本发明关于一种PE管道配方,由以下重量份数的原料制成:PE树脂40‑60份,POE增韧剂3‑7份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯14‑18份,环己酮6‑10份,古马隆树脂3‑9份,碳酸钙12‑17份,三聚氰胺7‑12份,氯化石蜡4‑8份,氯化聚乙烯12‑18份,甲基丙烯酸5‑10份,二氧化钛5‑10份。本发明提供一种具有环保、不含氯、对人体无任何伤害和可循环再生等特点,耐高温,不易燃烧的PE管道配方。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种PE管道配方。
背景技术
目前市场上的很多注塑产品主要是以聚氯乙烯、苯乙烯、聚碳酸酯及聚苯乙烯等注塑材料形成,这些材料一方面含有诸多有害化学成分,会对人体健康造成伤害,另一方面成本较高,不能回收利用,且废弃后难以降解,会造成严重的环境污染。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种具有环保、对人体无任何伤害和可循环再生等特点,耐高温,不易燃烧的PE管道配方。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种PE管道配方,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:PE树脂40-60份,POE增韧剂3-7份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯14-18份,环己酮6-10份,古马隆树脂3-9份,碳酸钙12-17份,三聚氰胺7-12份,氯化石蜡4-8份,氯化聚乙烯12-18份,甲基丙烯酸5-10份,二氧化钛5-10份。
上述的PE管道配方,由以下重量份数的原料制成:PE树脂40份,POE增韧剂5份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯14份,环己酮8份,古马隆树脂6份,碳酸钙15份,三聚氰胺8份,氯化石蜡4份,氯化聚乙烯12份,甲基丙烯酸8份,二氧化钛8份。
本发明PE管道配方优点是:
1、本发明PE管道配方,具有环保、对人体无任何伤害和可循环再生等特点,耐高温,不易燃烧;可大幅减少塑料的使用和改变注塑材质的单一性,同时制成的产品稳定性强,无收缩变形,还可反复回收使用。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1,一种PE管道配方,由以下重量份数的原料制成:PE树脂45份,POE增韧剂5份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯15份,环己酮7份,古马隆树脂6份,碳酸钙12份,三聚氰胺9份,氯化石蜡5份,氯化聚乙烯13份,甲基丙烯酸6份,二氧化钛6份。
实施例2,一种PE管道配方,由以下重量份数的原料制成:PE树脂40份,POE增韧剂3份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯14份,环己酮6份,古马隆树脂4份,碳酸钙12份,三聚氰胺7份,氯化石蜡5份,氯化聚乙烯14份,甲基丙烯酸5份,二氧化钛5份。
实施例3,一种PE管道配方,由以下重量份数的原料制成:PE树脂50份,POE增韧剂6份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯16份,环己酮8份,古马隆树脂6份,碳酸钙15份,三聚氰胺11份,氯化石蜡6份,氯化聚乙烯15份,甲基丙烯酸7份,二氧化钛7份。
