本发明涉及一种生活用纸包装设备，特别是生活用纸自动连续包装机。
背景技术
目前包装和烫封过程采用的是间歇式生产，是通过包装设备的负压系统将包装膜吸附在输送带上，需要包装的抽纸或卷纸放置在输送带上的包装膜上，当到达烫封位置时输送带停止移动，进行横向接头的烫封，然后输送带移动进行两侧面烫封。现有烫封工艺主要存在的问题是：1、由于需要包装的抽纸或卷纸为 6 面体或圆柱体，其在输送带上移动和烫封过程中，由于在长、宽、高三个面上均没有限制，这样包装后的抽纸其长、宽、高尺寸和外观形状差别很大，影响到抽纸的外观形状；2、由于烫封过程中面巾纸或卷纸的移动，造成横向接头的烫封口与烫封条位置变化，使烫封面倾斜或烫封不完整等问题发生 ；3、由于间歇生产，影响包装效率。

本发明的技术方案是：
一种生活用纸自动化连续包装机，该机包括机架、负压系统、包装膜开膜输送装置、烫封装置，在机架上固定安装有支撑轴，圆盘状模具空套在支撑轴上，在圆盘状模具的进料一侧安装有生活用纸进料装置、包装膜开膜输送装置和包装膜切断装置，在圆盘状模具上部安装有烫封装置，在圆盘状模具上安装有生活用纸填装抱夹装置，圆盘状模具通过传动系统带动旋转。本技术方案具有结构合理，包装、烫封出的生活用纸外观尺寸误差和形状误差小、烫封面的质量好，非常适合自动包装生产线使用。
