本发明涉及一种二刃高硬度通用球形铣刀,本发明改进球光刀具底部切削刃的长度和宽度,使刀具在平坦面切削时,获得更好的表面质量和加工寿命,锋利的前角设计和S型刃口设计,使切削更加轻快,加工表面质量更好;加大容屑空间,使铁屑有足够的容屑空间,刀具的刀体间隙无风阻设计,减少在高速加工中刀具的震动带来的刃口不正常损坏,刀头表面涂有超强的耐磨性和隔热性,使摩擦系数大大降低,使加工表面质量更高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种铣刀,具体是一种二刃高硬度通用球形铣刀。
背景技术
模具生产过程中,部分大型模具在精加工,大型平坦面,如汽车门板、保险杠、仪表盘等大型型面,加工时间特别长,长达15-20小时以上,避免刀具不耐用造成的模具精度不好,反复接刀,返工浪费较多时间,精加工后面不同的地方留有不等的余量等问题,设计专用的超长时间切削,保证精度和加工表面质量较好的球刀,应对大型平坦面的加工。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种二刃高硬度通用球形铣刀,本发明改进球光刀具底部切削刃的长度和宽度,使刀具在平坦面切削时,获得更好的表面质量和加工寿命,锋利的前角设计和S型刃口设计,使切削更加轻快,加工表面质量更好;加大容屑空间,使铁屑有足够的容屑空间,刀具的刀体间隙无风阻设计,减少在高速加工中刀具的震动带来的刃口不正常损坏,刀头表面涂有超强的耐磨性和隔热性,使摩擦系数大大降低,使加工表面质量更高。
为实现上述目采用以下技术方案:
一种二刃高硬度通用球形铣刀,包括刀柄和刀头,其特征于:铣刀整体的长度为75mm公差正负0.2mm,直径为8mm公差为向上偏差0.006mm;其中刀头的长度为12mm公差向上偏差0.3mm,所述的刀头材料采用结晶颗粒直径为0.2-0.4微米和含钴量为8-12%的极细超微粒碳化钨制成,刀头外周设有两条右旋结构的排屑槽和切削刃,右旋角为30度,两条排屑槽之间形成有两个脊部,所述的切削刃设置有脊部的边缘与排屑槽交接部,切削刃连续延伸至刀头端部的中心位置;切削刃的前角为2-6度,后角为10度公差正负1度。
所述的刀头包括平直切削部和端部的修圆切削部。
在脊部没有设置切削刃的一侧与相邻的排屑槽之间圆弧平滑结构,使得平直切削部的截面呈S形。
在所述的刀头外表还涂有一层以AlCrN为基础含有2-5%Si元素的耐磨隔热层。
本发明采用极细超微粒碳化钨和8-12%的含钴量保证刀具兼有良好的耐磨性和耐冲击性,改进球光刀具底部切削刃的长度和宽度,使刀具在平坦面切削时,获得更好的表面质量和加工寿命,锋利的前角设计和S型刃口设计,使切削更加轻快,加工表面质量更好;加大容屑空间,使铁屑有足够的容屑空间,刀具的刀体间隙无风阻设计,减少在高速加工中刀具的震动带来的刃口不正常损坏,涂层以AlCrN为基础,含有2-5%Si元素,使刀具有超强的耐磨性和隔热性,涂层表面附有一层很薄的润滑层,涂层摩擦系数大大降低,使加工表面质量更高。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,一种二刃高硬度通用球形铣刀,包括刀柄1和刀头2,其特征于:铣刀整体的长度为75mm公差正负0.2mm,直径为8mm公差为向上偏差0.006mm;其中刀头的长度为12mm公差向上偏差0.3mm,所述的刀头2材料采用结晶颗粒直径为0.2-0.4微米和含钴量为8-12%的极细超微粒碳化钨制成,刀头2外周设有两条右旋结构的排屑槽21和切削刃22,右旋角为30度,两条排屑槽21之间形成有两个脊部23,所述的切削刃22设置有脊部23的边缘与排屑槽21的交接部,切削刃22连续延伸至刀头2端部的中心位置;切削刃22的前角为2-6度,后角为10度公差正负1度。
所述的刀头2包括平直切削部25和端部的修圆切削部26;在脊部23没有设置切削刃22的一侧与相邻的排屑槽21之间圆弧平滑结构,使得平直切削部25的截面呈S形;在所述的刀头2外表还涂有一层以AlCrN为基础含有2-5%Si元素的耐磨隔热层。
本发明具有以下特点:

4、 双刃结构加大容屑空间,使铁屑有足够的容屑空间;
5、脊部与排屑槽之间圆弧平滑过渡,使得刀体间隙无风阻设计,减少在高速加工中刀具的震动带来的刃口不正常损坏;
6、涂层以AlCrN为基础,含有2-5%Si元素,使刀具有超强的耐磨性和隔热性,涂层表面附有一层很薄的润滑层,涂层摩擦系数大大降低,使加工表面质量更高。

1.一种二刃高硬度通用球形铣刀,包括刀柄和刀头,其特征于:铣刀整体的长度为75mm公差正负0.2mm,直径为8mm公差为向上偏差0.006mm;其中刀头的长度为12mm公差向上偏差0.3mm,所述的刀头材料采用结晶颗粒直径为0.2-0.4微米和含钴量为8-12%的极细超微粒碳化钨制成,刀头外周设有两条右旋结构的排屑槽和切削刃,右旋角为30度,两条排屑槽之间形成有两个脊部,所述的切削刃设置有脊部的边缘与排屑槽交接部,切削刃连续延伸至刀头端部的中心位置;切削刃的前角为2-6度,后角为10度公差正负1度。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种二刃高硬度通用球形铣刀,其特征在于:所述的刀头包括平直切削部和端部的修圆切削部。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种二刃高硬度通用球形铣刀,其特征在于:在脊部没有设置切削刃的一侧与相邻的排屑槽之间圆弧平滑结构,使得平直切削部的截面呈S形。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种二刃高硬度通用球形铣刀,其特征在于:在所述的刀头外表还涂有一层以AlCrN为基础含有2-5%Si元素的耐磨隔热层。
