Abstract

本发明涉及输送带领域,尤其涉及一种收料机构。本发明在多传输带的下方安装了收料板,通过逻辑控制器和红外测距仪来控制气缸的运动,将红外线测距仪安装在上坡道,防止物件阻挡红外线导致产生错误距离,本发明可以机械化的统一收料,大大的增加流水线效率。

本发明属于传输带领域,尤其涉及一种收料机构。
背景技术
在工业生产流水线中传输带对工业生产加工具有重要意义,可以节省大量劳动力,代替人工进行传输,效率较高,且在生产车间利用传输带和加工机器组成的生产线,流水生产效率较高。
目前的多传输带的流水线中,由于出料口不同所以还需传输料进行搬运及整理,这无疑降低了效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种收料机构,本发明可以减少传输后批量集合,增加效率。
本发明的目的按以下技术方案实现:一种收料机构,包括两块侧支撑板,其特征在于:所述两块侧支撑板间安装有两个转轴,转轴上安装有若干个输送带,在输送带的上传送带的下方安装有两块上传送带支撑板,在输送带的下传送带的下方安装有两块下传送带支撑板,所述水平板均安装固定在两块侧支撑板上,在其中一个转轴处安装有一个驱动电机,驱动电机输出端齿轮与转轴齿轮啮合,在驱动电机处的转轴的上方安装有一个转轴B,转轴B的两端安装有升降装置,两个升降装置分别安装在在两块侧支撑板上,传输带的最下方安装有接料板,通过抽屉结构与两块下水平板连接,接料板的拉出口处安装有逻辑控制器,逻辑控制器后方设有一个由低到高的坡道,坡道的另一面安装有红外线测距仪,红外线测距仪通过数据线连接逻辑控制器。
所述的升降装置为旋钮升降装置。
所述的转轴B上包覆有软胶质物。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明逻辑编程器来控制接料板的左右运动,红外线测距仪限定左右运动量,统一收料,减少工作流程,增加工作效率

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明作进一步说明:
本发明的目的按以下技术方案实现:包括两块侧支撑板1,所述两块侧支撑板间1安装有两个转轴5,转轴5上安装有若干个输送带2,在输送带2的上传送带的下方安装有两块上传送带支撑板3,在输送带的下传送带的下方安装有两块下传送带支撑板4,所述水平板均安装固定在两块侧支撑板上,在其中一个转轴处安装有一个驱动电机12,驱动电机12输出端与转轴啮合,在驱动电机12处的转轴的上方安装有一个转轴B6,转轴B6的两端安装有升降装置7,两个升降装置7分别安装在在两块侧支撑板上,传输带的最下方安装有接料板9,通过抽屉结构与两块下水平板连接,接料板的拉出口处安装有逻辑控制器10,逻辑控制器后方设有一个由低到高的坡道,坡道的另一面安装有红外线测距仪13,红外线测距仪通过数据线连接逻辑控制器,逻辑控制器的输出端控制气缸进行传动。
所述的升降装置通过旋钮8进行转轴B的升降。
所述的转轴B上包覆有软胶质物。
实施例
物件通过转轴B后传输到收料板上方时被打入收料板,根据物料输送速度调节收料板左右运动频率,到一定数量后自动拉出收料。

1.一种收料机构,包括两块侧支撑板,其特征在于:所述两块侧支撑板间安装有两个转轴,转轴上安装有若干个输送带,在输送带的上传送带的下方安装有两块上传送带支撑板,在输送带的下传送带的下方安装有两块下传送带支撑板,所述水平板均安装固定在两块侧支撑板上,在其中一个转轴处安装有一个驱动电机,驱动电机输出端齿轮与转轴齿轮啮合,在驱动电机处的转轴的上方安装有一个转轴B,转轴B的两端安装有升降装置,两个升降装置分别安装在在两块侧支撑板上,传输带的最下方安装有接料板,通过抽屉结构与两块下水平板连接,接料板的拉出口处安装有逻辑控制器,逻辑控制器后方设有一个由低到高的坡道,坡道的另一面安装有红外线测距仪,红外线测距仪通过数据线连接逻辑控制器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的收料机构,其特征在于:所述的升降装置为旋钮升降装置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的收料机构,其特征在于:所述的转轴B上包覆有软胶质物。
