本发明公开了一种既环保、安全、经济,又可有效降低轴承噪音的成品轴承水基清洗剂,由如下原料按质量比混合构成:油酸三乙醇胺8~15、氧化聚乙烯0.5~1.5、机械油3~8、石油磺酸钠6~15、NEUF‑M194偏硼酸酯防锈剂2.5~5、Plurafac LF431低泡非离子表面活性剂2~4、三氮唑0.5~1、NEUF 316硼酸酰胺防锈剂3~8、水42.5~74.5。制备方法:按质量比将油酸三乙醇胺、氧化聚乙烯、机械油、石油磺酸钠、NEUF‑M194偏硼酸酯防锈剂及NEUF 316硼酸酰胺防锈剂加热60℃混合搅拌一小时,再加入其余原料继续混合搅拌一小时。

成品轴承水基清洗剂及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洗剂及制备方法,尤其是一种既环保、安全、经济,又可有效降低轴承噪音的成品轴承水基清洗剂及制备方法。
背景技术
以往,对于成品轴承清洗主要采用纯煤油、汽油或碳化水素(石油溶剂)等,清洗后的轴承噪音(振动速度波动)较小,但是困扰企业最大的问题是环保、安全及经济问题。目前,普遍采用的是由金属缓蚀剂、防锈剂、表面活性剂、分散剂及增溶剂等组成的水基清洗剂对成品轴承进行清洗,虽然具有环保、安全、经济等优点,但是清洗后的轴承噪音(振动速度波动)较大。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术所存在的上述技术问题,提供一种既环保、安全、经济,又可有效降低轴承噪音的成品轴承水基清洗剂及制备方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种成品轴承水基清洗剂,其特征在于由如下原料按质量比混合构成:油酸三乙醇胺 8~15、氧化聚乙烯 0.5~1.5、机械油3~8、石油磺酸钠 6~15、NEUF-M194偏硼酸酯防锈剂 2.5~5、Plurafac LF431低泡非离子表面活性剂2~4、三氮唑0.5~1、NEUF 316硼酸酰胺防锈剂3~8、水42.5~74.5。
一种如权利要求1所述成品轴承水基清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于:按质量比将油酸三乙醇胺、氧化聚乙烯、机械油、石油磺酸钠、NEUF-M194偏硼酸酯防锈剂及 NEUF 316硼酸酰胺防锈剂加热60℃混合搅拌一小时,再加入其余原料继续混合搅拌一小时。
本发明具有水基清洗剂环保、安全、经济的优点,同时各组分相互配合,不但可清洗成品轴承,还可在轴承的摩擦表面形成一层润滑膜,大幅度的降低了成品轴承的噪音值,提高了轴承的产品质量。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
本发明的成品轴承水基清洗剂,由如下原料按质量比混合构成:油酸三乙醇胺 8、氧化聚乙烯 0.5、机械油3、石油磺酸钠 6、NEUF-M194偏硼酸酯防锈剂5、Plurafac LF431低泡非离子表面活性剂2、三氮唑0.5、NEUF 316硼酸酰胺防锈剂8、水42.5。
制备方法是按质量比将油酸三乙醇胺、氧化聚乙烯、机械油、石油磺酸钠、NEUF-M194偏硼酸酯防锈剂及 NEUF 316硼酸酰胺防锈剂加热60℃混合搅拌一小时,再加入其余原料继续混合搅拌一小时。
所用原料均为外购产品,NEUF-M194偏硼酸酯防锈剂及NEUF 316硼酸酰胺防锈剂为诺泰生物科技(合肥)有限公司产品,Plurafac LF431为耐碱的脂肪醇烷氧基化合物低泡非离子表面活性剂,是巴斯夫(中国)有限公司产品。
实施例2:
本发明的成品轴承水基清洗剂,由如下原料按质量比混合构成:油酸三乙醇胺15、氧化聚乙烯 0.5、机械油8、石油磺酸钠 6、NEUF-M194偏硼酸酯防锈剂2.5、Plurafac LF431低泡非离子表面活性剂2、三氮唑0.5、NEUF 316硼酸酰胺防锈剂3、水74.5。
制备方法及原料来源同实施例1。
实施例3:
本发明的成品轴承水基清洗剂,由如下原料按质量比混合构成:油酸三乙醇胺15、氧化聚乙烯1.5、机械油8、石油磺酸钠15、NEUF-M194偏硼酸酯防锈剂 5、PlurafacLF431低泡表面活性剂4、三氮唑1、NEUF 316硼酸酰胺防锈剂8、水60。
制备方法及原料来源同实施例1。
将本发明实施例1、实施例2或实施例3与现有清洗剂(纯煤油)对成品轴承进行清洗,并按GB/T 24610.2规定进行检测,结果如下:
1.成品轴承的清洁度均符合国家标准
2.清洗后的成品轴承振动速度波动值如下表:
结果表明:煤油清洗轴承后其振动值三波段均在V3组,本发明实施例1、实施例2或实施例3清洗后其振动值明显降低,其低频、中频、高频均达到了V4组,特别是高频振动降低了18μm/s,降幅达到了23.7%。

1. 一种成品轴承水基清洗剂,其特征在于由如下原料按质量比混合构成:油酸三乙醇胺 8~15、氧化聚乙烯 0.5~1.5、机械油3~8、石油磺酸钠 6~15、NEUF-M194偏硼酸酯防锈剂2.5~5、Plurafac LF431低泡非离子表面活性剂2~4、三氮唑0.5~1、NEUF 316硼酸酰胺防锈剂3~8、水42.5~74.5。
2.一种如权利要求1所述成品轴承水基清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于:按质量比将油酸三乙醇胺、氧化聚乙烯、机械油、石油磺酸钠、NEUF-M194偏硼酸酯防锈剂及 NEUF 316硼酸酰胺防锈剂加热60℃混合搅拌一小时,再加入其余原料继续混合搅拌一小时。
