本发明公开了一种用于艇用机的气水混合消声器,包括:筒体,其顶端和底端封闭,筒体的下端的侧壁上设有混合液进口,混合液进口供艇用机的废气和艇用机的外循环水混合后进入筒体内,筒体的上端的侧壁上设有混合液出口;以及消音筒,其侧壁上设有消音孔,消音筒内置在筒体的下部并固定在筒体的底端,消音筒的外壁和筒体的下部的内壁围成下腔室,混合液进口与下腔室连通,消音筒的上端开口的边缘与筒体的内壁通过隔板密封连接,隔板将筒体的上部分割成上腔室,上腔室与混合液出口连通。该气水混合消声器有效降低噪声和减少对大气的污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及排气领域,特别涉及一种用于艇用机的气水混合消声器。
背景技术
游艇作为高档休闲商品,随着游艇产业经济的快速发展,人们对游艇的舒适性要求越来越高,噪声作为游艇舒适性的一个衡量指标在游艇总体评价中起着举足轻重的作用。同时,国际海事组织(IMO)在新修订的《船上噪声等级规则》中对船舶大部分舱室的噪声限值下调了5dB,这无疑对豪华游艇的减振降噪提出了更高的要求。同时,由于游艇发动机舱一般较小,很难布置得下体积较大的消声器,传统的做法一般是消声器和外循环冷却水分开布置,这样布置的缺点是管路复杂,排气噪声大。同时,废气直接排到大气中,废气中的固体颗粒对大气造成污染。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于艇用机的气水混合消声器,有效降低噪声和减少对大气的污染。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种用于艇用机的气水混合消声器,包括:筒体,其顶端和底端封闭,筒体的下端的侧壁上设有混合液进口,混合液进口供艇用机的废气和艇用机的外循环水混合后进入筒体内,筒体的上端的侧壁上设有混合液出口;以及消音筒,其侧壁上设有消音孔,消音筒内置在筒体的下部并固定在筒体的底端,消音筒的外壁和筒体的下部的内壁围成下腔室,混合液进口与下腔室连通,消音筒的上端开口的边缘与筒体的内壁通过隔板密封连接,隔板将筒体的上部分割成上腔室,上腔室与混合液出口连通。
优选地,筒体由筒壁、顶板和底板焊接而成,隔板与消音筒的上端开口的边缘和筒体的内壁焊接,消音筒的底端焊接在底板上。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:通过在筒体设置消音筒,发动机废气与发动机外循环水在消声器内混合,混合液通过消声器内的消声细孔,有效降低噪声。同时,将废气中的颗粒融入进水中,一起排放到海里,减少对大气的污染。

如图1所示,根据本发明具体实施方式的一种用于艇用机的气水混合消声器,包括筒体4以及消音筒5,其中筒体4的顶端和底端封闭,筒体4的下端的侧壁上设有混合液进口7,混合液进口7供艇用机的废气和艇用机的外循环水混合后进入筒体4内,筒体4的上端的侧壁上设有混合液出口2,消音筒5的侧壁上设有消音孔51,消音筒5内置在筒体4的下部并固定在筒体4的底端,消音筒5的外壁和筒体4的下部的内壁围成下腔室8,混合液进口7与下腔室8连通,消音筒5的上端开口的边缘与筒体4的内壁通过隔板3密封连接,隔板3将筒体4的上部分割成上腔室9,上腔室9与混合液出口2连通。
上述方案中,消音筒5的顶部与上腔室9连通,消音筒5的底部与底板6不连通,消音筒5上的消音孔51与下腔室8连通。在工作时,发动机废气和外循环水混合形成的混合液经过混合液进口7进入下腔室8,在下腔室8重置后的气水混合液流经消音孔51后进入消音筒5内,后进入上腔室9,最后从混合液出口2流出,发动机废气与发动机外循环水在消声器内混合,混合液通过消声器内的消音孔51,有效降低噪声,同时将废气中的颗粒融入进水中,一起排放到海里,减少对大气的污染,结构简单,成本低,长寿命,实用性强,便于安装和推广使用的优点。
作为一种优选实施例,筒体4由筒壁、顶板1和底板6焊接而成,隔板3与消音筒5的上端开口的边缘和筒体4的内壁焊接,消音筒5的底端焊接在底板6上。本方案中,筒壁可以由不锈钢管直接下料即可,顶板1与筒体4焊接密封,底板6与筒体4焊接密封,隔板3与顶板1形成上腔室9,在底板6上开设有安装孔可以用来固定安装气水混合消声器。该消声器为焊接结构,结构简单,成本低,长寿命,实用性强,便于安装和推广使用的优点。当然,也可一体铸造而来。
综上,本实施例的用于艇用机的气水混合消声器,通过在筒体设置消音筒,发动机废气与发动机外循环水在消声器内混合,混合液通过消声器内的消声细孔,有效降低噪声。同时,将废气中的颗粒融入进水中,一起排放到海里,减少对大气的污染。

1.一种用于艇用机的气水混合消声器,其特征在于,包括:
筒体,其顶端和底端封闭,所述筒体的下端的侧壁上设有混合液进口,所述混合液进口供所述艇用机的废气和所述艇用机的外循环水混合后进入所述筒体内,所述筒体的上端的侧壁上设有混合液出口;以及
消音筒,其侧壁上设有消音孔,所述消音筒内置在所述筒体的下部并固定在所述筒体的底端,所述消音筒的外壁和所述筒体的下部的内壁围成下腔室,所述混合液进口与所述下腔室连通,所述消音筒的上端开口的边缘与所述筒体的内壁通过隔板密封连接,所述隔板将所述筒体的上部分割成上腔室,所述上腔室与所述混合液出口连通;
其中,所述消音筒的底部与所述筒体的底板不连通,所述消音筒上的所述消音孔与所述下腔室连通;
所述筒体由筒壁、顶板和底板焊接而成,所述隔板与所述消音筒的上端开口的边缘和所述筒体的内壁焊接,所述消音筒的底端焊接在所述底板上;
其中,所述筒壁由不锈钢管直接下料而成。
