Abstract

本发明公开了一种水性仿石涂料,由基料、色粒及有机硅复合保护胶经过高速分散技术复配而成。本发明水性仿石涂料稳定性好、无渗色,能稳定储存三年以上;本发明水性仿石涂料完成水包水的有效结合,同时具有有机硅材料耐高低温、耐候性和耐腐蚀性特点,使用寿命长达20年以上,调色技术稳定,仿真度达到90%以上,2米外无色差。

一种水性仿石涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种仿石涂料,特别涉及一种具有有机硅材料特性的水性仿石涂料。
背景技术
水性仿石涂料是一种装饰效果酷似大理石、花岗岩的厚质外墙装饰涂料。主要采用各种颜色的天然石粉配制而成,多用于制造建筑外墙的仿石效果,因此又称液态石。水性仿石涂料为无毒、无味的水性环保产品,具有防火、防水、耐酸碱、耐污染、粘结力强等特点,能有效阻止外界恶劣环境对建筑物侵蚀,延长建筑物寿命,装修后的建筑物,具有天然真实的自然色泽,给人以高雅、和谐、庄重之美感,特别是曲面建筑上装饰,可以收到生动逼真、回归自然地功效。可应用于政府及企事业单位办公楼、大型写字楼、商场、医院、体育场馆等公共建筑外立面装饰,高档小区、豪华别墅的建筑外墙也逐步采用。
我国仿石涂料研究起步晚,因市场导向生产厂家众多,制作方法多种多样,但多以小型企业模仿为主,没有对水性仿石涂料性能进行深入研究,市面上产品参差不齐,质量无法保证。渗色、泛白和储存稳定性差是目前水性仿石涂料产品普遍存在的质量问题。水性仿石涂料渗色是彩粒表面凝胶保护膜强度不够,彩粒内部的颜料、填料、助剂等通过脆弱的保护膜不断向外渗透,使分散介质逐渐带上彩粒的颜色以致出现浑浊现象,渗色问题使施工后墙体装饰质量无法得到保证,影响墙体长期美观的装饰效果。而储存稳定性差,可能会导致建筑商所购买的成吨涂料因结块等无法使用,大大造成了资源浪费和资金损失。因此,开发综合性能优异、稳定的水性仿石涂料工艺迫在眉睫。

发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中水性仿石涂料渗色、储存稳定性差等不足,发明一种水性仿石涂料,该涂料既解决现有技术不足,又具有有机硅涂料耐热寒、耐候、耐化学腐蚀及耐划等特性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种水性仿石涂料,由基料、色粒及有机硅复合保护胶经过高速分散技术复配而成;
其中,所述的基料按照质量百分比由以下原料组成:
其中,所述的色粒根据客户需要的花色用各单色水性色浆及饵料混合基础漆按一定比例调配;
其中,所述有机硅复合保护胶按照质量百分比由以下原料组成:
优选的是,所述的基料、色粒、有机硅复合保护胶三者的质量比为70~90:2~10:5~20。
优选的是,所述的助剂为泡沫调节剂、粘度调节剂或pH调节剂中的一种或一种以上的组合物。
优选的是,所述的水为纯水或蒸馏水。
优选的是,所述的乳液为水性乳液,即为聚乙烯乙酸乳液、丙烯酸酯、苯乙烯改性的丙烯酸酯乳液或丁苯乳液中的一种。
优选的是,所述的分散剂为水性分散剂,即为聚羧酸钠盐型分散剂或聚丙烯酸铵盐。
优选的是,所述的有机硅为有机硅树脂、有机硅乳液、有机硅胶或复合硅酸盐中的一种;所述的有机硅由硅原子和氧原子交替连结组成骨架,不同的有机基团再与硅原子连结的聚合物,利用其优良的机械性能、附着力强、抗划伤、耐酸碱、抗腐蚀等特性作为水性仿石涂料成膜材料的有机硅聚合物。
优选的是,所述的改性纤维素为改性纤维素醚、硝化纤维素或羟甲基纤维素中的一种;所述的改性纤维为经醚化或硝化反应接枝共聚利用其触变性和增稠性可作为水基涂料增稠剂和乳化剂的一类改性纤维素。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明水性仿石涂料稳定性好、无渗色,能稳定储存三年以上;本发明水性仿石涂料完成水包水的有效结合,同时具有有机硅材料耐高低温、耐候性和耐腐蚀性特点,使用寿命长达20年以上,调色技术稳定,仿真度达到90%以上,2米外无色差。

按照质量百分比称取以下原料:

有机硅复合保护胶的制备:
按照质量百分比称取以下原料,采用的有机硅为有机硅树脂,即丙烯酸有机硅树脂:
将称取所得原料混合搅拌均匀,即得复合保护胶,备用。
一种水性仿石涂料,由上述备用的基料、色粒及有机硅复合保护胶经过高速分散技术复配而成,按照质量比基料:色粒:复合保护胶=80:6:12,将三者通过高速分散技术混合,即得。

按照质量百分比称取以下原料,采用的有机硅为有机硅乳液,即羟基硅乳液:

一种水性仿石涂料,由上述备用的基料、色粒及有机硅复合保护胶经过高速分散技术复配而成,按照质量比基料:色粒:复合保护胶=70:2:5,将三者通过高速分散技术混合,即得。

将称取所得原料混合搅拌均匀,即得复合保护胶,备用。
一种水性仿石涂料,由上述备用的基料、色粒及有机硅复合保护胶经过高速分散技术复配而成,按照质量比基料:色粒:复合保护胶=90:10:20,将三者通过高速分散技术混合,即得。
检验检测
将本发明制备所得产品送至国家化学建筑材料检测中心进行各性能检测,检测结果如表1中所示:

由表1中可以看出,本发明制备所得产品检测的所有项目都合格,达到了标准要求。
本发明在已有水性仿石涂料基础上引入有机硅材料,利用有机硅独特的结构,兼备了无机材料与有机材料的性能,具有表面张力低、粘温系数小等基本性质,并具有耐高低温、电气绝缘、耐氧化稳定性、耐候性、难燃、憎水、耐腐蚀、无毒无味等优异特性,生产出一种高仿天然石材又具有有机硅耐高低温、耐候性、耐腐蚀性的水性涂料,大大增强仿石涂料的使用寿命。

1.一种水性仿石涂料,其特征在于,由基料、色粒及有机硅复合保护胶经过高速分散技术复配而成;
所述的基料按照质量百分比由以下原料组成:
乳液 10~30%
膨润土 0.2~3.0%
分散剂 0.4~0.7%
钛白粉 0.2~2%
改性纤维素 0.05~1%
重钙粉 2.0~10%
助剂 0.5~3%
余量为水;
所述有机硅复合保护胶按照质量百分比由以下原料组成:
有机硅 1.0~5.0%
硅丙乳液 15~20%
黄原胶 2~3%
磷酸盐或焦磷酸盐 0.5~5%
水 67~80%;
所述的有机硅为有机硅树脂或有机硅胶中的一种;
所述的乳液为水性乳液,即为聚乙烯乙酸乳液、苯乙烯改性的丙烯酸酯乳液或丁苯乳液中的一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性仿石涂料,其特征在于:所述的基料、色粒、有机硅复合保护胶三者的质量比为70~90:2~10 : 5~20。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性仿石涂料,其特征在于:所述的助剂为泡沫调节剂、粘度调节剂或pH调节剂中的一种以上的组合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水性仿石涂料,其特征在于:所述的分散剂为水性分散剂,即为聚羧酸钠盐型分散剂或聚丙烯酸铵盐。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水性仿石涂料,其特征在于:所述的改性纤维素为改性纤维素醚、硝化纤维素或羟甲基纤维素中的一种。
