技术领域
本发明属于涂料领域,涉及一种具有亮珠效果高强度外墙涂料及制备方法。
背景技术
在欧美等工业发达国家,建筑物外墙采用高性能涂料涂饰的已占90%;而我国外墙采用涂料涂饰的还远低于这一水平,大部分使用硬面材料(面砖、花岗岩、瓷砖、幕墙和不锈钢面板)。这些硬质饰面材料不仅造价高,而且还存在破损坠落的安全隐患。目前中国房地产业快速发展,为外墙涂料提供了巨大市场。
外墙涂料主要起装饰和保护外墙墙面的作用,最重要的性质主要体现在外观性、耐水性、耐候性、耐污染性和机械性能。外墙面暴露在大气中,要经常受到雨水的冲刷,因而作为外墙涂层,应有很好的耐水性能。当基层墙面发生小裂缝时,涂层仍有防水的功能。暴露在大气中的涂层,要经受日光、雨水、风砂、冷热变化等作用,在这类自然力的反复作用下,通常的涂层会发生干裂、剥落、脱粉、变色等现象,这样涂层会失去原来的装饰与保护功能。因此作为外墙装饰的涂层,要求在规定年限内,不能发生破坏现象,即应有良好的耐候性能。大气中的灰尘及其他物质污染涂层以后,涂层会失去装饰效果因而要求外墙装饰涂层不易被这些物质沾污或沾污后容易清除掉。但目前的涂料往往存在耐水性、耐候性、耐污染性和机械性能差等缺点。
同时在一些设计性较高的建筑物使用外墙涂料时,从外观上看需要特别的视觉效果,如闪亮效果或变色效果等等,但往往这种涂料外观性质随着使用年度的上升而逐渐降低直至消失。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种具有亮珠效果的外墙涂料,同时具有可塑性强、防开裂、耐水、耐候、耐污染、耐磨性能高、抗老化性能好和涂布方便快捷的优点。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种具有亮珠效果高强度外墙涂料由以下组分组成:丙烯酸乳液,纯丙弹性乳液,钛白粉,高岭土,丙二醇,滑石粉,釉粉,木质纤维素,玻璃纤维,去离子水,增稠剂,分散剂,消泡剂,润湿剂,防霉剂。
优选地,按重量份数计算,各组分比例为:丙烯酸乳液25~55份,纯丙弹性乳液25~55份,钛白粉5~11份,高岭土5~11份,丙二醇8~25份,滑石粉7~18份,釉粉10~25份,木质纤维素27~35份,玻璃纤维27~35份,去离子水120~175份,增稠剂0.5~1.2份,分散剂2.8~3.5份,消泡剂1~3.1份,润湿剂0.25~0.6份,防霉剂1~2.5份。进一步优选地,按重量份数计算,各组分比例为:丙烯酸乳液25份,纯丙弹性乳液25份,钛白粉5份,高岭土5份,丙二醇8份,滑石粉7份,釉粉10份,木质纤维素27份,玻璃纤维27份,去离子水120份,增稠剂0.5份,分散剂3.5份,消泡剂3.1份,润湿剂0.25份,防霉剂1份。同样进一步优选地,按重量份数计算,各组分比例为:丙烯酸乳液55份,纯丙弹性乳液55份,钛白粉11份,高岭土11份,丙二醇25份,滑石粉18份,釉粉25份,木质纤维素35份,玻璃纤维35份,去离子水175份,增稠剂1.2份,分散剂2.8份,消泡剂1份,润湿剂0.6份,防霉剂2.5份。再一次进一步优选地,按重量份数计算,各组分比例为:丙烯酸乳液30份,纯丙弹性乳液31份,钛白粉6份,高岭土7份,丙二醇13份,滑石粉8份,釉粉23份,木质纤维素31份,玻璃纤维35份,去离子水148份,增稠剂0.7份,分散剂3份,消泡剂3份,润湿剂0.45份,防霉剂1.1份。
优选地,所述钛白粉由金红石型钛白粉和锐钛型钛白粉组成,其中占比为金红石型钛白粉80~99%、锐钛型钛白粉20~1%。进一步优选地,所述金红石型钛白粉的平均粉径小于等于0.30μm,所述锐钛型钛白粉平均粉径为0.30~0.85μm。
优选地,所述釉粉为低温长石釉粉,大小为75~550μm,成型温度为850~950℃。
优选地,所述木质纤维素与玻璃纤维的比例为1:1。
本发明还提供了一种具有亮珠效果高强度外墙涂料的制备方法,首先将去离子水、丙烯酸乳液、纯丙弹性乳液三者混合并低速搅拌,搅拌3分钟后加入消泡剂和润湿剂,而后改为中速搅拌30分钟后依次加入钛白粉、高岭土、丙二醇、滑石粉、釉粉、木质纤维素、玻璃纤维、分散剂和防霉剂,以中速搅拌30分钟后加入增稠剂,而后以时长1~3小时为限由中速均匀降低搅拌速率至低速。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:

制备时,首先将去离子水、丙烯酸乳液、纯丙弹性乳液三者混合,开启搅拌,搅拌速度由静止逐渐匀速增加到低速状态,在低速状态保持搅拌3分钟后加入消泡剂和润湿剂,而后改为中速搅拌30分钟,而后将事先充分混合的钛白粉、高岭土、滑石粉、釉粉、木质纤维素和玻璃纤维快速加入并继续中速搅拌30分钟,而后再加入丙二醇、分散剂和防霉剂,以中速搅拌30分钟后加入增稠剂,而后以时长3小时为限由中速均匀降低搅拌速率至低速保持10分钟后停止搅拌。低直径釉粉与高直径釉粉相比具有很强的吸光效应,但外观均匀而柔和,通常应用在具有外观细腻柔美的外墙涂料种类上,当釉粉的大小偏小时,特别为75μm时,整体搅拌不易分散,此时应按照上述实施例中采用3小时的中速搅拌方法进行,以求充分混合,因此在确定分散剂加入量时以最高限度为宜。在使用低直径釉粉的同时,为了提高白度,在钛白粉的选择上采用混合型的钛白粉作为原料,可以很好的取长补短,其中最佳比例为本实施例中的金红石型钛白粉80%和锐钛型钛白粉20%混合使用。事先将钛白粉、高岭土、滑石粉、釉粉、木质纤维素和玻璃纤维混合,不仅可以加速生产,提高涂料制备效率,同时还可提高涂料整体质量,从而达到高效率的精细化生产要求。
实施例2
本发明提供了一种具有亮珠效果高强度外墙涂料,按重量份数计算,各组分比例为:丙烯酸乳液55份,纯丙弹性乳液55份,钛白粉11份,高岭土11份,丙二醇25份,滑石粉18份,釉粉25份,木质纤维素35份,玻璃纤维35份,去离子水175份,增稠剂1.2份,分散剂2.8份,消泡剂1份,润湿剂0.6份,防霉剂2.5份。钛白粉由金红石型钛白粉和锐钛型钛白粉组成,其中占比为金红石型钛白粉99%、锐钛型钛白粉1%。金红石型钛白粉的平均粉径为0.30μm,锐钛型钛白粉平均粉径为0.85μm。釉粉为低温长石釉粉,大小为550μm,成型温度为950℃。制备时,首先将去离子水、丙烯酸乳液、纯丙弹性乳液三者混合,开启搅拌,搅拌速度由静止逐渐匀速增加到低速状态,在低速状态保持搅拌3分钟后加入消泡剂和润湿剂,而后改为中速搅拌30分钟,而后将事先充分混合的钛白粉、高岭土、滑石粉、釉粉、木质纤维素和玻璃纤维快速加入并继续中速搅拌30分钟,而后再加入丙二醇、分散剂和防霉剂,以中速搅拌30分钟后加入增稠剂,而后以时长1小时为限由中速均匀降低搅拌速率至低速保持10分钟后停止搅拌。
本实施例与实施例1相比,就钛白粉种类选取而言存在很大不同,本实施例中钛白粉的整体构成为金红石型钛白粉99%、锐钛型钛白粉1%,整体的属性偏向金红石钛白粉,而金红石钛白粉具有较好的耐候性、耐水性、不易变黄和不粉化的特点,但白度稍低.采用高直径釉粉的同时,可以牺牲一部分白度以强化涂料的耐水耐候性。同时高直径釉粉不仅容易分散,可以允许添加少量的分散剂,并且亮珠效果显著,适合生产外观高鲜亮、使用年限长的涂料。
实施例3
本发明提供了一种具有亮珠效果高强度外墙涂料,按重量份数计算,各组分比例为:丙烯酸乳液30份,纯丙弹性乳液31份,钛白粉6份,高岭土7份,丙二醇13份,滑石粉8份,釉粉23份,木质纤维素31份,玻璃纤维35份,去离子水148份,增稠剂0.7份,分散剂3份,消泡剂3份,润湿剂0.45份,防霉剂1.1份。钛白粉由金红石型钛白粉和锐钛型钛白粉组成,其中占比为金红石型钛白粉87%、锐钛型钛白粉13%。金红石型钛白粉的平均粉径为0.22μm,锐钛型钛白粉平均粉径为0.55μm。釉粉为低温长石釉粉,大小为285μm,成型温度为900℃。制备时,首先将去离子水、丙烯酸乳液、纯丙弹性乳液三者混合,开启搅拌,搅拌速度由静止逐渐匀速增加到低速状态,在低速状态保持搅拌3分钟后加入消泡剂和润湿剂,而后改为中速搅拌30分钟,而后将事先充分混合的钛白粉、高岭土、滑石粉、釉粉、木质纤维素和玻璃纤维快速加入并继续中速搅拌30分钟,而后再加入丙二醇、分散剂和防霉剂,以中速搅拌30分钟后加入增稠剂,而后以时长2小时为限由中速均匀降低搅拌速率至低速保持10分钟后停止搅拌。

1.一种具有亮珠效果高强度外墙涂料,其特征在于,由以下组分组成:丙烯酸乳液,纯丙弹性乳液,钛白粉,高岭土,丙二醇,滑石粉,釉粉,木质纤维素,玻璃纤维,去离子水,增稠剂,分散剂,消泡剂,润湿剂,防霉剂;按重量份数计算,各组分比例为:丙烯酸乳液25~55份,纯丙弹性乳液25~55份,钛白粉5~11份,高岭土5~11份,丙二醇8~25份,滑石粉7~18份,釉粉10~25份,木质纤维素27~35份,玻璃纤维27~35份,去离子水120~175份,增稠剂0.5~1.2份,分散剂2.8~3.5份,消泡剂1~3.1份,润湿剂0.25~0.6份,防霉剂1~2.5份;所述钛白粉由金红石型钛白粉和锐钛型钛白粉组成,其中占比为金红石型钛白粉80~99%、锐钛型钛白粉20~1%;所述金红石型钛白粉的平均粉径小于等于0.30μm,所述锐钛型钛白粉平均粉径为0.30~0.85μm;所述釉粉为低温长石釉粉,大小为75~550μm,成型温度为850~950℃;所述木质纤维素与玻璃纤维的比例为1:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有亮珠效果高强度外墙涂料,其特征在于,按重量份数计算,各组分比例为:丙烯酸乳液25份,纯丙弹性乳液25份,钛白粉5份,高岭土5份,丙二醇8份,滑石粉7份,釉粉10份,木质纤维素27份,玻璃纤维27份,去离子水120份,增稠剂0.5份,分散剂3.5份,消泡剂3.1份,润湿剂0.25份,防霉剂1份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有亮珠效果高强度外墙涂料,其特征在于,按重量份数计算,各组分比例为:丙烯酸乳液55份,纯丙弹性乳液55份,钛白粉11份,高岭土11份,丙二醇25份,滑石粉18份,釉粉25份,木质纤维素35份,玻璃纤维35份,去离子水175份,增稠剂1.2份,分散剂2.8份,消泡剂1份,润湿剂0.6份,防霉剂2.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有亮珠效果高强度外墙涂料,其特征在于,按重量份数计算,各组分比例为:丙烯酸乳液30份,纯丙弹性乳液31份,钛白粉6份,高岭土7份,丙二醇13份,滑石粉8份,釉粉23份,木质纤维素31份,玻璃纤维35份,去离子水148份,增稠剂0.7份,分散剂3份,消泡剂3份,润湿剂0.45份,防霉剂1.1份。
