本发明涉及一种耐腐蚀聚氯乙烯塑料,其包含下列组分,磷酸三酚酯12份,氧化聚乙烯酯5份,碳酸钙12份,三乙烯二胺4份,对苯二甲醇7份,三氧化二锑7份,四溴双酚12份,氯化聚乙烯40份,聚苯硫醚15份,酚醛树脂20份、环氧树脂40份。所述塑料还包括聚己内酯多元醇4份。与现有的技术相比,本发明的塑料具有很好的耐高温、耐低温性能,不易腐蚀,耐腐蚀塑料合金韧性好,强度高,耐腐蚀性强,可以部分代替不锈钢使用。

技术领域
    本发明涉及一种塑料,尤其是一种耐腐蚀聚氯乙烯塑料。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯塑料是近年来发展起来的一种新型高性能塑料材料,具有周期短、投入小、工艺简单、成本低、高性能的优点,合成的塑料是由许多较小而结构简单的小分子,由共价键来组合而成的。纯聚氯乙烯树脂是坚硬的热塑性物质,其分解温度与塑化温度极为接近,而且机械强度较差。因此,无法用聚氯乙烯树脂来塑制产品,必须加入增塑剂、稳定剂、填 料等以改善性能,制成聚氯乙烯塑料,然后再加工成各类产品。
发明内容
    本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐腐蚀聚氯乙烯塑料。
    为解决上述技术问题,本发明的耐腐蚀聚氯乙烯塑料,其包含下列组分,磷酸三酚酯12份,氧化聚乙烯酯5份,碳酸钙12份,三乙烯二胺4份,对苯二甲醇7份,三氧化二锑7份,四溴双酚12份,氯化聚乙烯40份,聚苯硫醚15份,酚醛树脂20份、环氧树脂40份。
所述塑料还包括聚己内酯多元醇4份。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的塑料具有很好的耐高温、耐低温性能,不易腐蚀,耐腐蚀塑料合金韧性好,强度高,耐腐蚀性强,可以部分代替不锈钢使用。
