技术领域
本发明属于洗发水技术领域,涉及一种含有机硅季铵盐的抗菌去屑止痒调理洗发水。
背景技术
调理洗发水是同时具有柔顺保湿等调理功能及洗去头发头皮上污物的“二合一”洗发水。到目前为止,国内外大多数洗发水都属于此类。但头发及头皮表面富含油脂、蛋白质等营养物质,易于滋生细菌、真菌。有一种细菌叫马拉色菌是产生头皮屑的主要细菌,并使头皮发痒,还有些真菌,容易使头皮生癣发痒,因此,同时具抗菌、去屑、止痒及调理功能的洗发水是市场上急需的产品。但目前市面上这类多功能洗发水品种不多,且都存在一些问题。有的抗菌去屑效果不佳;有的柔顺调理功能不足。
市面上常用的去屑止痒剂有五大类:第一种是吡啶硫酮锌,简称“ZPT”,它能有效地抑制并杀死引起头皮屑的细菌马拉色菌,但它不溶于水,是固体粉末,不易分散于洗发水中,且添加量大,要达到洗发水总量的2%左右,才有好的效果,另外,它对水生生物生长环境有破坏作用。第二种是吡啰克酮乙醇胺盐,它具有杀菌抗氧化作用,它的优点是温和刺激性低,对环境友好,缺点是不溶于水,溶于有机溶剂和表面活性剂,但极易被水洗去,不易附着在头发头皮上,因而抗菌去屑效果有限,而且对洗发水原料,对水质要求高,遇到金属离子容易变黄,光照稳定性也差。第三种是酮康唑,是一种药物,抑菌效果好,缺点是对眼睛,对皮肤刺激性大,已被禁止使用。第四种是甘宝素—climbazol,具广谱杀菌作用,但去屑效果一般,必须与“ZPT”复配使用,前面谈到“ZPT”,水溶性不好,对水生生物有害。第五种是己脒啶二羟乙基磺酸盐,具广谱抗菌作用。另外,还有水杨酸、硫化硒、硼酸、硼砂等,都有一定的去屑止痒作用,其中硫化硒毒性较大;水杨酸微溶于水;硼砂和硼酸于洗发水中与其它成分配伍性差。
另外,国内公开了许多中草药类去屑止痒洗发水专利,但原料中草药品种多,资源有限。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺点,本发明提供一种含有机硅季铵盐的抗菌去屑止痒调理洗发水,它对引起头皮屑的马拉色菌有非常强的抑菌杀菌作用,用于调理洗发水,有特明显的去屑止痒作用。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种含有机硅季铵盐的抗菌去屑止痒调理洗发水,包括十二烷基聚氧乙烯硫酸盐、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂酰单乙醇酰胺、珠光浆、乳化硅油、二乙氧基甲基硅烷季铵盐、甘宝素、阳离子纤维素、阳离子瓜尔胶、食盐、柠檬酸、香精、乙二胺四乙酸二钠及去离子水,其中二乙氧基甲基硅烷季铵盐分子式为(C2H50)2Si(CH3)(CH2)3N+(CH3)2C18H37CI-,它是由氯丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷与十八烷基二甲基叔胺在极性溶剂中于70~120℃反应10~30小时得到的,反应方程式如下:
所述二乙氧基甲基硅烷季铵盐水溶性极好,且在水中长期稳定,这是因为它遇水极易水解为二硅羟基硅烷季铵盐,在酸、碱存在下缩聚为丙端硅羟基,侧链为多个季铵基团的聚硅氧烷季铵盐,反应方程式如下:
因为它分子上带多个阳离子季铵基团,对带负电的头发头皮有很强的静电吸附作用而不易被水洗去;这阳离子季铵盐能渗透细菌细胞壁,中止细胞的生长繁殖,季铵盐上的长链十八烷基对头发起柔顺作用,多个季铵基团同时具有抗静电作用。
所述极性溶剂为乙醇、异丙醇、丙二醇、乙二醇、乙二醇甲醚、乙二醇乙醚、乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇、三丙二醇中的任意一种或几种混合,所合成的甲基二乙氧基硅烷季铵盐的溶液浓度为40~60 % 。
所述甘宝素即climbazol,是一种通用的去屑止痒剂,但单独使用,对引起头皮屑的马拉色菌的最低抑菌浓度为300mg/Kg,去屑作用一般。
本发明的积极效果是:对引起头皮屑的马拉色菌有非常强的抑菌杀菌作用,用于调理洗发水,有特明显的去屑止痒作用。

下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明。
一种含有机硅季铵盐的抗菌去屑止痒调理洗发水,包括十二烷基聚氧乙烯硫酸盐、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂酰单乙醇酰胺、珠光浆、乳化硅油、二乙氧基甲基硅烷季铵盐、甘宝素、阳离子纤维素、阳离子瓜尔胶、食盐、柠檬酸、香精、乙二胺四乙酸二钠及去离子水,其中二乙氧基甲基硅烷季铵盐分子式为(C2H50)2Si(CH3)(CH2)3N+(CH3)2C18H37CI-,它是由氯丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷与十八烷基二甲基叔胺在极性溶剂中于70~120℃反应10~30小时得到的,反应方程式如下:
