一种水性仿石材料属于涂料技术领域;本发明为了解决现有技术中仿石材料的耐磨性差、强度低等局限性,应用场合有限的问题;本发明包括按重量比的下列组份:乳液20‑30份,保护胶溶液20份、SiO2气凝胶细粉15份,分散相涂料30‑45份和清漆30份;本发明的涂料干燥时间短,具有良好的耐水性、耐碱性、稳定性、耐污性,同时兼具有隔热性能。

一种仿石材料
技术领域
一种仿石材料属于涂料技术领域,主要涉及一种水性仿石材料。
背景技术
随着我国建筑业的迅猛发展和人民生活水平的逐步提高,对建筑物的装饰要求越来越高,所以仿石材料越来越多地受到人们的关注,因为这种新颖的建筑涂料不仅具有天然花岗石、壁纸等高档装饰材料的花纹和色彩,而且与真正的大理石材相比,水性仿石材料具有成本低,施工简便,降低建筑承载量等优点。水性仿石材料甚至能代替壁纸,且要比壁纸便宜得多。其主要性能特点如下:色彩丰富多彩,图案变化多样、生动活泼、雅俗共赏;性能优异,耐水、耐油、耐化学药品、耐洗刷;涂层一气呵成,无接缝、无卷边、无霉变,有取代壁纸的趋势;对基层的适应性强,可在各种建筑材料上使用;一次喷涂,施工方便,缩短工期。而仿石材料的很多应用都是不能被壁纸所代替的。仿石材料是含有二种以上彩色粒子的液状或凝胶状悬浊液,形成的色彩图案多样,可以随意选择。一般采用以喷涂,刷涂为主的施工方法,使用喷枪进行一次喷涂即可得到类似大理石的花纹图案效果,并能适应混凝土、石膏板、木材、塑料等多种建筑材料,使用后能有良好的装饰效果,并可保持10-15年不变色。通过添加适当的助剂,还可使涂料饰面具有防水、防潮、防油、防火、防化学品等性能。使其不仅美观而且耐酸碱、耐擦洗、施工方便,现已广泛应用于各类建筑的内壁装饰,并已开始走进千家万户。
但是目前由于仿石材料的耐磨性差、强度低等局限性,应用场合有限,所以研制新型的仿石地坪涂料系统意义重大。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种仿石材料,耐磨性好、强度高,应用广泛。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种仿石材料,包括按重量比的下列组份:乳液20-30份,保护胶溶液20份、SiO2气凝胶细粉15份,分散相涂料30-45份和清漆30份。
所述分散相涂料包括按照重量比的下列组份:去离子水30-40份,高岭土10-20份,蒙脱石1-10份,云母粉1-10份,纯丙弹性乳液30-40份和分散相涂料助剂2.0-4份。
所述分散相涂料助剂包括按重量比的下列组份:羟乙基纤维素 0.5-1.2份、分散剂0.4-0.6份,润湿剂0.1-0.3份,消泡剂0.2份,增稠剂0.5-1.0份。
所述高岭土为2500目高岭土,云母粉为1500目云母粉。
所述保护胶溶液包括保护剂和水,保护剂包括按重量比的焦磷酸钠5-10份、锂皂石3-8份和淀粉2-8份。
所述保护胶溶液中保护剂的含量为15%。
所述乳液为硅丙乳液和弹性丙烯酸乳液的混合乳液,其重量比为3:1。
所述清漆包括按重量比的清漆乳液30-40份,消泡剂0.02份和增稠剂0.1份。
所述清漆乳液为硅丙乳液。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果,本发明用料环保,安全,环保、高效、经济、节能的优点,用仿石材料有效的减少了天然石材的用量,避免了天然石材放射性的风险,减少了建筑物的复合,提高了建筑物的安全性能;本发明的涂料干燥时间短,具有良好的耐水性、耐碱性、稳定性、耐污性,同时兼具有隔热性能,不仅减轻保温板的重量,简化保温装饰一体板的结构,同时可以大大减轻保温装饰板的重量,具有广泛的应用前景。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。
实施例一:本实施例的一种仿石材料,包括按重量比的下列组份:重量比为3:1的硅丙乳液和弹性丙烯酸乳液的混合乳液20份,SiO2气凝胶细粉15份,保护胶溶液20份、分散相涂料30份,去离子水15份和清漆30份。
所述分散相涂料包括按照重量比的下列组份:去离子水30份,高岭土10份,云母粉2份,纯丙弹性乳液30份,羟乙基纤维素 0.5份、分散剂0.4份,润湿剂0.1份,消泡剂0.2份,增稠剂0.5份。
所述高岭土为2500目高岭土,云母粉为1500目云母粉。
所述保护胶溶液包括保护剂和水,保护胶溶液中保护剂的含量为15%,所述保护剂包括按重量比的焦磷酸钠5份、锂皂石3份和淀粉2份。
所述清漆包括按重量比的硅丙乳液30份,消泡剂0.02份和增稠剂0.1份和适量水。
实施例二:本实施例的一种仿石材料,包括按重量比的下列组份:重量比为3:1的硅丙乳液和弹性丙烯酸乳液的混合乳液25份,SiO2气凝胶细粉15份,保护胶溶液20份、分散相涂料38份,去离子水15份和清漆30份。
所述分散相涂料包括按照重量比的下列组份:去离子水35份,高岭土16份,云母粉5份,纯丙弹性乳液35份,羟乙基纤维素 0.5份、分散剂0.45份,润湿剂0.3份,消泡剂0.2份,增稠剂0.5份。
所述高岭土为2500目高岭土,云母粉为1500目云母粉。
所述保护胶溶液包括保护剂和水,保护胶溶液中保护剂的含量为15%,所述保护剂包括按重量比的焦磷酸钠8份、锂皂石5.6份和淀粉4份。
所述清漆包括按重量比的硅丙乳液35份,消泡剂0.02份和增稠剂0.1份和适量水。
实施例三:本实施例的一种仿石材料,包括按重量比的下列组份:重量比为3:1的硅丙乳液和弹性丙烯酸乳液的混合乳液30份,SiO2气凝胶细粉15份,保护胶溶液20份、分散相涂料45份,去离子水15份和清漆30份。
所述分散相涂料包括按照重量比的下列组份:去离子水40份,高岭土20份,云母粉10份,纯丙弹性乳液40份,羟乙基纤维素 0.5份、分散剂0.53份,润湿剂0.25份,消泡剂0.2份,增稠剂0.5份。
所述高岭土为2500目高岭土,云母粉为1500目云母粉。
所述保护胶溶液包括保护剂和水,保护胶溶液中保护剂的含量为15%,所述保护剂包括按重量比的焦磷酸钠10份、锂皂石8份和淀粉8份。
所述清漆包括按重量比的硅丙乳液40份,消泡剂0.02份和增稠剂0.1份和适量水。
实施例四:本实施例的一种仿石材料,包括按重量比的下列组份:重量比为3:1的硅丙乳液和弹性丙烯酸乳液的混合乳液5份,SiO2气凝胶细粉15份,保护胶溶液20份、分散相涂料8份,去离子水15份和清漆30份。
所述分散相涂料包括按照重量比的下列组份:去离子水15份,高岭土1份,纯丙弹性乳液15份,羟乙基纤维素 1.2份、分散剂0.27份,润湿剂0.11份,消泡剂0.2份,增稠剂1.0份。
所述高岭土为2500目高岭土,云母粉为1500目云母粉。
所述保护胶溶液包括保护剂和水,保护胶溶液中保护剂的含量为15%,所述保护剂包括按重量比的锂皂石1份。
所述清漆包括按重量比的硅丙乳液10份,消泡剂0.02份和增稠剂0.1份和适量水。
实施例五:本实施例的一种仿石材料,包括按重量比的下列组份:重量比为3:1的硅丙乳液和弹性丙烯酸乳液的混合乳液40份,SiO2气凝胶细粉15份,保护胶溶液20份、分散相涂料60份,去离子水15份和清漆30份。
所述分散相涂料包括按照重量比的下列组份:去离子水50份,高岭土30份,云母粉30份,纯丙弹性乳液40份,羟乙基纤维素 0.2份、分散剂0.8份,润湿剂0.3份,消泡剂0.2份,增稠剂0.5份。
所述高岭土为2500目高岭土,云母粉为1500目云母粉。
所述保护胶溶液包括保护剂和水,保护胶溶液中保护剂的含量为15%,所述保护剂包括按重量比的焦磷酸钠20份、锂皂石9份和淀粉6份。
所述清漆包括按重量比的硅丙乳液60份,消泡剂0.02份和增稠剂0.1份和适量水。
以上实施例的具体检验参数如下表所示:
耐冲击性试验过程为:将850g金属球从70cm高处垂直落在涂料层上。

1.一种仿石材料,其特征在于:包括按重量比的下列组份:乳液20-30份,保护胶溶液20份,SiO2气凝胶细粉15份,分散相涂料30-45份和清漆30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种仿石材料,其特征在于:所述分散相涂料包括按照重量比的下列组份:去离子水30-40份,高岭土10-20份,蒙脱石1-10份,云母粉1-10份,纯丙弹性乳液30-40份和分散相涂料助剂2.0-4份。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种仿石材料,其特征在于:所述分散相涂料助剂包括按重量比的下列组份:羟乙基纤维素 0.5-1.2份、分散剂0.4-0.6份,润湿剂0.1-0.3份,消泡剂0.2份,增稠剂0.5-1.0份。
4.根据权利要求2所述一种仿石材料,其特征在于:所述高岭土为2500目高岭土,云母粉为1500目云母粉。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种仿石材料,其特征在于:所述保护胶溶液包括保护剂和水,保护剂包括按重量比的焦磷酸钠5-10份、锂皂石3-8份和淀粉2-8份。
6.根据权利要求5所述一种仿石材料,其特征在于:所述保护胶溶液中保护剂的含量为15%。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种仿石材料,其特征在于:所述乳液为硅丙乳液和弹性丙烯酸乳液的混合乳液,其重量比为3:1。
8.根据权利要求1所述一种仿石材料,其特征在于:所述清漆包括按重量比的清漆乳液30-40份,消泡剂0.02份和增稠剂0.1份。
9.根据权利要求8所述一种仿石材料,其特征在于:所述清漆乳液为硅丙乳液。
