
作为上述技术方案的优选,式5中,m为7。
本发明的另一目的是提供上述多功能乳化剂用于去油灵,作为优选,所述多功能乳化剂加入量为去油灵重量的5-20%。
本发明的又一目的是提供上述多功能乳化剂用于液体去油剂,作为优选,所述多功能乳化剂的加入量为液体去油剂重量的10-60%。
本发明的再一目的是提供上述多功能乳化剂用于精练剂,作为优选,所述多功能乳化剂的加入量为精练剂重量的20-50%。
本发明各成分的主要作用为:(1)油醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚和植物酚聚氧乙烯醚有优良的乳化、分散以及去油污性能,可明显提高乳化剂的乳化去污力;(2)烷基多苷化合物和异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠有优良的乳化、分散作用、可生物降解性以及提高配方的耐盐碱性;(3)通过合理复配,协同增效以提高乳化剂的乳化去污力。
本发明具有的有益效果如下:本发明的多功能乳化剂是一种无磷、环保通用型乳化剂,适用于复配入粉体去油灵、液体去油剂体系中,对油污和老油丝有良好的去除效果和乳化分散效果;将其复配入精练剂中,表现出优异的除蜡质效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1-3:多功能乳化剂
本发明的多功能乳化剂配方按照表1进行配料,单位为:公斤。

本发明的制备过程为:将所选的油醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基糖苷、植物酚聚氧乙烯醚搅拌混合均匀即得本发明的多功能乳化剂。
实施例4:配制粉体去油灵
多功能乳化剂100份,三聚磷酸钠200份,五水偏硅酸钠100份,轻质纯碱350份,元明粉250份。以上原料复配制得去油污优异的粉体去油灵。
与传化现有产品特效去油灵TF-101C比较,去油污性能和褪除浆料性能略优。
实施例5:配制液体去油剂
多功能乳化剂300份,AEO-9(来源:美国陶氏脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚)200份,AEO-7(来源:美国陶氏脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚)150份,AEO-6(来源:美国陶氏脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚)150份,水200份。以上原料复配制得去油和乳化较优异的液体去油剂。
与传化现有产品练染同浴去油剂TF-129B比较,去油污性能略优,对矿物油、机油的乳化能力接近。
实施例6:配制精练剂
多功能乳化剂400份,XP-70(来源:巴斯夫异构醇醚)150份,XL-50(来源:巴斯夫异构醇醚)250份,AEO-9(来源:美国陶氏脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚)100份,水100份。上述原料复配制得去蜡质较优异的精练剂。
与传化现有产品除蜡剂TF-187A比较,除蜡效果与对蜡质的乳化能力接近。

1.一种多功能乳化剂,其特征在于,由如下重量份的成分组成:
油醇聚氧乙烯醚100-200份,
异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚250-400份,
植物酚聚氧乙烯醚40-100份,
异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠20-80份,
烷基糖苷10-50份;
所述油醇聚氧乙烯醚为具有式1结构物质的一种或多种的混合物,式1的结构如下所示:

7.将权利要求1-6任一项所述多功能乳化剂用于液体去油剂的用途,其特征在于,所述多功能乳化剂的加入量为液体去油剂重量的10-60%。
8.将权利要求1-6任一项所述多功能乳化剂用于精练剂的用途,其特征在于,所述多功能乳化剂的加入量为精练剂重量的20-50%。
